The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of firm value on profitability, firm size, capital structure, and liquidity in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2017. The sample determination method used in the study was using saturated sample method, so that the number of samples studied were 13 companies. Data collection methods are non-participant observation methods. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that profitability, firm size, capital structure, and liquidity had a positive and significant effect on the value of the company in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2017 period. The purpose of this research is to find empirical evidence about the effect of financial performance and capital structure on firm value and whether company size can moderate the influence of financial performance and capital structure on firm value. The sample in this research is the trading, service and investment companies which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in period 2016-2018. The research sample are 33 companies using purposive sampling technique. The analysis methods of this research used multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the moderating variables. The results showed that financial performance and firm size had a positive effect on firm value. Capital structure has a negative effect on firm value. And the firm size can not moderate the financial performance and capital structure of the firm's value

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of variable profitability, liquidity, and capital structure on the firm value in real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this study is a real estate company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2017. The method of determining the sample in this study used a purposive sampling method, with several predetermined criteria, then the number of selected samples was 26 companies. Data collection is done using the method of non-participant observation. The data analysis technique used is path analysis which is an extension of the multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis of the study shows that the variables of profitability, liquidity, and capital structure have a positive and significant effect on firm value. The results of the Sobel test also show that the capital structure variable is able to mediate the relationship between profitability and liquidity towards firm value.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of firm size, institutional ownership, profitability, and earnings changes on firm value in the food and beverage subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period. The population used in this study were 31 companies. While the sample used as many as 16 companies selected by using purposive sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis technique is the analysis technique used in this study. Based on the result of the analysis, firm size, institutional ownership, profitability, and earnings changes have a positive effect on firm value.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability and firm size on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable on the Indonesia Stock Exchange IDX for the period 2013-2017. The population of this study was the manufacturing industry of the basic and chemical sectors listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017 The method of determining the sample with a purposive sampling method with several predetermined criteria, the number of samples is 24 manufacturing companies in the industrial sector and chemistry. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. And the results of this study indicate that: 1. Profitability positive and significant effect on firm value 2. Company size has a negative and significant effect on firm value 3. Profitability has a negative and not significant effect on capital structure. 4. The size of the company has a negative and not significant effect on the capital structure. 5 The capital structure has a negative and not significant effect on the value of the company.6. The capital structure does not mediate between profitability and firm value. 7. The capital structure does not mediate between firm size and firm value

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of profitability, debt, and company size on the value of food and beverage companies. This research was conducted in all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period, amounting to 13 sample companies. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling and data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, asset structure, company size, and tax avoidance on capital structure. The population in this study is the food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2016-2019. The sample was selected from the purposive sampling method and got a sample of 10 companies from several criteria. The data source is secondary data from the website www.idx.co.id. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that profitability affects the capital structure. Meanwhile, liquidity, asset structure, company size and tax avoidance have no effect on capital structure.

<pre>The objective of this study is empirically identify the impacts of Good Corporate Governance and capital structure on firm value with financial performance as intervening variable. We operate quantitative approach within the scope of manufacturing company of metal, chemical, and plastic packaging sector which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2018 periods as the population. Samples are chosen by purposive sampling method inwhich the company must report the financial statement in a row, obtained 79 observations. The data analysis technique used is financial ratio analysis to determine the condition of the business financial ratios of the variables studied. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result shows that corporate governance and capital structure influence the firm value, moreover the use of institutional ownership ratio and capital structure will increase the value of the firm. The result also shows that the impact of Corporate governance and capital structure on the company value are mediated by financial performance. It means that the value of the firm can increase if the company able became an effective monitoring tool.</pre>

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of : (1) Firm Size on Profitability (ROA). (2) Firm Size on Capital Structure (DER). (3) Profitability (ROA) on Capital Structure (DER) in the Manufacturing Sector Automotive Companies and Components on the IDX. The data used are secondary data using a sample of 13 automotive sector manufacturing companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Sampling was done using a sensus method. This research uses a quantitative approach and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis (path analysis. The results of this study are: (1) FirmSize significantly has a positive effect on profitability (ROA). (2) Firm Size significantly has a positive effect on capital structure (DER). (3) Profitability (ROA) significantly has a positive effect on capital structure (DER).

This study aims to determine affect of size and leverage on firm value of BUMN companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2017 either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study are all of BUMN companies listed on the Stock Exchange from 2012-2017, which amounted to 20 companies. The sample is in the form of selected BUMN company financial statements with certain criteria from 2012-2017. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. Hypothesis testing uses t test and F test. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that firm size has a negative effect on firm value. Leverage has a positive effect on firm value. The results of the partial hypothesis test indicate that size has a significant effect on firm value while leverage does not have a significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously size and leverage have a significant effect on firm value. The contribution of size and leverage to company value is 43.8% and the remaining 56.2% is influenced by other variables.

The purpose of the research is to obtain empirical evidence about the impact of growth, capital structure and profitability to firm value. The sample in this research is manufacturing company which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2013 –2015. The source of the data of this research was conducted from annual report and sustainability report. This research is using quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis method.
