The purpose of this research was to examine the role of mediation work motivation on the effect on performance of employee career development. This research was conducted at the Fairmont Hotel Sanur Beach with samples as many as 72 people are determined by the method of proportionate stratified random sampling. The collection of data obtained from the results of the dissemination of the questionnaire by using as many as 13 indicators. As for the data analysis technique used in this study i.e. path analysis (path analysis) accompanied by sobel test. The results showed that the career development positive and significant effect on performance and motivation of the employees work. Motivation work positive and significant effect on performance as well as employees are able to mediate the influence of career development employee performance against. The results suggested that the better career development in the enterprise the higher the employee motivation, and higher employee motivation will be higher performance Fairmont Hotel Sanur Beach. This research was conducted at PT Sejahtera Indobali Trada Tabanan Branch. The number of samples taken is 54 employees, with the method used is a saturated sample. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used the classic assumption test, path analysis (path analysis), sobel test and VAF test. The results of the study are career development has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between career development and employee performance. Employee performance is an important factor for company’s sustainability.The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of career development and work motivation on employee performance and the influence of career development on employee performance through mediating work motivation. The population and sample in this study are all employees of PT. Kanmo Group in the Havaianas brand of 64 people. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results of data analysis show that career development and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, career development has a positive effect on work motivation, and work motivation can mediate the influence of career development on employee performance. Employee performance can be improved by maintaining or enhancing career development and employee motivation. Keywords: career development, work motivation, employee performance

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of work motivation in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. This research was conducted at Samabe Bali Suites & Villas. The number of samples taken was 65 employees, with the method used was the saturated sample method. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis (path analysis) and multiple analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that the better the transformational leadership carried out by the leader the employee's performance will increase as well. Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee work motivation, this means the better leadership of a leader will increase employee motivation. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, this shows that the better the work motivation provided, the better the employee's performance increases. Work motivation is positive and significant in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect on the Quality of Work Life Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction. The study was conducted at the Swastika Bungalows Sanur, with a sample of 60 employees who were taken withsaturated or census sampling method. Data analysis technique used is the technique of path analysis (path analysis). The results showed that the higher the Quality Of Work Life applied by the company, the higher employee motivation that impact on enhancing employee satisfaction with the results of path analysis showed that motivation positive effect in mediating the effect of Quality Of Work Life on employee job satisfaction so , the results of this study can serve as a reference for the company to improve the welfare of employees through increased job security, giving freedom to employees, and increased the incentive for employees to have an impact on increasing the productivity of the company.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of compensation on employee performance, and the influence of the work environment on employee performance. This research is classified into quantitative research in the form of associative causality. The population in this study were 86 employees using a simple random sampling method so that as many as 71 employees were used as samples. The analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results obtained that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Leadership is one of the issues in the management is still quite interesting to be discussed today. The role of leadership is very strategically important for the achievement of the mission, vision and goals of an organization. One such way to impose discipline and provide motivation to work that can be perceived by employees.  The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of leadership, discipline, motivation and performance. The influence of leadership, discipline, motivation and performance of employees tested either directly or indirectly. To examine issues directly above the survey conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees in the General Hospital of the Brothers of Bungo. Data was analyzed by path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the leadership, discipline and work motivation influence simultaneously and partially on performance. Where is the leadership, discipline, motivation and performance of employees at the General Hospital Brothers, where are the good category, Discipline are in both categories, motivation and performance of employees are in both categories. The analysis tool in this research using descriptive method verification. Abstract: This study aims to analyze the role of work motivation and professional competence in improving the performance of Vocational High School teachers in Soppeng Regency, as well as which variables are most dominant in influencing the improvement of teacher performance. Researchers took a sample of 72 teachers from five vocational schools in Soppeng Regency with the sampling technique, namely random sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results showed that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, meaning that if the work motivation is higher, the teacher's performance will also increase. In addition, professional competence also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, so that if professional competence is getting better, teacher performance will also increase. Researchers also found that work motivation is the most dominant variable affecting the improvement of teacher performance in schools. Keywords: Work Motivation, Professional Competence, Teacher Performance  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peranan motivasi kerja dan kompetensi profesional dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kabupaten Soppeng, serta variabel manakah yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja guru. Peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 72 orang guru yang berasal dari lima SMK di Kabupaten Soppeng dengan teknik penentuan sampel yaitu dengan random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, artinya jika motivasi kerja semakin tinggi maka kinerja guru juga akan semakin meningkat. Disamping itu, kompetensi profesional juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, sehingga apabila kompetensi profesional semakin baik maka kinerja guru juga akan mengalami peningkatan. Peneliti juga menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja guru di sekolah. The formulation of the problem in this study is 1) Is there any effect of compensation and career development on the satisfaction of PT. Natafari; 4) Is there any influence of compensation and career development on employee performance through the satisfaction of PT. Natafari. The research objectives are 1) To determine the effect of compensation and career development on the satisfaction of PT. Natafari 2) To determine the effect of compensation and career development on the performance of PT Natafari employees; 3) To determine the effect of satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Natafari 4) To determine the effect of compensation and career development on employee performance through the satisfaction of PT. Natafari. This type of research is associative research. The variables used are compensation, career development, satisfaction and employee performance. The sample used is 70 people with the sampling technique using probability sampling. The data used in this study are primary data collected through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results show that 1) there is a significant effect of compensation on satisfaction and there is no influence on career development on satisfaction 2) there is a significant effect of compensation and career development on employee performance 3) there is a significant effect of satisfaction on employee performance 4) there is a significant effect on compensation and career development about employee performance through satisfaction.

Motivation, competence, compensation and performance are important factors in an organization to achieve its stated goals. This study will examine empirically related to motivation, competence and compensation for its effect on employee performance. The research method used in this research is quantitative with survey techniques. The sample in this study were employees. Determination of the sample is done by proportional random sampling. Sources of data in this study are primary and secondary data. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results of the study prove that motivation, competence, compensation and performance are in the category of being headed well. While the results of verification studies prove that motivation, competence and compensation have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on employee performance.

Research on career development and organizational culture on performance with work motivation as intervening variable is done at cooperative located in Pedungan village of South Denpasar Pedungan Village is a village located in South Denpasar District, Denpasar City, Bali Province. The development of cooperatives is currently supported by the development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The number of cooperatives in the village pedungan is 33 cooperatives with the total number of employees is 338 employees. The purpose of this study is to know and examine the influence of career development on employee performance in cooperative in rural village, To know and test the influence of organizational culture on employee performance in cooperative in rural village, to know and test the influence of career development on employee motivation at cooperative in to know and examine the influence of organizational culture on employee motivation in cooperative in rural village, To know and to test influence of work motivation to employees performance at Cooperative in rural village. This research is a quantitative research using primary data obtained from the questionnaire and measured by using Likert scale. The population of this research is employees at Cooperative in rural village as many as 85 people. The method of selecting the sample of this study using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling is this technique is used when the population has members who are not homogeneous and stratified proportionally. Data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 3.0 program. The result of the research shows that (1) career development has positive and significant effect to work motivation, (2) organizational culture have positive and significant effect to work motivation, (3) career development have positive and significant effect to employee performance, (4) and (5) the influence of mediation of work motivation variable on indirect influence of career development on partial performance, and (7) influence of mediation of work motivation variable on the influence of unbalanced direct organizational culture to performance is partial
