This study aims to analyze how the risk profile level of state-owned banking companies in the period 2015-2019 and test how it affects the rate of return of assets simultaneously and partially. This study uses census techniques that make all state-owned banking companies in the period 2015-2019 as a sample of research. By using multiple linear regression analysis tools and overall statistical testing (F test) and partial (t test), it can be concluded that based on the risk profile level of state-owned banking companies in the period 2015-2019, where Credit Risk shows state-owned banks on healthy criteria, Market Risk and Operational Risk shows state-owned banks on very healthy criteria while Liquidity Risk shows state-owned banks on fairly healthy criteria. Then based on simultaneous research Credit Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk and Operational Risk have a significant positive effect on the return of assets, while partially Credit Risk has a negative effect insignificant, Market Risk and Liquidity Risk have a significant positive effect while Operational Risk has a significant negative effect on the return rate of assets.

This study aims to examine the factors that affect sticky cost. Specifically, this study examines the effect of sales, company size, asset intensity, and intellectual capital on sticky costs in industrial and consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research data consisted of 32 companies in the 2012-2017 period with 192 observations. Data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable sales, company size, asset intensity, intellectual capital affect sticky cost. This research underlines that the company does not reduce costs related to intellectual capital despite a decrease in sales, but will try to find solutions through its resources to increase sales productivity. Thus, the company will need more costs because it will cause sticky costs.

This study aims to measure the influence of compensation on employee performance at PT. Matahari Department Store Lippo Plaza Jambi. This study also aims to determine whether the effect of compensation on performance and how much influence compensation on employee performance at PT. Matahari Department Store Lippo Plaza Jambi. This study uses quantitative methods with simple linear regression analysis methods, t test, coefficient of determination, and is assisted by the SPSS 23 program. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data, and data is obtained through distributing questionnaires using the help of Google Forms as a questionnaire tool and literature study related to research. The results of simple linear regression analysis Y = 0.803 + 0.700x + e in the partial test, it was found that the Compensation value was 0.000 less than the significance level of 0.5, meaning that compensation had an effect on performance. The magnitude of the effect of compensation on performance is evidenced by the regression coefficient and the result is 0.482. From the regression coefficient analysis, the magnitude of the influence was 48.2%, while the remaining 51.8% was influenced by other variables outside of this study. And it can be concluded based on statistical tests through tcount > ttable with tcount 7.779 while ttable 1.99714, so Ho is rejected Ha accepted, there is a significant influence between the compensation variable on performance.

Investment is a form of investment or capital to generate wealth, which will be able to provide returns, both present and future. Not a few people still do not understand how to invest properly and correctly, so many of them are deceived by investments by offering unreasonable interest returns and unclear investment management. By using financial literacy, it can make it easier for someone to understand and know things about finance and financial risks that may occur in order to avoid financial problems. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on investment decisions in society, especially students. The case study in this research is the undergraduate student of the Sekolah Tinggi IlmuEkonomi Indragiri (STIE-I) Rengat. This study uses a comparative causal quantitative approach. Based on the calculation of the sampling using purposive sampling method with the Slovin formula.Results of Simple Linear Regression Analysis, jIf financial literacy is equal to 0 (zero), the amount of investment decisions will be 8.141 points, if financial literacy increases by 1 (one) unit, investment decisions will increase by 0.506 points. And hresult of partial test (t test, obtained t count is 8,434> t table 1,985, so it can be concluded that the Financial Literacy variable (X) has an effect on the Investment Decision variable (Y).

This research was conducted on PT. Mitra Agung Swadaya Pks Kelayang Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the provision of allowances on employee performance in PT. Mitra Agung Swadaya Pks Kelayang, Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. And allowances are part of compensation and compensation is payment in the form of money and / or goods given for achievements and / or awards in a work relationship or after the end of a working relationship based on a structured, open, fair and proper system. Compensation can be in the form of salary or wages, honoraria, allowances, insurance, bonuses, incentives, severance pay, and other forms of compensation. Compensation can. Compensation can be used for 2 (two) basic objectives, namely 1) to attract and retain quality Human Resources and 2) to motivate employees to achieve higher performance levels. The research was conducted using qualitative methods, namely existing data in an organization and quantitative, namely research that describes the impact of providing allowances on employee performance in PT. Mitra Agung Swadaya Pks Kelayang, Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. By analyzing the data using Instrument Test, Multiple Regression, Correlation Coefficient, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test which will be assisted by using SPSS version 24. Outputs that are targeted are accredited National Journal Scientific Publications and as teaching materials in Human Resource Management and Management courses Remuneration.

The main purpose of this research paper is to analyze the motivation of students in science education at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Jambi in the odd semester with Academic Year 2020/2021. Survey research method using motivation closed questionnaire is used in this research. The population in this research are Students at the Management Study Program of academic year 2020/2021 in the odd semester, with samples of 100 Respondents. Analysis of research data using descriptive statistical analysis. These conclusion reveals that the extrinsic factor is dominate students motivation in pursuing the Management Study Program at STIE Jambi were 60,47%, while intrinsic factors were 39,53%. It’s the meaning that the extrinsic factors were 20,94% greater than the intrinsic factors.

The uniqueness of Jambi Batik can be seen from the type of batik patterned with Arabic calligraphy and fabric edges that adopted Chinese culture. To encourage the success of the batik business in Jambi, entrepreneurs must manage their human resources. This study aims to determine the management of human resources at CV. Kreasi Asmah Batik, located across the city of Jambi. This study uses a qualitative method with a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Threats and Opportunities). The results showed that: 1) The factors that became the strength of CV. Batik Kreasi Asmah are good quality products, good batik techniques, specialization of unique motifs that are its own uniqueness. 2) Factors that can be used as opportunities for CV. Batik Kreasi Asmah are the increasing purchasing power and interest in batik products. 3) The most threatening factor in CV. Batik Kreasi Asmah are the increasing number of similar businesses with large capital originating from outside the province of Jambi and even produced in Java and resold in Jambi. 4) CV. Batik Kreasi Asmah are in a stable position in the attractiveness of the middle market and middle class market competition.

This study is to look at the influence of Liquidity, Debt Policy, Company Growth And Company Size on Company Value With Profitability As Intervening Variable In Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Companies on Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2014 - 2019. Liquidity variables that are diproxykan with current ratio, debt policy that is diproxykan with debt to equity ratio, growth of the company that is diproxykan with changes in total assets and the size of the company that is diproxykan with normal logarithm (Ln) sales to the value of the company that is mortgaged with price to book value with profitability diproxykan with return on equity as intervening variables. The research sample used is the Pharmaceutical Sub Sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 6-year observation period, starting from 2014 - 2019 recorded as many as 10 companies, which have a complete financial report and which have a complete research indicator report in the annual financial report during the research period as many as 8 companies. This study used purposive sampling and data analysis techniques using the help of microsoft Excell and SPSS 22.0 software. with Path Analysis. The results showed that; 1) Simultaneously all free variables have no effect on bound variables whereas that partially only the growth variables of the company are diproxykan with changes in total assets that affect the variable profitability. 2) Simultaneously all free variables have a significant effect on bound variables whereas partially only the growth variables of the company are diproxykan with changes in total assets that have no effect on the variable value of the company. 3) Variable profitability diproxykan with return on equity has no effect on the variable value of the company that is diproxykan with price to book value. 4) Variable liquidity, debt policy, company growth and the size of the company to the value of the company with profitability as an intervening variable has a total influence of 11.1838%, the large influence including weak.

This paper analyzes the financial performance of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. compared to the total industry based on Financial Ratio Analysis. The data used are the financial statements for the period 2014-2019 which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 17 companies. Of these, 12 companies had complete financial reports. Thus the industrial data used in the sample in this paper is data from 12 companies. The data analysis method in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and financial ratio analysis. The results of this study are expected to be a benchmark in assessing the financial performance of PT Wijaya Karya Tbk

The performance of administrative staff is closely related to the achievement of the objectives of an organization and cannot be separated from the human resources itself, especially in the influence of the leadership style of the democratic principal that becomes the motivation for administrative staff to achieve the goals of the school organization.
