           Toya devasya is tourist attraction located ini Kintamani subdistrict, Bangli regency. Domestic tourist and international tourist very interested with toya devasya, we should give an appreciation due to management, strategy and travel products, toya devasya felt very fast to built its identity, very interesting and give multiple impact to the local community. Toursm activities have very interesting that sustainability must be pursued. Secondary sources show that the management has made a good effort to manage and establish harmony with the local community. This situation must be pursued for the sustainability of tourism development Method of this research is literature study and the data are qualitative and quantitative, the data source is secondary data by using article tourism science, book and the internet source. The results obtained is the toursm activitiy has not had a positive impact to the local community and the management seem like they are not involved the community in making a decisions, policy maker, to get a benefit from toursm activities. Workers photographers not only to sell their photographs, but also sells services to tourists with polite and friendly. Photographers try to make a good first impression for tourists to be willing to use their services. Photographers workers very existence needs to be improved, because it provides positive benefits. Types and Sources of data used is qualitative and quantitative, primary data and secondary data. Data collected by observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature, and documentation. Determination of mechanical informants using purposive sampling, sample collection techniques using analysis of compound interest and use acsidental sampling. The number of domestic tourists responses calculated using a Likert scale The existence of photographers at Tanah Lot tourist attraction really have a positive impact for tourist attraction and the local community. Because it can be an additional income.

Tourism is designed to be a number one source of foreign exchange in Indonesia. But the development of toursm and tourist destination will definitely have an economic impact whether it’s positive impact or negative impact. As well as development in tourist destinationHidden Canyon Beji Guwang. This research aims to find out what is the participation of local community in the development of Hidden Canyon Beji Guwangand to find out what is the economic impactof it. The data used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data. Primary data source data and secondary data source. This research used descriptive qualitative method. Which is obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Informant determination is done bypurposive sampling technique.                   The results of this research is tourist destinationHidden Canyon Beji Guwangmanagement derived entirely from the participation of local communities in Desa Guwang. The purpose of this study was to determine the management system to Pura Tirta Empul as a tourist attraction in Tampak Siring Gianyar heritage. Background underlying this study is the hallmark and uniqueness of Pura Tirta Empul. The type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data with the source of primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interview and literature study. Determination of informants using purposife sampling techniques. Analysis of the data used by the process of descriptive qualitative analysis conducted through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Management systems to Pura Tirta Empul as a tourist attraction in Tampak Siring Gianyar heritage in this study using POAC management includes planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Results from this study is the strength of a leader or manager in executing management functions POAC management system as well as it has been implemented in Pura Tirta Empul. Jehem Tourist Village has been designated as Tourism Village in 2015. The existence of tourist attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) is currently popular in the eyes of tourists who visit the Village Tourism Jehem. The purpose of this research is to know the condition of existing tourism Jehem Tourism Village and the influence of attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) to the development of Jehem Tourism Village. The data used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data. Primary data source data and secondary data, data method used are: observation, interview and documentation. Informant determination technique used is purposive sampling technique. The results of the research show that the existence of tourist attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) to make tourists began to visit the Village Tourism Jehem. The attraction of Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) has an important influence in the development of Jehem Tourism Village. Alas Kedaton tourist is a natural tourist attraction. The tourist attraction offered such as forests, monkeys and bats in this natural attraction. In the middle of the Alas Kedaton forest there is a Dalem Kahyangan Kedaton temple that is unique. The choice of this location as a place of research is to find out how the management and role of the local community of Kukuh Village in developing Alas Kedaton as a tourist attraction. The research methodology used is this study is a descriptive qualitative research, with observation, interview, literature study and documentation techniques. Data sources are obtained from primary data and secondary data. The theory or concept used is the concept of role, local society, tourist attraction and management. The result of this research is that management in Alas Kelaton tourist attraction involves local communities actively. The involvement and role of the local community of Desa Kukuh is empowered to become a member of the management body, counter staff, janitors, local guides, security officers, Alas Kedaton Trader Group (KPAK) and as well as forming tourism awareness organisations such as tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis). The existence of a tourist attraction required improving the welfare of the surrounding community. This study aims to find out how many contributions of rafting tourist attraction in society Kedewatan village, in order to contribute positively to the welfare of local communities. Therefore, this research is expected to provide benefits to related parties. This researchused of primary data and secondary data sources, while the type of data used quantitative and qualitative data. Data were collected through observation, interview and literature study. Determination of informants in this research usedpurposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis techniques and restricted by contribution concept, the concept of community participation, and the concept of community-based tourism. The results obtained are the company's contribution to Kedewatan society been running smoothly, which contributes to the Kedewatan village in the form of donations which pay each month, contributing directly to the public in the form of add job vacanciesfor local people, contributing indirectly to the local communities that helping local community businesses. To optimizie job vacanciesfor local communities,it is necessary to co-operation between companies and Kedewatan communities in recruitment labor. Chaiman of the PHRI (Indonesia Hotel and Restaurant Association)said that the Bali Arts festival is not a appropriate to serve as a tourist attraction. Based on this research aims to know the perception of tourist on the implementation of the Bali Arts Festival as a tourist attraction. The method in this study using a type of qualitative and quantitative data sources, the primary data, secondary data. The data collection is done by means of literature study, interviews, questionnaries, observations. Sampling technique in this study using a quota sampling, determine the sample using the formula Slovinwith the number of domestic tourists 50 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the Bali Arts Festival can be used as a tourist attraction, because the event can attract tourists to visit.Based on the questionnaire that has been distributed, the Bali Arts festival can be used as a tourist attraction for many tourists can find products by the people of Bali, both for the preservation of Balinese culture, and increase the economic income of local communities   Keywords: Perception, Travelers Domestic, Bali Arts Festival, Tourist Attractions

The participation of local community is very needed in practicing ecotourism at Bena traditional village to support their ecotourism development. Ecotourism is an alternative tourism that has advanced and nature base by focus and experience on nature along with giving the lowest impact on the environment. Based on the statement above this research is important to be done in order that environment conservation and their culture be still maintained by the local community besides it becomes an example of model or example for the other village. It also becomes a source of income that can improve the local community economic of Bena traditional village. The method that used to colect the data in this study was observation method, interviewing method and documentation. The data was used qualitative and quantitative by data source, primary and secondary data. Purposive sampling technique was used to get the information from informant determaining and data analysis is used qualitative descriptive by ecotourism practice concept approach. The result of this study showed that the local community kept their nature conservation in practicing ecotourism in Bena village. The local community developed their ecotourism dominantly as one of activity tourism in Bena.

Social media on the one hand brings a positive impact for students. But, on the other hand, it’s brings a negative impact if users are not selective and wise in use it. Abuse of the use of social media causes the decline of morals on the students. This study aims to see the influence of social media on morality students in Metro City. This research is field research, conducted at State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Metro, Ma'arif Institute of Islam (IAIM) Nahdatul Ulama Metro and Muhamadiyah Metro University. Primary data source is done by interview to student and secondary data source obtained by conducting literature study. Data analysis is done from the beginning to the end of the research with triangulation of data. Furthermore, data analysis results are described in the discussion. The result show that the high intensity of social media users (social networking) on students in Metro City affect the morals of students, both the influence of negative and negative. Therefore, students must be selective and wise in order to utilize social media only for positive things.

The purpose of this research is to know the existence of stakeholder in tourism in the tourist village of Baha, as well as synergies between tourism stakeholder in the Baha tourism village in making Baha as a tourism village in Badung Regency This research is located in Bahavillage, MengwiSubdistrict, BadungRegency.The type of research is in the form of qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources obtained from the primary data and secondary data. The method of data collecting used are observation, interviews, and literature study. The determination of informants used purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative. The results of this study revealed that the presence of stakeholder in tourism in the tourist village of Baha, that consists of: (1) Government (Tourism Office of Badung Regency and the Dinas village of Baha). (2) The organizers of tourism business, comes from the local community who made their houses as homestays, and (3) local communities play a role in tourist attraction, which is coordinated by POKDARWIS. Based on the synergy between stakeholder involved in Baha tourism, can be said that the synergies between tourism stakeholder in Baha tourism village has not been maximum yet.   Keywords:Synergies,Stakeholder,Baha Tourism Village
