The existence of a tourist attraction required improving the welfare of the surrounding community. This study aims to find out how many contributions of rafting tourist attraction in society Kedewatan village, in order to contribute positively to the welfare of local communities. Therefore, this research is expected to provide benefits to related parties. This researchused of primary data and secondary data sources, while the type of data used quantitative and qualitative data. Data were collected through observation, interview and literature study. Determination of informants in this research usedpurposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis techniques and restricted by contribution concept, the concept of community participation, and the concept of community-based tourism. The results obtained are the company's contribution to Kedewatan society been running smoothly, which contributes to the Kedewatan village in the form of donations which pay each month, contributing directly to the public in the form of add job vacanciesfor local people, contributing indirectly to the local communities that helping local community businesses. To optimizie job vacanciesfor local communities,it is necessary to co-operation between companies and Kedewatan communities in recruitment labor. Alas Kedaton tourist is a natural tourist attraction. The tourist attraction offered such as forests, monkeys and bats in this natural attraction. In the middle of the Alas Kedaton forest there is a Dalem Kahyangan Kedaton temple that is unique. The choice of this location as a place of research is to find out how the management and role of the local community of Kukuh Village in developing Alas Kedaton as a tourist attraction. The research methodology used is this study is a descriptive qualitative research, with observation, interview, literature study and documentation techniques. Data sources are obtained from primary data and secondary data. The theory or concept used is the concept of role, local society, tourist attraction and management. The result of this research is that management in Alas Kelaton tourist attraction involves local communities actively. The involvement and role of the local community of Desa Kukuh is empowered to become a member of the management body, counter staff, janitors, local guides, security officers, Alas Kedaton Trader Group (KPAK) and as well as forming tourism awareness organisations such as tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis). The purpose of this research is to know the existence of stakeholder in tourism in the tourist village of Baha, as well as synergies between tourism stakeholder in the Baha tourism village in making Baha as a tourism village in Badung Regency This research is located in Bahavillage, MengwiSubdistrict, BadungRegency.The type of research is in the form of qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources obtained from the primary data and secondary data. The method of data collecting used are observation, interviews, and literature study. The determination of informants used purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative. The results of this study revealed that the presence of stakeholder in tourism in the tourist village of Baha, that consists of: (1) Government (Tourism Office of Badung Regency and the Dinas village of Baha). (2) The organizers of tourism business, comes from the local community who made their houses as homestays, and (3) local communities play a role in tourist attraction, which is coordinated by POKDARWIS. Based on the synergy between stakeholder involved in Baha tourism, can be said that the synergies between tourism stakeholder in Baha tourism village has not been maximum yet.   Keywords:Synergies,Stakeholder,Baha Tourism Village

Tourism is designed to be a number one source of foreign exchange in Indonesia. But the development of toursm and tourist destination will definitely have an economic impact whether it’s positive impact or negative impact. As well as development in tourist destinationHidden Canyon Beji Guwang. This research aims to find out what is the participation of local community in the development of Hidden Canyon Beji Guwangand to find out what is the economic impactof it. The data used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data. Primary data source data and secondary data source. This research used descriptive qualitative method. Which is obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Informant determination is done bypurposive sampling technique.                   The results of this research is tourist destinationHidden Canyon Beji Guwangmanagement derived entirely from the participation of local communities in Desa Guwang. The purpose of this research is to know community participation in managing Bongkasa Pertiwi Village in Badung Regency. In this study using primary data sources and secondary data sources, while the type of data used is qualitative data. Methods of data collection through observation, interview and documentation study. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used is qualitative data analysis technique and constrained by 4A concept, rural tourism concept, management concept and society participation concept. The research results obtained is Public participation is not optimal in managing tourist village, lack of public participation in planning, organizing, implementation and supervision because of the weakness of role of tourism village manager, low quality of human resources, socio-economic life of the community and lack of cooperation. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between the variables of business innovation, consumer attitudes, and loyalty to sustainability marketing. In addition, it is also to determine whether there is a significant simultaneous influence and which variable is the most dominant in influencing sustainability marketing at PT. Indonesian Railways DAOP VI Yogyakarta. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study is not infinite and the sample used is 100, where the sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear tests. The results of the study can be concluded that: The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is an effect of business innovation, consumer attitudes, and loyalty simultaneously on sustainability marketing at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP VI Yogyakarta, 2) There is an effect of business innovation on sustainability marketing at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP VI Yogyakarta, 3) There is an influence of consumer attitudes on sustainability marketing at PT. Ubud traditional village is a tourist area which is located in Gianyar regency. If the tourist want know the culture of Bali they must come to Ubud. However, many issues and problems arise associated with security and  tourists comfortness. Based on it, this research was conducted to analyze the Local Community Efforts in Maintaining Security and Tourists Comfortness in Ubud Traditional Village.The method used in this research is a research method with qualitative descriptive analysis technique to analyze the efforts and actions of local communities. Sources of data derived from primary data and secondary data. Data collecting technique using in-depth interviews, observation and study of literatures. Determination of informants from local communities in this study using purposive sampling technique. This study is limited by the analysis of the social action theories and coordination systems. The results of this research obtained that local community efforts in maintaining security is the assignment of trepti unit who participate in keeping any tourism activities..

Serang Village is one of the tourism village located in Blitar and initiated in 2014. The area of Serang Tourism Village is generally located on land owned by the local communities and Perum Perhutani. But in its management, the Department of Youth, Sport, Culture, and Tourism of Blitar Regency especially tourism sector also become a part of management tourism in Serang Village. It required a synergy between the parts related to the management of the area in Serang Tourism Village. This study aims to determine synergy in the management of the area in Serang Tourism Village. This research is located in Serang Tourism Village, Panggungrejo Subdistrict, Blitar Regency. The data used in this study is qualitative data with the data source in the form of primary data and secondary data. The data were collected using the method of observation, in-depth interview, and literature study. The determination of informants used purposive method. The results show that the total area of Serang Tourism Village is ??928.858 Ha and territorially divided into three (3) territories namely Serang I, Serang II, Serang III. In tourism activities, especially in the area of ??Serang Beach in Serang Tourism Village is located on government land and in this case managed by Perum Perhutani. Lebih Village is a village located in Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency, famous for its coastal tourism, which is Lebih Beach. Lebih Village have been included in the criteria for Tourism Village, however, their certificate has not been issued for this year. In addittion to the coastal tourist attraction, it turns out that the village has more potentials to be developed into a tourist attraction. Theses potentials include a natural, cultural and artificial attraction. These potentials still need to be developed in order to run in the tourism sector. In connection with this, the author tries to examine the “Analisis Prioritas Pengembangan Pariwisata di Desa Wisata Lebih, Kecamatan Gianyar, Kabupaten Gianyar. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis technique and SWOT analysis, to analyze the tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village. The purpose of this study was to determine how the existing conditions and to find out the priority strategies for tourism development in Lebih Village. Sources of data from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using observation, interview and literature study, and interview instruments in the form of interview guidelines. The research of informant in Lebih Tourism Village in this research use purposive sampling technique, to get accurate data about tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village, Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency. The conclusion of this research is the exisiting condition in Lebih Village with component 4A which explains the attractions, accsess, facilities, and additional services. In addition there is a main priority strategy for tourism development in Lebih Village which is to develop the potentials they have, collaborate with another stakeholders, conduct training for the community, build tourism facilities, conduct promotions and improve management. The results of this research is the strategies obtained by the SWOT analysis, which were used as a priorities development strategy of tourism in Lebih Tourism Village, Gianyar. The tourist attraction of Batu Cermin Cave is a tourist attraction located in the city center of Labuan Bajo. Attractions offered to tourists who end up in Batu Cermin Cave in the form of natural attractions along the Cave where there are Wisatawaan Stalagtics and Stalagmites who visit Batu Cermin Cave are dominated by tourists from the archipelago. For now the management of Batu Cermin Cave tourist attraction is still managed by the local government in this case is the West Manggarai District Tourism and Culture Service. Later the management of Batu Cermin Cave will involve the Batu Cermin village so that in this study we will discuss "The Response of Batu Cermin Village Community in the Development of Tourism Attractions in Batu Cermin Cave, Labuan Bajo". The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques to explain the public response in the development of tourism in the tourist attraction of Batu Cermin Cave. The data source consists of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and literature study. The determination of informants in this study used the Snowball technique. Chaiman of the PHRI (Indonesia Hotel and Restaurant Association)said that the Bali Arts festival is not a appropriate to serve as a tourist attraction. Based on this research aims to know the perception of tourist on the implementation of the Bali Arts Festival as a tourist attraction. The method in this study using a type of qualitative and quantitative data sources, the primary data, secondary data. The data collection is done by means of literature study, interviews, questionnaries, observations. Sampling technique in this study using a quota sampling, determine the sample using the formula Slovinwith the number of domestic tourists 50 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the Bali Arts Festival can be used as a tourist attraction, because the event can attract tourists to visit.Based on the questionnaire that has been distributed, the Bali Arts festival can be used as a tourist attraction for many tourists can find products by the people of Bali, both for the preservation of Balinese culture, and increase the economic income of local communities   Keywords: Perception, Travelers Domestic, Bali Arts Festival, Tourist Attractions
