The purpose of this research is to find the role of audit opinion as a moderator of the effects of profitability, firm size, institutional ownership, and audit committee on the timeliness of financial reporting on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2012 and 2016. Purposive sampling was used in this research to obtain 96 sample manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique that was used in this research is logistic regression. The hypothesis testing showed that profitability and firm size positively affects the timeliness of financial reporting. Meanwhile, institutional ownership and audit committee does not affect the timeliness of financial reporting. Audit opinion cannot moderate the effect of profitability, firm size, institutional ownership, and audit committee on the timeliness of financial reporting. <em>The purpose of this research is to find the role of audit opinion as a moderator of the affect of profitability, firm size, institutional ownership, and audit committee to the timeliness of financial reporting on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012 to 2016. The population of this research are 133 companies. Sampling method that used in this research is purposive sampling, so that obtained 96 sample companies for 5 years observation (2012 – 2016) with 480 analysis unit. Analysis data technique that used in this research is descriptive statistics analysis dan inferencial statistics analysis with logistic regression method. The hypothesis testing showed that (1) profitability positively affects the timeliness of financial reporting, (2) firm size positively affects the timeliness of financial reporting, (3) institutional ownership does not affect the timeliness of financial reporting, (4) audit committee does not affect the timeliness of financial reporting, (5) audit opinion can not moderate the affect of profitability to the timeliness of financial reporting, (6) audit opinion can not moderate the affect of firm size to the timeliness of financial reporting, (7) audit opinion can not moderate the affect of institutional ownership to the timeliness of financial reporting, (8) audit opinion can not moderate the affect of audit committee to the timeliness of financial reporting.</em>

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilas, ukuran perusahaan, kepemilikan institusional, dan komite audit terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2019. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 84 perusahaan manufaktur selama 3 tahun. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode regresi logistik. Timeliness is a must in a corporate financial reporting and one of the requirements for information to be useful and relevant to the existing situation. This research’s purpose to test and analyze the impact of profitability, liquidity, leverage, firm size, and audit opinion on timeliness of financial reporting. Transportation sub sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 are the population of this study, as much 42 companies. The total’s samples is 40 transportation companies, selected using purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique using logistic regression test. The result showed the timeliness of financial reporting influenced by leverage and audit opinion, but not influenced by profitability, liquidity, and firm size.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the factors that affect the timeliness of financial reporting on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Timeliness is information that ready to be used before losing meaning by companies who use financial statements and their capacity is still available for make a decision. The determinant factors in this study are profitability, solvency and firm size. By using purposive sampling method, obtained research samples of 30 companies. The dependent variable of this study is timeliness measured by the date the audited annual financial statement is submitted to BAPEPAM by using a dummy variable. The independent variables in this study are profitability, solvency, and firm size. Profitability is measured using return on assets (ROA), solvency is measured by the debt to assets ratio (DAR), and firm size is measured by natural log of total assets. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are the solvency has a significant and positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting, while profitability and company size do not have an influence on the timeliness of financial reporting

Company is going public in Indonesia are required to publish their financial reporting that have been audited by an external auditor in accordance with the specified time. However  in practice there are still companies that are late in submitting financial reporting. This research  aims to examine the effect  of tenur audite, audit opinion and size company to audit delay in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2015-2017. The population in this reserch is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017 with total number of 152 companies. The sample selected by random sampling with the number of samples calculated by the Solvin Formula, and obtained the result of 60 of minimum samples.  The data analysis technique used  F and t examined. . The results of the study show that simultaneously tenur audite, audit opinion and company size have a significant effect on audit delay. While partially tenur audite and audit opinion have a  significant effect on audit delay, and company size does not significantly effect on audit delay.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial distress, company size, and corporate governance on audit delay. This research was conducted at mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The number of samples taken was 32 companies so that there were 96 observations, with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis found that financial distress and independent board of commissioners have positive effect on audit delay. The Influence of Carbon Credit, Firm Size, and Good Corporate Governance on Performance of Public Listed Manufacturing Companies. This study aims to examine the effect of carbon credit, firm size, board of commissioners and audit committee on company performance. The population used in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method of sample selection is purposive sampling. Only 25 companies meet the criteria. The hypotheses in this study were tested using t test and f test. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression test. The results of the study indicate that carbon credit, firm size, board of commissioners and audit committee partially and simultaneously influence performance of public listed manufacturing companies.Keyword: Carbon credit, firm size, board of commisioners, audit committee

<p class="IABSSS"><strong>Purpose</strong> - This research aimed to determine the role of Internet Financial Reporting application for manufacturing companies on Indonesia stock exchange in the increase of firm value both directly and indirectly.</p><p class="IABSSS"><strong>Method </strong>- This research used a purposive sampling method. The number of data collected was 95 company samples. This research employed SPSS 25 for testing the data.  </p><p class="IABSSS"><strong>Result</strong> - The results of this study indicated that Internet Financial Reporting can mediate the relationship between institutional ownership and profitability on firm value.</p><p class="IABSSS"><strong>Implication</strong> - Internet Financial Reporting application for companies today attracts investors to invest their capital to the companies because of the ease in getting the information needed at any time.</p><strong>Originality</strong> - This study used Internet Financial Reporting as mediation and source of the data year 2018.

The purpose of this research is to reexamine the factors allegedly effecttoincome smoothing, whiches firm size, profitability, financial leverage, institutional ownership. The sample of this study consisted of 59 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013 until 2015. To determine the status of grading company and not a profit grader used Eckel index. As for answering research hypothesis used Logistic Regression analysis tools. The results of this study concludes that income smoothing taken by the company to go public in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Multivariate testing using the Logistic Regression showed thatfirm size, profitability, financial leverage has significant effect on income smoothing. While, the variable institutional ownership had no significant effect on income smoothing.

This study analyzes the factors influencing the number of audit fees in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 – 2019. The number of audit fees depends on several factors that influence it. The Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants has determined the minimum standard of audit fees charged to auditee companies but does not include a substantial total cost and tends to fluctuate and vary. This study uses the audit committee, audit report lag, and firm size as independent variables, the type of public accounting firm as the moderating variable, and audit fee as the dependent variable. This study uses causal associative as the research design. The data was collected by collecting data on the company's financial statements from 2013 to 2019. The study population was 176 manufacturing companies whose samples were taken using the purposive sampling method. The number of research samples was 20, with 140 observations. The data analysis technique uses Studio R's panel analysis regression model as the test tool. The results showed that the Audit Committee, audit report lag, and firm size each had a significant positive effect on the audit fee's value and jointly had a significant impact on the audit fee.
