The pandemic forces students to change their learning process from face to face into online learning. Not all students demonstrate readiness to overcome this pandemic and some of them experience academic pressure. This study aims to investigate whether stress caused by online learning is a moderator of the relationship between online learning readiness and college students’ well-being amid COVID-19 pandemic. Participants of this study were 293 undergraduate students (Mage = 20.42, SD = 1.87) hired using accidental sampling methods. The variables were measured through College Student Subjective Well-Being Questionnaire, Online Learning Readiness Scale, Stressor Scale for College Student (Study-Related Stressor subscale). Results showed that academic stress reduces the positive effect of online learning readiness toward college students’ well-being. The theoretical and practical implications are further discussed.

Data was collected from District Sahiwal. Readiness for Online Learning Scale (McVay, 2000, 2001), Perceived Academic Stress Scale (PAS; Bedewy & Gabriel, 2015) and Anxiety Sub Scale from DASS (Lovibond & Lovibond, 1995) were used to measure the readiness for online learning, academic stress and anxiety respectively. The SPSS version 23 was used to analyze the results. The results revealed that readiness for online learning negatively predict anxiety and positively predict academic stress. While there was non-significant relationship between academic stress and anxiety. This research highlights the significance of online learning readiness to ensure students’ psychological well-being.

AbstractThe learning and teaching process has been transformed into an online learning system due to COVID-19, which affected lecturer and university students. This research investigates students online learning satisfaction amid COVID-19 by focusing on online learning readiness and academic stress toward online learning satisfaction. Approximately 276 bachelor’s students (Mage = 20.36, SD = 2.47) hired using the accidental sampling technique participated in this study from public and private universities. The data was collected using Learner Readiness for Online Learning (? = .89), Student Satisfaction with Online Learning (? = .90), and Stressor Scale for College Student (? = .85) that has been modified into an online setting and translated into Bahasa. The results showed that academic stress partially mediated the relationship between online learning readiness and online learning satisfaction in bachelor students. It is shown that academic stress significantly affected online learning satisfaction, besides online learning readiness. Further theoretical and practical implications of this research are discussed. Keywords: academic stress; online learning readiness, online learning satisfaction, university students. = .89), Student Satisfaction with Online Learning (? = .90), dan Stressor Scale for College Student(?

Love forgiveness is categorized as forgiveness in a specific relationship, which is the tendency of individuals to forgive the objects of their interpersonal relationships. We investigated 831 undergraduate students in China with a love forgiveness questionnaire, a subjective well-being questionnaire and an interpersonal relationship comprehensive diagnostic, including demographic variables. Students of different genders and grades showed significant differences across the three questionnaires. There were significant correlations between love forgiveness, interpersonal relationships, and subjective well-being of Chinese college students. Interpersonal relationships played an intermediary role between love forgiveness and subjective well-being of Chinese college students. Specifically, whereas Chinese college students’ love forgiveness could directly promote the improvement of subjective well-being, love forgiveness could also indirectly improve subjective well-being through interpersonal relationships. The mediating effect of interpersonal relationships between love forgiveness and subjective well-being accounted for 40.52% of the total effect. This provides a new way of thinking for psychological counselors to approach the intimate relationship problems of college students.

This study was motivated by the transformation of the learning process from face-to-face to online learning due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze students' online learning readiness in the Covid-19 pandemic era regarding statistics learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a regression research design. Data collection was carried out by providing online learning readiness questionnaires and statistical material tests to students. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there was a relationship between online learning readiness and student learning outcomes statistics, with the acquisition price of Fcount = 4.195 and a significance value of 0.048 <0.05, and 46.1% of student statistics learning outcomes were influenced by learning readiness and the rest was influenced by external factors. student learning readiness. Based on these results, it is concluded that online learning readiness affects student learning outcomes statistics, where the large influence of learning readiness is 46.1%. Therefore, so that lecturers and students can maximize factors outside of learning readiness so that the achievements and objectives of the statistics course can be maximally achieved even though learning is carried out online.

This study examines the construct validity of the Student Online Learning Readiness (SOLR) instrument. The SOLR instrument consists of 20 items to evaluate social competencies, communication competencies, and technical competencies in online learning. A large Midwestern university was selected to test the construct validity of the SOLR instrument. A total of 347 undergraduate students participated in this study. Confirmatory factor modeling approach was used to assess the construct validity of the SOLR instrument for this study. As a result of Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), the hypothesized model of 20-item structure of the SOLR instrument was verified as a good fit for the data (χ2 (164, N=347)=1959.94, p<.001, IFI=.81, CFI=.81, GFI=.55, RMSEA=.016).

The outbreak of Coronavirus Disease-2019 (COVID-19) has upended education systems. The pandemic switched traditional face-to-face classes to online classes. Poor eating behaviors in undergraduate students’ lives may affect the well-being of their later stages of life. This study aimed to investigate the eating behaviors among online learning undergraduates during the COVID-19 pandemic. A total of 122 students were recruited. The results revealed more than half of the respondents (52.46%) skipped meals. Breakfast (46.72%) was the most skipped meal. The majority of the respondents (94.26%) snacked between meals. Biscuits (88.52%), bread (84.43%), and fruits (80.33%) were the most common snacked foods. Meal skipping was found to be associated with gender (χ2 = 6.83, p < 0.05). In the future, more health interventions program aimed to promote healthy eating behaviors among undergraduates are highly warranted.
