Background: Oxidative stress is imbalance between aggressive and defensive system. Overproduction of oxidative stress contribute in pathogenesis of many diseasesincluding Parkinsonism, Alzheimer diseases, apoptosis, hepatic fibrosis ,chronic kidney failure and liver steatosis etc . There are several OTC drugs including NSAIDs that generate oxidative stress when administered. So there is a need to explore about these drugs. Therefore this study was designed to evaluate the oxidative stress potential of Acetaminophen, acetyl salicylic acid and Celecoxib NSAIDs. Objective: The present study is design to investigate the oxidative stress of NSAIDs of acetaminophen, aspirin and Celecoxib drug with reference to the hydrogen peroxide. Material and method: The Experimental protocol was designed for estimate the level of oxidative stress in NSAIDs treated animals against hydrogen peroxides. Animal of control group received only vehicle throughout experimental protocol. Rats of AAP group, ASA group ,CX group were exposed to acetaminophen (150mg/kg; orally) acetyl salicylic acid (300mg/kg ;orally) and Celecoxib (50mg/kg; orally) for forty two days . Rodent of HP group were challenged with Hydrogen peroxides (0.5%) with same schedule as above. At end of experimental protocols, all the animals were sacrificed and their organ were identified and collected for oxidative stress estimation and histological examination. Result: NSAIDs administration caused increase in oxidative stress measured in terms of SOD, CAT, MDA, GSH and GPx. HP administration produced maximum oxidative stress compare to all other groups. Oxidative parameter i.e. SOD, CAT, GSH and GPx were found to be decreased as compare to control rats. However MDA were found to be increased as compare to control rats. Additionally, CX produced less oxidative stress compare to other NDAIDs. Further, histological examinations support the biochemical results. Conclusion: From the above observations it can be concluded that NSAIDs have oxidative stress potential and generate oxidative stress and damage the organs when administrated chronically. Thus, these drugs should be used judiciously.

With cloud computing's powerful computing power, many end users can create a variety of effective network applications using the cloud's services without having to worry about computing technology or access methods. Based on CC technology's on-demand service characteristics and unlimited dynamic expansion capability, this article designs and implements a shared network examination system. In the Web mode, the functions of receiving and distributing examination data, identity verification, online examination, and examination result collection can be realized using the SaaS deployment structure, MVC three-tier architecture, Java modeling language, XFIE, JSON, web service, DES, and other technologies combined with MySQL database. At the same time, the improved parallel genetic annealing algorithm (IPGAA) is proposed as a CC resource scheduling strategy. The IPGAA has better adaptability in the CC system with various cloud resources because it combines the fast global search ability of the genetic algorithm (GA) with the local search ability of the simulated annealing algorithm. Simulation tests show that the IPGAA is effective.

Objective. Endometriotic tissue implants rarely transform to malignant tissue, especially in a patient with a hysterectomy and bilaterally salpingo-oophorectomy. However, several cases with cancer arising from endometriosis after hysterectomy were reported in the literature. Hormone replacement therapy only with estrogen is a crucial risk factor for malignant transformation of persistent endometriotic tissue. Case Report. The present case demonstrates an endometrioid adenocarcinoma arising from persistent endometriosis tissue in a patient who was performed hysterectomy with bilateral salpingectomy 3 years ago. The histopathologic specimens of the previous surgery did not include any malignant tissue. After 3 years, she applied to the hospital with abnormal vaginal bleeding, and her histopathologic examination result found an ulcerated mass at the upper one-third of the vagina that is compatible with endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Conclusion. It is crucial to keep in mind the endometriosis history of the patient, to be able to diagnose cancer arising from endometriosis while evaluating the patient with a hysterectomy.

Background: Condylomata acuminata (KA) or better known as genital warts disease is a genital area infectious disease caused by Human papilloma virus (HPV). The highest prevalence infection of the condylomata acuminata occurs during active sexual periods, namely age 17-33 years, with the peak occurring at the age of 20-24 years. Currently HPV 16 and 18 are known to cause malignancy in the genital and anogenital region including cervical cancer and anal cancer, while HPV 6 and 11 are the cause of 90% of condylomata acuminata. HPV is linked to the findings of 500,000 new cases of cervical cancer and 250,000 deaths from cervical cancer each year worldwide.1 Case report: One case of condylomata acuminata in a 19-year-old adolescent girl with a major complaint of warts around her genitals that felt itchy and gradually getting bigger since 2 weeks ago. Patient was a student and unmarried. History of sexual contact with men with genito-genital without using condoms since 5 months ago. Venereological state : on the vulva and perineal there were multiple vegetations with verucose surfaces with the largest size 0.8 cm x 0.5 cm x 0.1 cm and the smallest size 0.2 cm x 0.2 cm x 0.1 cm. Acetowhite examination result was positive and PCR examination results found positive HPV types 6,11,16 and 18. Discussion: Patients are diagnosed to condylomata acuminata with a history of free sex at an early age. The condylomata acuminata experienced by patients was type 6,11,16 and 18. These types of 16 and 18 HPV are know to cause malignancy in the genital and anogenital region including cervical cancer and anal cancer.

We present the case of a 41-year-old male patient that examined in the outpatient ENT Department of our hospital, reported a persistent otitis media for about six months. Despite medical therapy, his symptom did not improve. The suspicious of a nasopharyngeal mass was raised and the rhino endoscopy revealed a mucosal projection in the left fossa of the Rosenmuller. Computed tomography (CT) of temporal bone pneumatization showed a left mastoid cell occupation and a small projection in the left fossa of the Rosenmuller. The histological examination result of a biopsy of the lession that prepared under local anesthesia, revealed nasopharyngeal adenoid cystic carcinoma. Magnetic resonance imaging indicated the extent of the tumor. The positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) scan staged the patient and concluded the diagnosis. The patient underwent both surgery and radiotherapy and addressed oncologists and radiotherapists for further treatment. The patient was diagnosed with lung and kidney metastasis. Adenoid cystic carcinoma is a rare type of adenocarcinoma with ominous prognosis. We always have to raise the suspicious of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, in patients with persistent otological symptoms, that do not improve despite therapy.

Background: Equine sarcoid is a rare equine skin tumour seen in any age group of horses, usually in younger horses. Grossly, it appears as multinodular masses which may or may not ulcerate and pink to greyish white coloured. It was suggested that the papilloma virus is a causative organism along with predisposing factors like skin abrasions and wounds. The definitive diagnosis is based on histopathology and classified according to their gross appearance and clinical behavior. To find out the origin and proliferative nature, histochemical and immunohistochemical study was performed. The present communication reflects various patterns of sarcoid on histopathological examination and it was confirmed by histochemistry and immunohistochemistry. Methods: A four-year-old bay colt was presented to the Madras Veterinary College Teaching Hospital with nodular masses on the buccal cavity. Fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB), blood, serum and tumour biopsy materials were collected under local anesthesia. The collected samples were subjected to Leishman-Giemsa staining, haematological and biochemical analysis, histopathology, histochemical and immunohistochemical examination. Result: Histopathologically, there was mucosal hyperplasia and hyperkeratosis. The neoplastic cells were arranged as storiform or whorl-like pattern. Also, there was perpendicular orientation of fibroblasts towards the basement membrane (picket fence) at the dermo-epidermal junction, which was considered as characteristic feature of sarcoid. Histochemical examination with Picrosirius red revealed strong positivity characterised by deep red coloured mature collagen fibres. Immunohistochemically, the hyperplastic epithelial cells were positive for pan cytokeratin and fibroblast cells were strongly positive for vimentin. Based on the histopathology, histochemistry and immunohistochemistry, the condition was diagnosed as sarcoid which is rare in horses.
