Brand image is a strategy that is widely utilized by companies to win the competition. To identify the factors that influence the brand image of online store, empirical study was conducted to analyze the direct influence of electronic customer satisfaction, electronic word of mouth toward the brand image of online store, and to analyze the indirect effect of electronic customer satisfaction toward the brand image of online store through electronic word of mouth. Data were collected from 200 online store consumers and analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling method. From the results of processing data to test the proposed hypothesis, it is known that to improve the brand image of online stores, the online store manager should focus on how to boost the number of consumers who will provide reviews about online stores or push electronic word of mouth.

Given the increase in consumers’ preferences for coffee, it is becoming important to understand their decision-making processes in the coffee chain context. To deepen the understanding of sustainable outcomes in this context, this study investigates the role of dedication- and constraint-based mechanisms in forming consumers’ repurchase and positive word-of-mouth (WOM) intentions, two critical sustainable outcomes. We examined the effects of coffee quality, the quality of the physical environment, and service quality in accelerating the formation of dedication-based factors. Moreover, this study offers an in-depth understanding of the enablers of perceived switching costs. Data collected from 238 university students that frequently visit coffee chains are empirically tested against the proposed theoretical framework by using structural equation modeling. The results confirm that both dedication- and constraint-based factors substantially predict consumers’ sustainable outcomes in the coffee chain context. Brand image and perceived switching costs play an important role in enhancing consumers’ repurchase and positive WOM intentions compared with customer satisfaction. Coffee quality is significantly associated with both customer satisfaction and brand image, whereas the quality of the physical environment and service quality are only significantly associated with brand image. Habit is found to be the key enabler of perceived switching costs, while loyalty programs have no significant impact on perceived switching costs.

This article aims to build a determinant model of repurchase intention at online stores in Indonesia. This article is based on a survey of Indonesian online store consumers. Respondents were asked to provide responses related to satisfaction, trust, website quality, and repurchase intention. There were 193 final respondents obtained from 300 distributed questionnaires. The model was tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 18. The results revealed the role of the mediating variable of customer satisfaction on repurchase intention. The findings are expected to contribute ideas related to the formation of model reinforce the repurchase intention of online store customers. This implies for website designers to design an online store capable of increasing trust and strengthening the repurchase intention.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to investigate how electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), attitude, and city image affect tourists’ intention to visit a tourism city. Design/methodology/approach – Drawing from the tourism management literature, the authors hypothesize and test the relationships among e-WOM, attitude, overall city image, and visit intentions. Structural equation modeling was conducted to test the proposed relationships among the variables. Findings – The empirical results suggested that e-WOM has a positive and significant influence on tourists’ attitude and overall city image. Further, e-WOM, attitude toward city, and overall city image were significant determinants of visit intentions. Originality/value – The paper contributes to understand the relationship between four constructs of e-WOM, attitude, and overall city image and visit intentions, tested in city tourism in the context of a tourism city.

The sampling technique used is accidental sampling as many as 108 respondents. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires via google form. The collected data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which consists of two stages, namely the measurement model and the structural model with IBM SPSS AMOS software version 20 and index number analysis as descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in Korean beauty products (K-Beauty), celebrity endorser has a positive and insignificant effect on buying interest in Korean beauty products (K-Beauty), while country of origin and electronic word of mouth have a negative and insignificant effect on buying interest in Korean beauty products (K-Beauty).

The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating role of electronic word of mouth in the relationship between tourism products and service quality on the decision to visit tourists to Pangandaran Beach. This research is explanatory research, and the data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 95 visitors to Pangandaran beach, who were selected using the purposive sampling method. Based on the analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach, the results indicate that service quality and tourism products have a significant positive effect on visiting decisions. However, electronic word of mouth does not mediate the relationship between service quality and tourism products on tourists visiting decisions.

This research was conducted to analyze the quality of service, promotion, brand image and motivation towards eWOM. The research was quantitative research using a descriptive approach. The data were analyzed using SEM Lisrel (Structural Equation Modeling). This study was conducted of student  from Faculty of Nursing Garut class who actively carry out lecture with total sample of 309. The findings of this research showed that there was a significant relationship between service quality on brand image, there is a meaningful relationship between the promotion of brand image, there is no significant relationship between service quality on eWOM, brand image has a significant to eWOM and motivation has a significant relationship to eWOM.

The collected data were keyed into SPSS version 25 and followed by using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM 3.2.8) to assess the hypothesis. The result of this research given the feedbacks where trust, electronic word of mouth and website quality have significant effect towards consumers satisfaction on Shopee in Malaysia. However, price and security does not show a significant relationship with Shopee’s consumer satisfaction.
