The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of profitability, sales growth, and asset structure on firm capital structure in manufacturing companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange during the years 2011-2018. This study uses purposive sampling method to collect data and consists of 11 manufacturing companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange during the years 2011-2018. The hypothesis was tested by using multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that profitability has negative significant influence on firm capital structure, sales growth have negative significant influence on firm capital structure, asset structure have negative significant influence on firm capital structure, and also fluctuating exchange rate strengthen the relationship between profitability and firm capital structure.

The purpose of this study was to analyse the stickiness cost, and how adjustment cost gave impact on stickiness cost. Asset intensity was proxy of adjustment cost in this research. The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016. There are 124 companies obtained by using purposive sampling method. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that stickiness cost occurred on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Furthermore, the results indicate the level of asset intensity in accordance with the level of stickiness cost changes. So it can be concluded that adjustment cost affects stickiness cost.Keywords: Adjustment cost, stickiness cost, asset intensity.

This research aims to find out how the influence of total revenue and net profit against the stock price (study on the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange). Methods of analysis used was multiple linear regression. The population in this study is taken is the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2014-2016. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method with results of 25 companies. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method with the results of 25 companies. Research results showed total revenue has significantly against the stock price, and net profit also has a significant influence on the price of the stock. The stock price is high then it will attract investors to invest that later can be used to develop the company in the future.Keywords :  Total Revenue, Net Profit, Stock Price

This study aims to determine the internal and external factors of the company's capital structure. The variables in this study consisted of profitability (X1), liquidity (X2), solvency (X3), tangibility (X4), sales growth (X5), inflation (X6), tax (X7), USD exchange rate (X8), and capital structure (Y). The population in this study is the manufacturing companies in the goods and consumption industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sample in this study was chosen based on the purposive sampling method, resulting in 76 companies as much data. This study uses secondary data and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that profitability, solvency, tangibility, and tax affect the company's capital structure, while liquidity, sales growth, inflation, and the USD exchange rate do not affect the company's capital structure

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales stability on the capital structure and to determine the effect of asset structure on capital structure and to determine the effect of sales stability and asset structure together on capital structure in large trading sub-sector companies (production goods and consumer goods ) period 2013-2017.The type of research used is quantitative associative, with the method of collecting data using secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are large-scale trade sub-sector companies (production goods and consumer goods) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling using the purposive sampling method, there are 45 samples. The method of analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study can be concluded that sales stability has a significant effect on capital structure, asset structure has a significant influence on capital structure, and sales stability and asset structure together (simultaneously) affect the capital structure

Automotive companies suffered a loss due to a decrease in sales caused by high taxes and the proliferation of manufacturing components.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure on value of company, Company size on value of company and profitability on value of company of IDX period 2012-2016, with 6 companies using purposive sampling method. Method of analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis.The result of the research shows that the capital structure do not have positive and significant influence to company value, and company size do not have positive and significant influence to company value while profitability has an effect on company value. This shows that high profitability influences company value in the eyes of investors.

This study aims to examine and analyze the factors that influence the capital structure of consumer goods companies listed on the IDX. The research’s method is using quantitative method. The population is taken from manufacturinng companies engaged in consumer goods listed on the IDX from 2017-2019. The total of  samples in this study were 87 samples : it is 29 companies multiplied by 3 research periods. The research model is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are Profitability, Asset Structure, Company Size, and Sales Growth partially have no and no significant effect on Capital Structure in Consumer Goods companies on the IDX for the 2017-2019. Liquidity partially has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure of the Consumer Goods sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019.

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the influence of financial ratios on firm value carriedout in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013 to 2017. The samplingin this study used a purposive sampling technique. Based on predetermined criteria, this study uses multiplelinear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of multiple linear regression analysis were obtained by the regression equation Y = α +β1x1 + β2x2 + β3x3 + ε. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that the variables of profitabilityand capital structure had a positive and significant effect on the value of the company, while the variablegrowth of the company was not significant towards firm value.

This study aims to examine the effect of government ownership, KAP size, and board age on disclosure of internal control. Company size is used as a control variable in this study. The object of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 - 2017. This study used a sample of 226 companies using the purposive sampling method. The statistical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that government ownership had a positive and significant effect on disclosure of internal control, while board age had a negative and significant effect on disclosure on internal control. This study did not find any significant effect from KAP size on disclosure of internal control

The purpose of the research is to analyze whether there is an influence between capital structure, profitability, and firm size on firm value. The population used in this study is the LQ 45 company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). A sampling of research using a purposive sampling method of determining the certain criteria with a total samples of 31 LQ 45 companies during 2014-2018. The research uses multiple linear regression to analyze the data. The results show that capital structure and profitability evaluate the value of the company. While the size of the company does not oppose the value of the company. This research was conducted to test whether net profit margin, liquidity, and sales growth significantly influence stock price in manufacturing companies in 2013-2017. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Selected sample in certain criteria as many as 36 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression through the SPSS version 23.0. in this study the effect is only the net profit margin variable that has a significant effect on stock price.
