This study aims to determine the internal and external factors of the company's capital structure. The variables in this study consisted of profitability (X1), liquidity (X2), solvency (X3), tangibility (X4), sales growth (X5), inflation (X6), tax (X7), USD exchange rate (X8), and capital structure (Y). The population in this study is the manufacturing companies in the goods and consumption industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sample in this study was chosen based on the purposive sampling method, resulting in 76 companies as much data. This study uses secondary data and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that profitability, solvency, tangibility, and tax affect the company's capital structure, while liquidity, sales growth, inflation, and the USD exchange rate do not affect the company's capital structure

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of profitability, sales growth, and asset structure on firm capital structure in manufacturing companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange during the years 2011-2018. This study uses purposive sampling method to collect data and consists of 11 manufacturing companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange during the years 2011-2018. The hypothesis was tested by using multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that profitability has negative significant influence on firm capital structure, sales growth have negative significant influence on firm capital structure, asset structure have negative significant influence on firm capital structure, and also fluctuating exchange rate strengthen the relationship between profitability and firm capital structure.

Abstract: In the era of globalization, companies are developing into multinational companies that establish branches or subsidiaries in various countries. This globalization has given an impact to increase international transaction. These transactions could lead to transactions with related parties that shows an indication of transfer pricing. Along with the development of globalization, factors affecting transfer pricing are not only derived from taxes, but also from other factors. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of tax, exchange rate, tunneling incentive, and firm size on transfer pricing. This research used secondary data in the form of annual reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Population of this research was manufacturing companies for years 2014-2018 and by purposive sampling method, a sample of 19 manufacturing companies was obtained. Analysis technique used on this research was a multiple linear regression using SPSS 23 application. The result shows that tax, tunneling incentive, firm size have significant effect on transfer pricing, while exchange rate does not take any effect on transfer pricing. Adjusted R2 determination coefficient of 32,8% shows transfer pricing is affected by tax, exchange rate, tunneling incentive, and firm size, while remaining 67,2% is affected by other variables outside research model. This research aims to examine to analyze the effect of tunneling incentive, bonus scheme and exchange rate on the company’s decision to do transfer pricing. The population in this research are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014 until 2017. The sample of study was determined by using purposive sampling method, and that total sample 48 manufacturing companies. The data used is secondary data. The technique of collecting data by documentation at www.idx.com. The analytical method used is Panel Regression Analysis with SPSS22 software. /This research use logistic regression analysis as analysis /method.The result of analysis in this research showed that tunneling incentive and bonus scheme had no effect on ithe company’s decision to do transfer pricing.  Exchange rate had a significant effect on the company’s decision to do transferi pricing

This study aims to analyze the effect of business strategy, leverage, profitability and sales growth on tax avoidance. Sample companies involved in tax avoidance were obtained from surveys of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data covers a period of four years from 2014 to 2017. The sample used is secondary data originating from the IDX.com website with the sampling technique that is the purposive sampling method. Data analysis used is a multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded as follows (1) Business strategy has a positive influence on tax avoidance (2) leverage has a positive influence on tax avoidance (3) profitability has no effect on tax avoidance (4) sales growth has an influence positive for tax avoidance

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of asset structure, managerial ownership, and income variability on the company's capital structure (DER). This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017- 2019 period. The population in this study were 181 companies, using the purposive sampling method the research sample was obtained as many as 46 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis technique with Eviews version 11 as a tool. Based on the research results, it is found that the asset structure has no effect on the capital structure. Managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on capital structure. This research aims to analyze the factors that affect the capital structure of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2014. The variables studied were profitability, sales growth, asset structure and company size. This research is a comparative causal study. The data used is secondary data obtained from the site www.idx.co.id.The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2014. The sample selection is done by using purposive sampling method, so that as much as 1089 observational data are obtained. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable profitability, asset structure and firm size significantly influence the capital structure. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is equal to 0.104. This means that 10.4% of the dependent variable that is capital structure can be explained by four independent variables namely profitability, sales growth, asset structure and company size. While the remaining 89.6% is explained by variables or other causes outside the model.

The problem in this study is the company's profit which is very important for the company because it is the company's main goal.  The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the variables of sales growth , cash turnover and liquidity on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2019. The population in this study amounted to 180 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, with a research sample of 27 companies for 2017-2019, so the research sample data is 81. The data collection technique is to download financial reports from the www.idx.co.id site. The data analysis technique used in this study used multiple regression analysis. The results of the study partially show that sales growth variable has no significant effect on profitability, but the cash turnover and liquidity variables have a partial and significant effect on the company's profitability. Simultaneously sales growth, cash turnover and liquidity have a positive and significant effect on profitability.

This study aims to analyze the effect of firm size, sales growth, profitability and leverage on stock returns in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method. The number of companies sampled in this study are 11 Food And Beverage companies listed on the IDX in the 2015-2019 period. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is Eviews 9. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of company size on stock returns in Manufacturing companies in the Food and Beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. There is an effect of Sales Growth (Growth) on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. Profitability affects stock returns in Food and Beverage Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. Leverage has an effect on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the practice of tax avoidance by using profitability, leverage, sales growth and the audit committee as independent variables. The method used is a purposive sampling method with population in the form of financial statements from 30 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015-2017, so that the sample of data observed is 90 company financial statements. The research design used is causal and descriptive. The data collected is in the form of secondary data from the financial statements of manufacturing companies. Where data analysis is performed using multiple regression statistical analysis. The results found that profitability and sales growth had a significant effect on the level of tax avoidance. While leverage and the audit committee do not significantly affect the level of tax avoidance.

The problems that will be discussed in this journal regarding the relationship between the business entity, the solvency of audit delay. The research method used in this study uses secondary data. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling. The criteria of the company being sampled are companies that publish audited financial statements for four consecutive years and use the rupiah currency, so the total number of samples in this study is 100 data. Independent variables in this study are company size, solvability and audit committee, variables dependent inthis study is audit delay. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.The results of the analysis show that the solvability variable has a significant effect on audit delay. While the variable size of the company and the audit committee does not have a significant effect on audit delay.
