The brand value of KFC occupy number three in the world and number two in Indonesia. It means that KFC is quite popular among Indonesian people. This research aims to test whether brand image variable, E-WOM, and social media usage of Instagram have a positive relationship towards purchase intention in generation Y and Z on KFC food products at Citra Garden 6, West Jakarta. This study used 100 samples with a convenience sampling method. Data retrieval techniques are performed using questionnaires and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results showed indicate brand image variable and social media usage had a positive relationship with purchase intention, whereas E-WOM variable had no positive relationship towards purchase intention.Nilai merek KFC menempati posisi nomor tiga di dunia dan nomor dua di Indonesia. Hal ini berarti bahwa KFC cukup popular di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah variabel citra merek, E-WOM, dan penggunaan media sosial Instagram memiliki hubungan positif terhadap minat beli konsumen generasi Y dan Z pada produk makanan KFC di Citra Garden 6, Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 sampel dengan metode convenience sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel citra merek dan penggunaan media sosial memiliki hubungan positif dengan minat beli, sedangkan variabel E-WOM tidak memiliki hubungan positif terhadap minat beli.

In this research, the effect of brand image and brand conscious on perceived price and purchase intention are examined. The role of perceived price on purchase intention is also investigated. The sample of the research is the customers using a mobile phone in Turkey. In this study, the convenience sampling method was used which is the non-probability sampling method. According to the convenience sampling method, 450 customers were reached and 409 questionnaires were found suitable for data analysis. The collected data was analyzed with SPSS and AMOS programs and the validity and reliability of the scales were tested. According to the results of the research, there was a positive relationship between brand image and perceived price and purchase intention. On the other hand, brand-conscious did not affect the perceived price and purchase intention. It was also found that there was a positive relationship between perceived price and purchase intention.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to propose the concept of conviction in online environment. It examines the vital role of conviction and firm’s brand reputation while understanding the impact of social media usage and electronic word-of-mouth (EWOM) on purchase decisions of Generation Y. Design/methodology/approach Literature review resulted in six constructs – social media usage, EWOM, conviction, firm’s brand reputation and purchase intention and customer loyalty. The authors adopted the concept of conviction from another field of enquiry (organizational learning), conducted a qualitative study and an e-mail survey with post-graduate management students (Generation Y) of a university to examine the impact of social media and EWOM on customer purchase decision. Data were collected and analyzed with the help of structural equation modeling. Findings Results indicated that impact of social media usage and EWOM on purchase decision is mediated by conviction. Firm’s reputation as brand (perceived by the customer) moderates the relationship between EWOM and purchase intention in a manner that this relationship is significantly stronger if there is more positive brand reputation. Originality/value This study validates the concept of conviction in online environment. The purchase decision is defined as purchase intention and loyalty of the customer.

The purpose of this research is to examine whether 1) brand image can predict purchase intention of consumers Aice in West Jakarta.2) brand awareness can predict purchase intention of consumers Aice in West Jakarta.3) perceived quality can predict purchase intention of consumers Aice in West Jakarta.4) perceived value can predict purchase intention of consumers Aice in West Jakarta. Sample was selected using convenience sampling method amounted to 150 respondents at West Jakarta. The result of this study show that brand image has significant effect to predict purchase intention, brand awareness and perceived value have significant effect to predict purchase intention, and perceived quality has no significant effect to predict purchase intention.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah 1) citra merek dapat memprediksi niat pembelian es krim Aice di Jakarta Barat. 2) kesadaran merek dapat memprediksi niat pembelian es krim Aice di Jakarta Barat. 3) persepsi kualitas dapat memprediksi niat pembelian es krim Aice di Jakarta Barat. 4) persepsi nilai dapat memprediksi niat pembelian es krim Aice di Jakarta Barat. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode convenience sampling berjumlah 150 responden di Jakarta Barat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa citra merek memiliki pengaruh signifikan untuk memprediksi niat pembelian, kesadaran merek dan persepsi nilai memiliki pengaruh signifikan untuk memprediksi niat pembelian, dan persepsi kualitas terbukti tidak mampu memprediksi niat pembelian.

Business competition that is getting stonger makes SME (Small Medium Enterprise) must be able to compete. Batik is one of SME that has influence in economic growth. The enterpreneurs have to compete with competitiors. This study aims to examine  the influence of media sosial, electronic word of mouth, and brand image on purchase decision through purchase intention at Poeniko Batik Pekalongan store. The population in this study is consumers of Poeniko Batik Pekalongan. The number of samples used in this study were 100 people using the incidental sampling method. The data collection method uses documentation and questionnaires. The results showed that the electronic word of mouth, brand image and purchase variables had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While social media variables do not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the path analysis test indicate that purchase intention can mediate the influence of social media, electronic word of mouth, and brand image on purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of brand image, trust, perceived price and eWOM (electronic word of mouth) towards purchase intention smartphone on Jakarta. The populations are all smartphone user in Jakarta. The samples data number is collected from 220 respondents who lived in Jakarta, and aged between 21-30 years old who has chosen the smartphone.the data collection technique was carried out by distributing the questionnaires online using Google Form through social media (Whatsapp, Line, Instagram and Facebook). This research uses the non-probability sampling method with conveniece sampling technique. Multiple regression analysis is used to analyze research data by using SPSS Version 22 software. The result of this study has showed that brand image, trust, perceived price and eWOM have positive and significant effect on purchase intention smartphone in Jakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh brand image, trust, perceived price and eWOM (electronic word of mouth) terhadap purchase intention smartphone di Jakarta. Populasinya adalah seluruh pengguna smartphone di Jakarta. Jumlah sampel data dikumpulkan dari 220 responden yang berdomisili di Jakarta, berusia antara 21-30 tahun yang telah memilih smartphone. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online menggunakan Google Form melalui media sosial (Whatsapp, Line, Instagram dan Facebook). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik convenience sampling. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data penelitian dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand image, trust, perceived price dan eWOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intentio smartphone di Jakarta.

Fashion brands are increasingly being caused by the needs of society and technological developments in creating new products that are very practical and creative, especially during a pandemic more and more are shopping online. The purpose of this study is to examine whether the effect of  brand image, brand trust, and EWOM are positive predictor of purchase intention for H&M product during  the covid-19 in Jakarta. This study uses 100 samples selected using convenience sampling techniques, where the selected sample is consumers in Jakarta who have bought or tried H&M products. The instruments to collect the data was by questionnaire and distributed through social media platforms, such as Whatsapp, Line and Instagram. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results of this study indicate that brand image, brand trust and EWOM  is a positive predictor of purchase intention. Merek fashion semakin banyak disebabkan karena kebutuhan masyarakat dan perkembangan teknologi dalam menciptakan produk-produk baru yang sangat praktis dan kreatif, khususnya pada masa pandemi semakin banyak yang belanja melalui online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah pengaruh citra merek, kepercayaan merek dan EWOM merupakan prediktor positif untuk niat membeli pada produk H&M pada masa pandemi covid-19 di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 sampel yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling, dimana sampel yang dipilih adalah konsumen di Jakarta yang pernah membeli atau mencoba produk H&M. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan disebar melalui media sosial berupa Whatsapp, Line dan Instagram. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi citra merek, kepercayaan merek dan EWOM merupakan prediktor positif untuk niat membeli.

The research aims to find out and describe the influence of simultaneously or partial service, brand image, facility and security towards Garuda Indonesia consumer satisfaction in Surakarta. This methodology research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all Garuda Indonesia consumers in Surakarta are unknown number. The research aims to find out the influence of brand image, perceived quality and eWOM to purchase intention of car in Jakarta. The sampling method used in the study is non probability sampling by convenience sampling. The sample in this research is 150 respondents. 150 valid data were analysed using structural equaltion modelling to test hypothesizes in the research. Based on analysis, all variables which is brand image, perceived quality and eWOM have positif significant effect to purchase intention. Perceived quality is the most influencing factor to purchase intention. Based on findings, researcher suggested the company to focus on perceived quality. Customers think good car performance, good product quality and promising warranty as a good perceived quality. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image, perceived quality dan eWOM terhadap purchase intention mobil di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik convenience sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 responden. 150 data yang valid dianalisa menggunakan structural equation modelling untuk menguji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, semua variabel yaitu brand image, perceived quality dan eWOM memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Perceived quality merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap purchase intention. Dari hasil ini, peneliti menyarankan agar perusahaan fokus pada perceived quality. Pelanggan menilai performa yang baik, kualitas produk baik dan garansi yang menjanjikan sebagai perceived quality yang baik.

The purpose of this study is to find out 1) whether there is an effect of brend image on purchase intention. 2) whether there is an effect of perceive price on purchase intention. 3) whether there is a product quality effect on purchase intention. The population in this study were potential customers and existing customers of automotive brand in Jakarta. The sample used in this study was 180 respondents. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sample with convenience sampling method. Overall the results of this study are 1) Brand image has a positive effect on purchase intention, 2) Perceive price has a positive effect on purchase intention, 3) Product quality has a positive effect on purchase intention.
