Progress of village development is very dependent on the financial independence of the village. Financial independence is reflected in the amount of original village income. One source of original village income comes from market retribution. Market retribution revenue will increase if the market can develop properly. Customer satisfaction is the key to the success of a market. This study analyzes consumer satisfaction at Kembangsari Market, Srimartani Village, Bantul Regency, and the factors that influence satisfaction using a logistic regression model. The results showed that the level of consumer satisfaction was 72.71 percent. Factors that influence consumer satisfaction are easy-to-market accessibility, good product quality, and guarantees provided. Infrastructure factors and the responsibility of traders have not been able to increase customer satisfaction.

Fused deposition modeling (FDM) is one of the important additive layer manufacturing techniques, used to fabricate products from heated polymer materials. Like other manufacturing processes, sustainability interventions are desirable in FDM to attain energy and resource efficiency simultaneously with good product quality. This paper reports the results of investigation conducted by the authors on effect of topology optimization strategy on quality of FDM parts and sustainability of the process. A total of eighteen experiments have been conducted by varying infill pattern and density at three levels each for optimized and unoptimized topology, based on Taguchi L18 technique. Statistical fitness of the data has been insured by ANOVA. Both infill density and pattern have been found the significant parameters. Better mechanical strength has been obtained for topology optimized FDM parts. A set of confirmation experiments have been conducted followed by quantification of sustainability and indicated that improved mechanical properties simultaneously with enhanced sustainability can be achieved via topology optimization in FDM process

The majority of traditional herbal medicine businesses are carried out by home-based business groups, such as traditional herbal medicine businesses carried out by groups of women in Dasa Wisma Aster Dahlia who are domiciled at Tegalbesar Village, Kaliwates District, Jember Regency, produced among others: Jamu Temulawak, Jamu Kunci Sirih, Jamu Kunyit Asem and Jamu Beras Kencur, the herbal medicine which is produced is made from “empon empon” as the base ingredient which is quite abundant in Jember Regency. Herbal medicine business has a very good potential to be developed, because the market demand is very high so that if it is pursued more seriously, it can be used to support the economy of Dama's members. Team acts as: (1) Presenters of socialization, initiator and signing of the MOU document between the two parties, (2) Trainer or assistant for production, monitoring and evaluation (monev) ) post production, packaging and labeling of the final product. Delivering material in the form of lectures, discussions and questions and answers, practice and supervision, continuous monitoring and evaluation to achieve self-sufficiency in production with good product quality. Dama’s members as a socialization participant, also acts as a training participant and mentors the production, marketing, packaging and labeling of the final product.

Cherries are rich in bioactive phenolic compounds and are often fermented into cherry wines. The degradation of anthocyanins during storage will cause color deterioration. The study aimed to utilize sinapic acid and grape tannins in cherry wine to maintain a high fraction in the colored forms of anthocyanins, in order to maximize the color intensity, the latter being associated with good product quality. The effects on the anthocyanin profile and on color parameters of copigments, utilizing spectral measurement combined with UPLC-MS quantitative analysis, have been evaluated in sweet cherry wines. The copigmentation effect of sinapic acid and grape tannin was accompanied by the bathochromic shift and the hyperchromic effect, which lead to an increase in color intensity (lower L*, higher a* and b*). During the aging process, sinapic and grape tannin increased the content of pyranoanthocyanins in cherry wine, especially the addition of sinapic acid makes the cherry wine generate 10-syringyl-pyranocyanidin-3-rutinoside. These results demonstrate that sinapic acid is suitable for adding before alcohol fermentation, while grape tannins can be added before aging.

This study aims to determine and examine the effect of product quality on purchasingdecisions, the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions, the influence ofpurchasing decisions on customer satisfaction, the effect of product quality oncustomer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, and the influence of brand imageon customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. This research is in the form ofquantitative research, where the data obtained is primary data obtained throughdistributing questionnaires to 120 respondents who have made purchases of Wardahcosmetic products. The data obtained were then processed using the Smart PLSsoftware. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationshipbetween product quality and brand image variables on purchasing decisions, whichmeans that good product quality and good brand image will create purchasingdecisions for consumers. Purchase decisions have a positive influence on customersatisfaction. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customersatisfaction. Brand Image does not significantly influence customer satisfaction.Product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customersatisfaction through purchasing decisions. This shows that consumers will be satisfiedwith a product when consumers are satisfied with the purchasing decisions made onthe product.

Anticipating competition among producers and achieving customer satisfaction, including the need to see good product quality and competitive prices, so that purchasing decisions occur. This study aims to determine the picture of product quality, price, purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction and the effect of the influence of product quality and price on purchasing decisions both simultaneously and partially. The research method used in this research is descriptive verification method with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The results showed that the quality of Golfer shoes was quite good on the model but was judged to be poor in terms of its durability. An assessment of the price is considered quite expensive, this can be due to tiered prices, consumer purchasing decisions on Golfer shoes products are considered less fast and customers are less satisfied with their products. This study aims to determine the brand image, lifestyle, and product quality on purchasing decisions for Iphone smartphones. The population used in this study is the consumer iPhone mobile phone users. The method used in this study is a partial test with a Likert scale. The sample in this study were consumers of iPhone smarthphones with a total of 40 respondents. Statistical tests were performed using PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling. The validation test uses the loading factor, convergent validity, and face validity. While the reliability test uses the Cronbach'c alpha value, composite reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). After all the results of the indicator items used in this study are valid and reliable, then the hypothesis is tested. Of the three hypotheses proposed, all of them are supported and for each hypothesis there is one researcher who says the results are not significant. The conclusion of this study is the importance of maintaining brand image for a better lifestyle and maintaining good product quality, in order to get good consumer reviews, besides that it is also important to pay attention to lifestyle in order to remain confident and make purchasing decisions.

Postharvest handling is recommended to maintain the quality of crop commodities. Brassicaceae is the most popular commodities. The postharvest handling of the Brassicaceae is important to maintain the quality and freshness up to the hand of consumers. This research was conducted to observe the effect of storage temperature on the quality of Brassicaceaeafter seven day of storage. The water content analysis was performed using the gravimetric method, weight loss was analyzed using the weight difference percentage method, respiration rate was analyzed using the CO2 absorption method and continued with titration, Vitamin C content was analyzed using the idiometric titration method, chlorophyll and carotenoids were analyzed using spectroscopy methods using DMSO reagent.Storage of Brassicaceaein the freezer can maintain freshness and good product quality based on low carotenoid content, respiration rate and tissue weight loss value.
