The research aims to find out and describe the influence of simultaneously or partial service, brand image, facility and security towards Garuda Indonesia consumer satisfaction in Surakarta. This methodology research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all Garuda Indonesia consumers in Surakarta are unknown number. The number of samples was determined with the formula Lemeshow and the result 100 respondents. Sampling method using convenience sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis. This test results the service, brand image, facility and security simultaneously and significance effect on Garuda Indonesia consumer satisfaction in Surakarta. Service influential positive and significance effect against the Garuda Indonesia consumer satisfaction in Surakarta. Brand image influential positive and significance effect against the Garuda Indonesia consumer satisfaction in Surakarta. Facility influential positive and significance effect against the Garuda Indonesia consumer satisfaction in Surakarta. This research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all employees at Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo totaled 77. The number of samples is 77 respondents. Sampling method using sensus sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis. This F test results the competence, incentive and dicipline simultaneously and significant effect on employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. The t-test results showed that the competence influential positive and significant effect against the employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. The research aims to find out and describe the influence of either simultaneously or partial reference groups, product quality and promotion to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. This research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all consumer Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District unknown number. The number of samples was determined with the formula Sarwono and the result 100 respondents. Sampling method using accidental sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis. This F test results the reference groups, product quality and promotion simultaneously and significant effect to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. The t-test results showed that the reference groups influential positive and significant effect against to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. Product quality influential positive and significant effect against to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. Promotion influential positive and significantly to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. The results of the determination of the coefficient indicates the reference groups, product quality and promotion have influence of 57,2% the purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. The most dominant influence to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District is product quality because it has the most tvalue is 6,654. This test results the job insecurity, job satisfaction and work environment simultaneously and significance effect on turnover intention PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo. Job insecurity influential positive and significance effect against the turnover intention PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo. Job satisfaction influential negative and significance effect against the turnover intention PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo. Work environment influential negative and significance to turnover intention PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo. The results of the determination of the coefficient indicates job insecurity, job satisfaction and work environment have influence of 56,5% turnover intention PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo. Suggestion in this research is companies are expected to pay more attention to noise levels at work that can interfere with work activities. This can be done by installing a silencer in the office. Market performance in the form of marketing efficiency is the result of a good marketing system which then affects consumer satisfaction. This research was conducted to analyze: 1) satisfaction of marine fish consumers at fish auction PPN Muara Angke, 2) influence of market performance on consumer satisfaction, 3) differences in marketing efficiency between fishermen and traders, 4) differences in satisfaction of fishermen and merchant’s consumers. The research method used is a qualitative and quantitative descriptive research type. The population in this study are ship owners or fishermen, auction participants which include wholesalers, wholesalers, processors, and retail traders. Sample determination technique using purposive sampling and snowball sampling with a sample of 42 people. The analysis technique used is descriptive, simple linear regression, and one-way ANOVA real difference test. Based on the results of the study that marine fish consumer satisfaction in Muara Angke it can be said to be satisfied and market performance affects consumer satisfaction. The marketing efficiency of fishermen and traders is equally efficient but more efficient marketing of fishermen and the satisfaction of fishermen and traders are equally satisfying but more satisfied by fishermen consumers.

The development of technology at this time is very fast. This development can be seen from the progress of gadgets that are now easily grasped by various groups (rich, poor) and ages (old, young) all can use it. Gadget innovations are always popping up all the time, from laptops, PCs, to cellphones. Mobile offers various advantages and features to support user flexibility. This study aims to prove the simultaneous and partial effect of purchasing decisions in terms of brand image, product quality, and promotion of Oppo mobile phones. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population is all buyers of Oppo mobile phones. The number of samples used amounting to 100 respondents, the sample was taken by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the f-test brand image, product quality, and promotion simultaneously and significantly influence the buying decision for Oppo mobile phones. The t-test results show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Oppo cellphones, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Oppo cellphones, the promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Oppo cellphones.
