This study aimed at finding and analyzing the information of the ideal speaking and listening online assessment media needed in Computer Science Faculty, University of Putra Indonesia YPTK.  The study used descriptive and qualitative approaches. The data instrument was a questionnaire using Likert-scale and open-questions responded by 431 students and 17 English lecturers. The result of the study showed that the students need interactive and interesting assessment web responsive while the lecturers need web responsive media which enable them to assess speaking and listening online including scoring and sending feedback. The result of the study will also be used as a matrix for developing online assessment media.

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo conocer las competencias respecto a la Ciudadanía y Literacidad Digital que tienen los estudiantes de la Facultad de Estadística e Informática (FEI) en sus diversos Programas Educativos (Tecnologías Computacionales, Redes y Servicios de Cómputo e Ingeniería de Software) de la Universidad Veracruzana. De esta forma diseñar un plan de acción que permita atender los retos que impone la transformación digital, considerando el reforzar estas competencias -mediante un replanteamiento de contenidos en algunas Experiencias Educativas muy puntuales, elaboración de diversas campañas publicitarias y quizá la incorporación de una revista que promueva los dos saberes en cuestión-. The present research objective is to know about the competences of the Citizenship and Digital Literacy that the students of the Statistics and Computer Science Faculty (FEI) have, all of this in their different Educational Programs (Computational Technologies, Networks and Services of Computing and Software Engineering) of the Universidad Veracruzana. In this way, design an action plan that allows addressing the challenges imposed by digital transformation, considering strengthening these competences -through a rethinking of contents in some very specific Educational Experiences, elaboration of various advertising campaigns and maybe with the incorporation of a magazine that promotes the two knowledge in question-.

Abstract.  Weak security of information in particular in e-learning systems can open the risk of harming the elements that exist within the system environment. So this research has the purpose to analyze the fraud or attacks that are usually done by users and identify patterns of behavior or attitudes that allow damage to the security system in e-learning. This study aims to identify the level of awareness of users, especially students in using e-learning system. This study uses an experimental method of user e-learning in computer science faculty UPN "Veteran" Jakarta where the end result of this research is to identify the level of awareness of the user to the security of e-learning system.Abstrak. Lemahnya keamanan informasi pada khususnya dalam sistem e-learning dapat membuka resiko yang merugikan elemen-elemen yang ada didalam lingkungan sistem tersebut. Sehingga penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisa kecurangan maupun serangan yang biasa dilakukan oleh pengguna dan mengidentifikasikan pola perilaku ataupun sikap yang memungkinkan merusak sistem keamanan pada e-learning. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kesadaran pengguna terutama mahasiswa dalam menggunakan sistem e-learning. Studi ini menggunakan metode eksperimental terhadap user e-learning di lingkungan fakultas ilmu komputer UPN “Veteran” Jakarta dimana hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah pengindentifikasian tingkat kesadaran user terhadap keamanan sistem e-learning.
