<p>This Study objectives are to test the influence of Accrual Based – Government Accounting Standard, Accounting Information System, Human Resourching Quality, Internal Control, and Organizational Commitment affect the quality of Ministry/Board financial statements especially in National Board of Disaster Management (BNPB). This study population is the stakeholders of National Board of Disaster Management financial statement consisting of Authorized Budget User, Financial Bureau, Expenditure Treasurer, Assistant of Expenditure Treasurer, Commitment-Making Officer, and Internal Auditor in BNPB. Sample is determined by using <em>Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling </em>techniques. Using the Likert measurement scale and <em>Inferensial Parametris </em>data analysis. The hypothesis is tested comparatively. The result showed that The  Impplementation of Accrual Based – Government Accounting Standard have a significant effect on the quality of financial statement, Impplementation of Accounting Information System have a significant effect on the quality of financial statement, Human Resourching Quality have a significant effect on the quality of financial statement, Internal Control have a siginificant effect on the quality of financial statement, and Organizational Commitment have a significant effect on the quality of financial statement. The maximum implementation of Accrual Based – Government Accounting Standard, Accounting Information System, Human Resorching Quality, Internal Control and Organizational Commitment will increase as well as the quality of financial statement in BNPB.</p><p>Keywords: Accrual Based – Government Accounting Standard, Accounting Information System, Human Resourching Quality, Internal Control, Organizational Commitment, National Board of Disaster Management.</p>

Objective –The purpose of this research is to prove by analysing whether the effectiveness of accounting information systems influence the quality of financial statements by adding organizational commitment as a moderator in the regional apparatus organization in North Sumatra, Indonesia. Methodology/Technique – This research is carried out by surveying and identifying the field directly on the regional apparatus organization (OPD) of the city. field and district deliserdang of 190 respondents as the sample selected in this study. The sampling technique used by surveying the executive of the regional apparatus organization (OPD) selected to be the target population. Findings – Hypothesis testing using the SPSS approach, version 23. The results of the study show regularly variables exogenous namely the effectiveness of accounting information systems directly affects the quality of financial statements and organizational commitment plays a role in strengthening the influence of exogenous accounting information system variables on its endogenous variables. Novelty –This research explores the influence of the government to make the effectiveness of accounting information systems an important factor that is taken into account when preparing financial statements that synergize with the role of organizational commitment. <p>This study aims to find empirical evidence about the role of accounting information system (AIS) as intervening factors that affect the quality of financial reporting information of the government. This study uses a questionnaire that primary data collected from respondents, namely employees of the accounting department of the government units, especially a partner institution in the State Treasury Office (KPPN) 2 Jakarta. Data processing is performed by the method of partial least squares (PLS). The results of this study are the accounting information system has significantly the impact on the quality of government financial reporting information. While the capacity factor of human resources, control data input and application of Government Accounting Standards (SAP) have a significant direct effect on the AIS, is larger when compared to a direct influence on the quality of financial reporting information. Other factors, organizational commitment and internal control system has a significant influence either directly or indirectly on the quality of financial reporting information. The findings of the study are expected to provide input to the government the importance of improving the accounting information system, such as strengthening the capacity of human resources and accounting applications in realizing quality financial information.</p>

<p>The aim of this research is to examine the effects of Human Resources Competence and the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) on the Quality of Financial Statements of the Public Service Agency with the Government Accounting Standard (SAP) as moderating variable. The research was conducted at the Public Service Agency of Government Hospital in Jakarta under the Ministry of Health. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling method (sampling intentionally in accordance with the requirements of samples required). Questionnaires were distributed as many as 85 questionnaires to some employees in the finance department and others that related to the making of financial statement at the Public Service Agency of Government Hospital under the Ministry of Health. The results showed that HR Competency significantly affected the quality of Public Service Agency Financial Statement. SPIP significantly affected the quality of Public Service Agency Financial Statement. Moderation of Government Accounting Standard (SAP) significantly affected and weakened the effect of HR Competency on the Quality of Public Service Agency Financial Statement. Moderation of Government Accounting Standards did not affect significant and strengthened the effect of SPIP on the Quality of Public Service Agency Financial Statement.</p>

This study aims to analyze partially and simultaneously the effect of accounting information systems and internal control systems on the quality of financial reports at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The data used came from observation and questionnaires to 60 respondents. This research method uses a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression. The results of the study partially show that both accounting information and internal control system variables have a significant positive effect on the quality of financial statements. The results of the study using the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value of 0.464. This shows that the large contribution of the accounting information system and internal control system variables can explain the quality of financial statements by 46.4%, the remaining 53.6% can be explained by other variables not included in this study.

Financial statements represent end result from applying an information accounting system. Therefore, to yield good financial statement needed a good information system also. With existence of computerized accounting information system it is provided that accounting information system will walk better and the yielded to financial statements become more accurate and complete. The objective of this research is to know accounting system which previously exists at CV Graph Printing. Others, this research also aim to apply computerized accounting information system with MYOB. This application is expected could help company make good financial statement. CV Graph Printing represent a company moving in the field of printing office. The effort area experienced by this company for example setting (invitation, brochure, visiting card, etc.), screening (clothes, invitation, plastic, etc.), and print (book, invitation, note, etc.). The result of research indicate that accounting information system which preexist at company, that is manual administrate system is not be adequate again. Accounting record process for transactions that happened in company have never been done. Others also the transaction evidences are not kept better. The most important fact is that during the time the company not at all own financial statement so that the owner do not know their company performance during the time. With existence of applying MYOB in its accounting information system, transaction record become easier and quickly. Financial statement could visible any time we wish. This study was conducted to examine impact of effective internal control system and information technology on the quality of accounting information system. Data are collected from a survey on 192 accountants, managers, and employees who operate and manage information systems in HCMC in 2014. The author used Cronbach’s Alpha coefficients, EFA methods to assess the reliability, value of scale, and linear regression analysis to test hypotheses. The results of the study show that the quality of an accounting information system is influenced by the effectiveness of internal control system as well as the application level of IT in accounting. These results are expected to offer managers a basis for establishing a quality accounting information system that provide users with quality accounting information.
