This study examined the effect of family ownership percentage rate on the disclosure of CSR information by family companies in Indonesia after the establishment of regulations issued by the Ministry of Environment in 2012. Disclosure of CSR is measured by content analysis method which refers to the GRI G3.1. In addition, this study also added a moderating effect, namely independent commissioners who acting as independent supervisors of a company. Independent commissioners are measured using the percentage of independent commissioners in the company. This study used a samples of all family companies in Indonesia except financial companies for 2013 to 2015. The hypothesis testing was carried out using panel data regression analysis both before and after involving moderating effects.

The Effect of Corporate Performance Toward of ISR Disclosure for Shariah Commercial Bank (BUS) in Indonesia During 2010-2014. This research aims to find out the effect of corporate performance toward of ISR disclosure for Shariah Commercial Bank. Population in this study are all Shariah Commercial Bank in Indonesia During 2010-2014. The total number of sample in this study were seven Shariah Commercial Bank with method is purposive sampling. This research used content analysis method to analysis ISR disclosure bank’s to annual report. This research uses panel data regression analysis technique. The result shows that simultaneously the company size, company age, profitability, and liquidity have significant effect toward of ISR disclosure. Company Age and profitability partially have significant effect toward of ISR disclosure, while company size, and liquidity partially doesn’t have significant effect toward of ISR disclosure.

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of local revenue and flypaper effect on the opportunistic behavior of budget makers. The data used in this research is panel data from eleven districts/cities in Maluku province from 2014 to 2020. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) Local Own Revenue has a positive and significant effect on the Opportunistic Behavior of Regency/City Budget Formers in Maluku. This means that the higher the District/City Original Revenue, the higher the Opportunistic Behavior of Budget Compilers; (2) The Flypaper Effect has a positive and significant effect on the Opportunistic Behavior of Regency/City Budget Formers in Maluku. This means that the higher the occurrence of flypaper effect in regencies/cities in Maluku, the higher the opportunistic behavior of budget makers; and (3) Simultaneously the Regional Original Income and the Flypaper Effect influence the Opportunistic Behavior of Regency/City Budget Formers in Maluku.

This study aims to examine the effect of the aggressiveness of financial reporting on tax aggressiveness behavior and examine the differences in tax aggressiveness behavior between before and after the implementation of mandatory disclosure rules. This study used data sourced from the financial statements of companies listed on investing.com for the 2016-2017 period. The samples used were 54 companies. The data analysis method used descriptive statistical analysis using panel data regression. The results showed that the aggressiveness of financial reporting affected the tax aggressiveness and there was no difference in the behavior of tax aggressiveness between before and after the implementation of mandatory disclosure rules.

This study was conducted to examine whether the implementation of GAAP-IFRS based results of any difference relevance of equity book value and share earnings, using the market price of the stock as the dependent variable, the equity book value and share earnings as an independent variable, and the periods before and after the application of GAAP-based IFRS. The analysis uses panel data regression analysis with random effects models. This research was conducted on 51 manufacturer companies listed on the Stock Exchange the period prior to the application of IFRS-based IFRSs 2008-2010 and after the application of GAAP-IFRS based in 2012-2014. The study found that in the period of after the implementation of GAAPIFRS based the relevance of equity book value increased against the market price of the shares, while the relevance of share earnings experienced a significant decrease in stock market prices

This study aims to test the effect of CSR on firm value (stock price) with profitability as a moderating variable with quantitative approach on the 7 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia stock Exchange (BEI) in the period from 2013 to 2019, so there are 49 observational data acquired. The sampling method using purposive sampling with the criteria that have been determined. Data analysis method used is the analysis of panel data regression with the aid of EViews 10. The results showed that CSR does not affect the Profitability of the proxies ROA can not strengthen the influence of CSR on stock price. Simultaneously, CSR and profitability as a moderating effect on stock prices.

This study aims to determine empirical evidence about the effect of profit sharing financing, sale and purchase financing, FDR and NPF on the profitability (ROA) of Islamic Rural Banks (BPRS) in Banten Province. The type of data in this study is secondary data using panel data. The research object was five Islamic Rural Banks in Banten Province and research period from the first quarter to the fourth quarter of 2013-2019. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling technique. The analysis method used is Panel Data Regression Analysis with Eviews 10 software. The results obtained in this study indicate that there is no significant influence between the Profit Sharing variable on Profitability (ROA) partially. Sale and Purchase Financing, FDR, and NPF variables partially have a significant effect on profitability (ROA). Simultaneously, Profit Sharing, Sale and Purchase Financing, FDR, and NPF have a significant effect on Profitability (ROA).

This study aims to analyze the effect of Asset Price, Transaction Volume and Market Capitalization on Cryptocurrency Return. This study uses secondary data in the form of a 2020 weekly report accessed at www.Indodax.com. The data analysis method in this study uses panel data regression analysis which is processed using eviews 10. The partial results show that asset price has a negative and insignificant effect on cryptocurrency returns, transaction volume has a positive and insignificant effect on cryptocurrency returns, market capitalization has a negative and negative effect and not significant to the return of cryptocurrencies. The results of the study simultaneously show that asset price, transaction volume and market capitalization have a negative and insignificant effect on the dependent variable, namely cryptocurrency returns with an R-squared value of 1.1682%. Suggestions for further research are to add other variables that affect cryptocurrency returns such as macroeconomics.

Competition between banks in collecting public funds and redistributing inthe form of credit in many deviant practices, this deviation will cause a decline inbanking performance that will affect the profit growth of a bank. This study aimsto determine whether CAMEL has an influence on the profit growth of bankingcompanies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The ratio used in this study isCapital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Return On Assets(ROA) and Loan To Deposit (LDR). The sample of this study were 20 bankingcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013-2017. This studyuses panel data regression analysis method. The results of the tests conductedfound that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) had a positive and significant effect onprofit growth. While Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Return On Assets (ROA), andLoan To Deposits (LDR) have no significant effect on profit growth

<p>This study aims to examine the factors influencing the changes of mudharabah deposit in Islamic banks in Indonesian during the period of 2014-2018. The dependent variable used in this research is mudharabah deposit in the Islamic bank. The independent variable in this research is financing to deposit ratio (FDR), nonperforming financing (NPF), bank size, interest rate, and rate of return is moderating variable. The sample used in this study is all Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2014-2018. The data analysis method used in this study is panel data regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously financing to deposit ratio, nonperforming financing, bank size, interest rate, and rate of return is moderating variable influenced mudharabah deposit. The results showed that partially financing to deposit ratio and bank size have a significant positive effect on mudharabah deposits. Nonperforming financing variable and interest rates have no significant effect on mudharabah deposits. The rate of return variable as a moderating variable has no significant effect relationship between the interest rate and mudharabah deposits.</p>
