It is studied the changing of structure of the radial expanding flow of highly concentrated stable reverse water-oil emulsion in a flat capillary channel. The effect of dynamic blocking is discovered, which is that despite the permanent pressure drop between the center and outer forming cells, the emulsion flow with time stands still. Microflows are shown in a state of ”blocking“. The various methods of influencing the system in a state of ”blocking“ are tested. It is found that the movement is resumed in a strong ultrasonic fields.
