The article describes the modernization of consumer characteristics, through the selection of the quality indicators nomenclature using cluster analysis, and bringing the complex technical system (CTS) model using the example of civil aviation technology (CAE) to an invariant form. Also, the article uses a methodological apparatus for assessing the degree of product innovation taking into account the total number of product technical characteristics presented by regulatory and design documentation for the products being created. The obtained characteristics were synthesized by translating consumer requirements of the main participants of the civil aviation equipment market segment. Taking into account the opinions of various consumer groups, five clusters were created and the basic structures of the model of a complex technical system were modeled. Applied technological device suitable for solving problems related to structured and classification of valuable technical characteristics with a planning horizon of 10 years various representatives of the company producing different brands of products related to complex technical systems of civil aviation equipment.

Abstract Background This study is aim to profile the differentially expressed microRNAs (DEMs) of premenopausal endometrial cancer (EC), identify their target genes and understand their roles in carcinogenesis. Methods Next-generation sequencing (NGS) was performed on 3 premenopausal EC and 3 premenopausal normal endometrial tissues. Selection of candidate miRNAs and subsequent validation were performed by qRT-PCR on 20 premenopausal EC, 30 premenopausal normal endometrial and 40 postmenopausal EC samples. The relationship between DEMs and clinical characteristics was analyzed. Moreover, bioinformatic software programs and databases were applied to predict miRNA target genes, molecular functions, and signaling pathways. Results 136 upregulated and 131 downregulated DEMs were identified. The expression of miR-1251-5p was highly upregulated in premenopausal EC samples compared with premenopausal normal endometrial samples and significantly downregulated compared with postmenopausal EC samples. The expression of miR-6892-5p was highly upregulated in premenopausal EC samples compared with premenopausal normal endometrial samples and postmenopausal EC samples. In the premenopausal EC group, miR-1251-5p expression was closely correlated with menarche age, number of pregnancies, tumor grading, myometrial infiltration and lymph node metastasis; miR-6892-5p expression was closely correlated with BMI, hypertension, tumor grading, and metastasis. Conclusions miR-1251-5p and miR-6892-5p may play important roles in tumorigenesis progression of premenopausal EC.

Abstract Background: Phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN) is a frequently mutated genes found in endometrial cancer (EC), making it a potential biomarker for individualized treatment opinions. In this study, a method was designed to evaluate the role of the PTEN mutation in the prognosis and drug selection of EC. We identified the potential alterations in pathways and genes related to the mechanism. Methods: cBioPortal database was used to analyze the PTEN mutation status for EC patients. Kaplan-Meier was used to analyze the prognosis of PTEN mutation in EC patients. GDSC dataset was used to identified the drugs that sensitive to cell lines with PTEN mutation. DEGs between PTEN mutation and wide type group were identified using the edgeR package. GO and KEGG analysis were carried out using the DAVID database. GSEA v3.0 were used to dig out the differences in gene mRNA levels of biological function annotation and pathways between PTEN mutation and wide type patients. PPI network of DEGs was performed using STRING and then visualized using Cytoscope software (3.7.2).Results: Our results showed that PTEN mutation was carried in 68% of EC patients. The mRNA expression level of PTEN was lower in patients with PTEN mutation than that with wide type. Prognosis analysis showed that there were favorable overall survival and progression free survival in EC patients with PTEN mutation. Moreover, it is more sensitive to AKT inhibitor (Afuresertib and AZD5363), and Mcl-1 inhibitor (MIM1) on EC cell lines with PTEN mutation than that with wide type. A total of 216 genes were identified as DEGs. GO analysis showed that DEGs significantly enriched in chemical synaptic transmission, extracellular region, etc.. KEGG analysis suggested that DEGs significantly enriched in categories associated with metabolic progression. GSEA analysis identified signaling pathways including fatty acid metabolism, fructose and mannose metabolism, etc.. PPI network analysis identified top 10 genes and top three clusters. Conclusions: Multiple genes and pathways may play an important role in EC patients with PTEN mutation. These results provide a potential target and therapeutic strategies for patients with PTEN mutation.

Abstract The data on the influence of the temperature regime of the spray drying process on the quality parameters of dry mare’s milk are given. The results of experimental studies on the selection of the optimal drying mode for maximum preservation of the quality indicators of the final product are presented. It was revealed that the optimum temperature during the drying process of mare’s milk is the temperature at the entrance to the dryer t = 180°C, at the exit t = 70-80°C. The study of qualitative indicators with this drying mode showed that the particle size (more than 68%) was 117-140 microns, the solubility index was 0.18 ml of insoluble sediment in 50 ml of reconstituted mare’s milk, the moisture in dry mare’s milk was 3.8% (at t = 180°C), which met all the requirements of the standard. In addition, it was found that the correct heat treatment of mare’s milk before drying also affects the quality indicators of the dry product. The most optimal temperature for milk pasteurization is a temperature of no more than 60°C.
