The model inquiry for an effect of marketing mix and the best service quality on perception of image and the implacations of consumer activities in private universities. The structural equation modelling techniques was conducted applied in survey research method to analysis from 224 respondents in higher education at Jakarta. The resulted indicated that marketing mix variables positively have influenced but not significant on image and consumer activites. The best service quality variable have positively impact and significant leads on image with standardized reggresion weights value=.706 and P value .001. Furthurmore service quality and image variables were indicated that positively impact and significant on consumer activites, with standardized reggresion weights value= .474 and .393 than P value .001. The research structural equation model have the marjinal fit on hybrid model with χ2 value=802.07, P value=.000, RMSEA=.101, GFI=.794 and CFI=.849.Keywords: Service Quality, Image, Consumer Activities

The purpose of this study wants to examine the effect of System Quality (SysQua) to Service Quality (ServQua), System Quality (SysQua) to Work Performance (WorkPef), and Service Quality (ServQua) to Work Performance (WorkPef). The object in this research is MYOB accounting software. The data gathers with quesionnaires in 2 types, physicals (paper) and online (using Google form).  From 315 questionnaires distributed consisted of 194 respondents through online, and 116 respondents through paper form. All the questionnaires are returned. The obtained data were analyzed using structural equation modelling. The result of data analysis showed that the System Quality (SysQua) have positive significant effect on the Service Quality (ServQua), Service Quality (ServQua) have positive significant effect on Work Performance (WorkPef), and System Quality (SysQua) have positive significant effect on Work Performance (WorkPef). The overall result indicates that MYOB have a good quality and related to user performance. Specifically, the user refers to basic user, which is university student.   Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh hubungan System Quality (SysQua) terhadap Service Quality (ServQua), System Quality (SysQua) terhadap Work Performance (WorkPef) dan Service Quality (ServQua) terhadap Work Performance (WorkPef). Objek pada penelitian ini yaitu software akuntansi MYOB. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Perolehan data dengan kuesioner terdiri dari 2 tipe yaitu fisik (kertas) dan online (menggunakan Google form). Dari 315 kuesioner yang tersebar terdiri dari 194 responden melalui online dan 116 responden melalui kertas. Semua kuesioner telah kembali. Pengelolahan data menggunakan Structural Equation Model. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa System Quality (SysQua) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Service Quality (ServQua), Service Quality (ServQua) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Work Performance (WorkPef), dan System Quality (SysQua) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Work Performance (WorkPef). Hasil keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa MYOB memiliki kualitas yang baik dan terkait dengan kinerja pengguna. Secara khusus, pengguna mengacu kepada pengguna tingkat dasar, yang merupakan mahasiswa.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memotret keberhasilan SIMRS terhadap kualitas pelayanan selama Pandemi Covid-19 di Rumah Sakit Swasta di Bali. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Swasta di Bali yang memiliki dan menerapkan SIMRS dengan memberikan kuisioner kepada 100 responden. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan metode SEM (Structural Equation Model) menggunakan SmartPLS 3.3. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Safety Quality, System Quality, dan Information Quality dari SIMRS terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan Kesehatan selama pandemi covid-19 di RS Swasta di Bali (t-statistic > 1,96 dan p value < 0,05).  Service Quality dari SIMRS tidak terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan selama pandemi covid-19 di RS Swasta di Bali (t-statistic < 1,96 dan p value > 0,05). System Quality dari SIMRS merupakan faktor yang paling dominan yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan Kesehatan yang memiliki koefisien path 0,526.

The ultimate goal of this research undertaking was to determine the best fit model involving the following exogenous variables: service quality, customer loyalty, and green marketing practices to endogenous variable – guests’ satisfaction. For the purpose of data collection, a survey questionnaire was administered to the various Inland Resorts in Region XII, Philippines with 417 visited guests.  Structural equation modelling was used to find the best fit model.  Results revealed that service quality, customer loyalty and green marketing practices show a significant relationship with guest satisfaction. However, the three identified exogenous variables service quality, customer loyalty and green marketing practices emerged as key predictors of guests’ satisfaction considering its observed variables as depicted in the final and best fit model of this study.

This study aims to investigate the effect of the marketing mix and service quality on tourist satisfaction and loyalty. The data collection techniques used in this study included interviews and questionnaires to the relevant parties. The technique of data analysis in this study was descriptive and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results showed that the marketing mix had a positive and significant effect on tourists satisfaction. The service quality had a positive and significant effect on tourists satisfaction in the region of Samosir. Marketing mix had a positive and significant effect on tourists loyalty. The service quality had a positive and significant effect on tourists loyalty. Tourist satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on tourists loyalty in the region of Samosir. And the marketing mix and the service quality had a significant effect on tourists in the Samosir Region through tourist satisfaction.

ABSTRACT               This research is formulated whether or not there was significant influence of service quality toward the patients’ satisfaction and loyality impact at mauhammadiyah hospital Palembang. This research was aimed at determining the significant influence of service quality toward the patients’ satisfaction and loyality impact at muhammadiyah hospital Palembang. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh 4P dan kuualitas layanan terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi membei Agen Perusahaan terhadap kinerja PT. Eratama Putra Mandiri Banyuwangi. Analisis data menggunakan SEM Structural Sqution Model) Dan program PLS GSCA. Populasi  penelitian ini berjumlah 130 Agen dan sampel yang diambil 60 Age dengan metode  Convenience sampling. Hasil penelitiian menunjukkan bahwa : Dari persamaan struktural dapat diketahui hubungan konstruk laten eksogen terhadap konstruk laten endogen. terlihat bahwa variabel Kinerja (Y)lebih dominan dipengaruhi oleh variabel latent Motivation (X3) yaitu dengan nilai pengaruh tertinggi sebesar 0,587adalah 58.7 %. Sedangkan Motivation (X3) ternyata lebih dominan dipengaruhi oleh variabel Service Quality (X2), dimana indikator (variabel manifest) yang paling baik dalam membentuk variabel Service Quality (X2) adalah X2.5 (Empaty) dengan loading faktor tertinggi sebesar 0,893adalah 89,3 % . Dengan demikian apabila pihak manajemen ingin meninggikan nilai variabel Service Quality (X2) maka rekomendasi secara statistik mengenai indikator perlu diprioritaskan untuk diperbaiki adalah indikator X2.5 (Empaty)Kata Kunci: Kualitas Layanan, Motivasi membeli, Kinerja Pemasaran AbstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of 4P and the quality of service to performance through buying motivation Agent Company to the performance of PT. Continuity of a company can be influenced by the marketing strategy and quality of service performed by the company given to influence the motivation of consumers to buy. This study aims to determine the effect of 4P marketing and service quality that has been done by the company PT. Eratama Putra Mandiri in affecting Motivation buy products by customers to buy Seafood Product. The results showed that: Equations we can know the relationship of exogenous latent constructs to endogenous latent constructs. it can be seen that performance variable (Y) is more dominant influenced by latent motivation variable (X3) that is with highest value of influence equal to 0,587 is 58,7 %. While Motivation (X3) is more dominantly influenced by Service Quality (X2) variable, where the best indicator (variable manifest) in establishing Service Quality (X2) variable is X2.5 (Empathy) with loading factor highest is 0.893 is 89%. Abstrak: Pada era modern saat ini kemajuan teknologi semakin berkembang pesat dan membawa kita kepada arah basis digital dan mobile. Fenomena tersebut dimanfaatkan oleh industri perbankan untuk berinovasi dalam hal pembayaran secara elektronik yang biasa kita sebut dengan e-money. Uang elektronik muncul dipicu dengan adanya tuntutan dari masyarakat saat ini. Sistem pembayaran yang ada saat ini dituntut untuk dapat melayani setiap kebutuhan masyarakat dalam pemindahan dana dengan efektif dan efisien. Salah satu inovasi yang diluncurkan saat ini adalah Gopay, metode pembayaran berbasis server yang dikeluarkan oleh Gojek Indonesia. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu menentukan efek e-service quality pada customer satisfaction dan customer loyalty pelanggan Gopay di Indonesia. Kuesioner dikumpulkan secara online dengan menggunakan google form sebanyak 400 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan bantuan program AMOS 24. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa e-service quality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap customer satisfaction, yang dimana customer satisfaction sendiri memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap customer loyalty, namun ditemukannya ketidak pengaruhan yang positif bagi e-service quality terhadap customer loyalty.

The improvement of transit service quality is an essential role in developing urban and interstate transportation. The local government, as well as bus service companies, should understand the behavioral intention of passengers to meet their expectation and requirements. This paper aims to highlight such behavioral decision and investigate dominant factors that influence the customers’ decision to use the express bus. The study explores the case of express bus companies in Tay Ninh province, Vietnam. By using the structural equation model approach to analyze the data collected from 295 passengers, who have experienced in using the express bus, the results reveal that service quality has a significantly positive relationship with both perceived value and corporate image. Specifically, customer satisfaction and organizational image also positively influence behavioral intention. Meanwhile, service quality indirectly affects on behavioral intention throughout perceived value and corporate image. Based on the findings, we provided some insightful managerial implications and recommendations to managers of bus carriers, and valuable practical suggestions to policymakers in the local government of Tay Ninh province to improve the service quality to encourage more citizens to use the express bus.
