This article provides information and recommendations on the safety of hydraulic structures and the prevention of emergency situations.Constant monitoring of the technical condition of the structures and improving the necessary skills of the actors allowed us to anticipate possible emergencies. A great danger is the destruction of dams or dams of large reservoirs located within the borders of these settlements, in which there is a rapid flooding of nearby territories with great material and human losses. Therefore, preventive measures to prevent catastrophic events are of paramount importance. Keywords:hydraulic structures, hydrological safety, accident hazard analysis, flow wave, dam, boundary, drainage, head, reservoir

Abstract In conducting activities, many found workers who did not use personal protective equipment, do not pay attention to safety in work and work done like without procedure. PT. Budi Dwiyasa Perkasais a plantation company palm oil. Based on accident data obtained work, there are 14 case of accident in April until June 2016 in PT. Budi Dwiyasa Perkasa. A major factor cause of the accident is unsafe actions and unsafe conditions. Hazard analysis needs to be done in order to prevent the accident of work. Hazard identification done with using the risk assessment method. This analysis of the technique used to determine the level of the risk of a job is a combination of between the possibility of the harms caused by the severity of the caused. The result of hazard identification with this method is used in a kind of work to have a high risk level and need to address special in order to prevent the accident. Keywords: safety, accident, risk, hazard identification,

The paper discusses the non-mandatory audit experience aimed at the improvement of the relevance of the risk-based sanitary and epidemiological supervision of public catering facilities. The facilities were assessed with the use of a point scale according to the checklist integrating Technical Regulations of the Customs Union 021/2011 on Food Safety and the current Sanitary Regulations. Each procedure was assessed in terms of thoroughness and efficiency of the preventive measures taken by the catering facility ensuring food safety and complying with the HACCP principles.

Epidemiologic inquiry, collation of data and statistical calculations are useful in identifying the place foods were mishandled or mistreated and the probable vehicle of foodborne disease. Biases during collection of information and classification of cases and control can lead to false conclusions. Laboratory analyses can confirm the etiologic agent and vehicle if an appropriate sample is collected, and sometimes trace the source of the etiologic agent. Laboratory analyses may give negative or misleading results depending on the samples collected and the quantity of samples collected. Hazard analyses are necessary to determine the mode of contamination, the means by which the pathogen survived processing, and the conditions that allowed the pathogenic bacteria to increase to populations or elaborate toxins sufficient to cause the illness. Hazard analysis is the link between epidemiology and microbiology that identifies events that contributed to the causation of outbreaks and, hence, provides information upon which to initiate control actions and to base preventive measures.

The review article presents the main results of the activity of JSC TC “Tatmelioratsiya” and “Tatmeliovodkhoz” administration on the land-reclamation work in the Republic of Tatarstan. These works included the repair, reconstruction of dams and ponds, the restoration and construction of new irrigation systems, commissioning and start-up of new fuel-efficient sprinklers. At January 1, 2011 a complete inventory of the technical condition of existing hydraulic structures was carried out by the JSC TC “Tatmelioratsiya”. There are 298 waterworks, that require repair and reconstruction in the Republic of Tatarstan. At the same time, it should be noted, because of the intensive use of constructed facilities at different time of natural disasters, the 52 dams was partially destroyed and require urgent measures to restore them. Among the emergency, the greatest danger in case of emergencies during the flood were 18 waterworks, where in case of emergency there is a real threat of flooding populated areas and economic facilities located in the flooded areas. The government of the Republic had provided funding for the anti-flood measures in 2011 in the amount of 40 million rubles, moreover, a republican target program for 2012- 2014 on the repair and reconstruction of hydraulic structures for the prolongation until 2017 was developed and adopted. The programs, passed by the Russian government and the Republic of Tatarstan, allow to strength food security and reduce import substitution of basic foods that will eventually contribute to the development of their own agricultural sector.

Fire is one of the most common production safety accident. The trend of fire can be mastered by analyzing the historical data. This paper explores the features of recent fires in China, predicts fire by two methods, namely, grey theory, and grey Markov theory, and compares the prediction results of the two methods. The results show that: the number of fires in China increased greatly in 2013; Since 2014, the number of fires, as well as the number of deaths, the number of injured, and property loss induced by fires were declining. The maximum relative error of grey prediction was 5.8%, and that of grey Markov prediction was 5%; grey theory is less accurate in fire prediction than grey Markov prediction. According to the causes and features of fires, several preventive measures were put forward. The research results provide insights into the prevention of fires and protection of production safety.

The purpose of this study is to create information system for seismometric monitoring of the technical condition of hydroelectric dams. To achieve this, the authors of the article used modern methods and principles for designing software and technical systems. The methodological basis of this system is the engineeringseismometric method. The registered vibrations determine the dynamic and elastic characteristics of the structure. Analyzing their variations and taking into account the influence of factors of external influences, it is possible to estimate the technical condition of the structure. The authors provide a survey of seismometric monitoring systems for buildings and structures, defined main technical and functional requirements, which a monitoring system should provide. A model and a structure of the information system for seismometric monitoring of hydroelectric dams were developed using structural analysis technique. The paper describes the processes of collecting, processing, storing and analyzing data for seismic events recording and monitoring the technical condition. Based on the system model and the technology for seismometric monitoring data, automated systems for seismometric monitoring for the dams of Krasnoyarsk and Zeya hydroelectric stations were developed and put into operation. The systems provide registration of seismic events with an intensity of more than 2 points on the MSK64 scale on the dam and scheduled periodic recording of microseismic dam oscillations in the normal operation of equipment for monitoring the technical condition.
