A detailed narrowly focused survey was carried out on one of the three zones of the technological infrastructure of a specialized facility - a hangar for aircraft (LA). A general list of pollutants (SV) released into the atmosphere at the 2nd site - the hangar of a special facility was established. Generators – installations and constructs of polluting components on a specific area of stationary and mobile type, which operate at a special facility, are fixed in the selected sectors. In accordance with the nature of the released components and the nature of the emission source (stationary or mobile type), the 2nd site is divided into 4 sectors. The measurement by sectors was implemented and the concentration of emissions was calculated according to the recommended regulatory acts of the Russian Federation. Indications of the concentration of a number of substances above the regulated MPC for 2 sectors of the 2nd site for the energy and test site of the special facility have been established. In connection with the recorded results, techniques and procedures of organizational and technical regulations that contribute to minimizing the accumulation of pollutants (gases) of functioning aircraft engines are analyzed and recommended. A method of attenuation of near-Earth smoke at an interval of up to two meters from the surface where aircraft engines operate is proposed based on the analysis of environmental measures at specialized facilities. The method is based on a variation in the orientation of the outflow of gas flows from functioning aircraft engines during launch, taxiing, takeoff, landing, and passage of an aircraft (VS) along the airfield track.

As per the fire statistics survey of 2019, 56.5% (152 cases) of the entire fire accidents (269 cases) caused by heating cables were due to electrical factors. Therefore, in the present work, the electrical factors responsible for heating cable fire have been analyzed, and fire prevention measures have been demonstrated through related reproduction experiments. According to heating cable fire statistics, the fire in anti-freezing appliances (heating cables), except for fires caused by electric cable arcing and other unknown factors, can be classified into four types based on installation configurations. These configurations have been classified and tested according to the Technical Regulations for Electrical and Telecommunications Products and Components (K 10013). The results of a comparative experiment on anti-freezing appliances (heating cable) revealed that the configuration “a type of water pipe with a heating cable wrapped around the water pipe and insulation on the outside” showed the highest temperature among the four installation arrangements. Additionally, the maximum difference between the test temperature (K 10013) and the actual temperature was 40 ℃.

The article presents the results of a study of the quality of rice of breeding varieties "Syr syluy", "Aikerim", "Marzhan" LLP "Kazakh Rice Research Institute named after I. Zhakhaev". During the study, rice samples were evaluated physico-chemical, biochemical, technological properties and safety indicators. All the studied samples of rice grains in terms of safety meet the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On grain safety". The result of the implementation of this research will be the expansion of the range of beverages for healthy and safe nutrition of the population.

Structural project is based on technical regulations, structural codes, construction conditions, and client requirements. Through the structural design process, some important decisions that can significantly affect the final result must be implemented. The most important factor for optimal design is the reduction in material and overall work costs. Selecting appropriate joint configurations that can reduce the overall weight and work on the structure is critical. To examine a significant number of possible configurations and their effect on structural behavior, the generative design method (GDM) is used. In this study, software is custom developed, and a relevant example of generative joint structural design is provided. The methodology for the optimal joint and structure design is described comprehensively. The final results show that the GDM is an effective methodology for application in the design of steel structures.

The service life of Non-Reactor Nuclear Installations (INNR) in Indonesia is quite long, so it is essential to make modifications. In addition, developments of technology and market demand with the products could modify INNR, such as replacing and adding a control system to interim storage of nuclear-spent fuel facility (KHIPSB3) [1]. Due to the absence of technical regulations related to the modification and utilization of the new INNR and to provide uniformity of format and content in carrying out the further utilization and modification of the INNR, it is necessary to study the literature, compare regulations and consult with resource persons. From the results of these studies and consultations, an overview and solution of arrangements before, during, and after the new utilization or modification of INNR are obtained, making it easier for permit holders or evaluators to carry out activities related to the further utilization or modification of INNR. From the review results, we can conclude that special regulations related to the safety of new utilization or modification of INNR need to be issued immediately by the regulatory body. This review is expected to be a reference in making regulations for the further utilization and modification of INNR, which regulates the format and content of the modification or new utilization of INNR, which becomes a guideline for licensee and evaluators in implementing further utilization and modification of INNR. The purpose of the study is to analyse the quantitative and qualitative composition of registered and registered in Ukraine in 2020 agricultural and forestry tractors (hereinafter - tractors) and to identify areas for improvement of technical regulatory elements for their commissioning and operation. Research methods. The methodological basis of the work is the analysis and generalization of data on registered and registered tractors, as well as certain elements of technical regulation (technical regulations, standards, procedures for assessment and confirmation of conformity). Results. To summarize the structure of data on tractors, an analysis of their quantitative and qualitative composition, namely new (2018-2020 years of production) and first commissioned in 2020 in Ukraine wheeled and tracked tractors, based on the report of the State Food and Consumer Service of Ukraine for 2020 [Register ( open data), 2020]. The results of the analysis showed that for the first time in Ukraine mostly new tractors are registered (96 %) and only about 4 % - imported, used tractors. Analysis of the distribution of registered new tractors by origin showed that about 60 % of new tractors are Chinese tractors, the vast majority of which are small tractors, about 22 % ― Belarusian production, domestic serial tractors are a small percentage ― within 6 %. Some elements of technical regulation used for putting into operation and operation of tractors in terms of their efficiency (technical regulations, procedures for confirmation of conformity and registration) are analysed. The results of the research are generalized and the directions of improvement of the elements of technical regulation on the commissioning and operation of tractors in Ukraine are determined. Conclusions. Taking into account the results of research on the structure and origin of tractors placed on the market and put into operation in Ukraine, analysis of the provisions of current regulations, it is determined that the issue of putting into operation and operation of single models of tractors, agricultural and forestry trailers remains unresolved. , trailer vehicles (hereinafter - vehicles), in particular the type of which is not approved in Ukraine, as well as used, converted, etc. Therefore, the current technical legislation governing the introduction of mass-produced vehicles covered by the Technical Regulation approving the type of agricultural and forestry tractors, their trailers and replaceable trailers, systems, components and individual technical units [CMU Resolution № 1367 of 28.12.2011] (hereinafter ― the Technical Regulation of type approval 1367/2011) must be supplemented by regulations, which establish the requirements and procedures for confirming the conformity of individual models of vehicles. This will allow for a more complete settlement of the issue of admission to traffic of safe vehicles.

Abstract The purpose of the research is – to evaluate the milking platform of "Yalynka" ("Herringbone") "EuroClass 1200" type manufactured by "GEA" (Germany) for milking cows based on the results of experimental testing. Research methods. During the testing of the milking parlor "Yalynka" "EuroClass 1200" type the quality of the technological process was determined using the methods described in ISO 5707:2007, ISO 6690:2007, DSTU 7435:2013 and DSTU 3662:2018, operational-technological and economic evaluation was carried out according to DSTU 8424:2015 and DSTU 4397:2005, safety and ergonomics of the equipment were determined according to DSTU EN ISO 12100:2014. Research results. According to the results of experimental testing, it was established that the milking parlor "Yalinka" "EuroClass 1200" type of German production at the appropriate level performs the technological process of machine milking of cows. The obtained research results showed that the average total milking time of one cow is 5,07 minutes, the average intensity of milk excretion as a whole during milking – 2,35 kg / min. Milk obtained during milking cows in terms of quality corresponds to the grade "Extra" in accordance with DSTU 3662: 2018. Devices for controlling the process of milking cows "DemaTron 70" and computer herd management system "Dairy Plan C21" perform the technological process of milking cows in automatic mode, control over the implementation of technical parameters of the milking process, milk accounting and shutdown of milking machines. Based on the results of conformity assessment of the construction of the milking parlor "Yalinka" "EuroClass 1200" type in terms of safety and ergonomics, it is established that it meets the requirements of DSTU EN 12100: 2014 and DSTU 60204-1: 2015 for items related to its design, which is the evidence base of its compliance with the Technical Regulations for the Safety of Machinery and the Technical Regulations for Low-Voltage Electrical Equipment. Productivity of the milking installation-platform makes 70 heads / hour. Serves the milking parlor 2 operators of machine milking. Electricity consumption per milking a cow is 0,13 kWh. Annual operating costs are 4247 UAH / head in the conditions of 3 times milking of cows. Conclusions. For the first time in Ukraine, experimental testing of the milking parlor "Yalinka" "EuroClass 1200" type showed that the equipment satisfactorily performs the technological process of machine milking of cows with their loose housing and provides milk of the "Extra" grade. The «Euroclass 1200» «Yalinka» milking parlor is characterized by a high technical level and can be widely used in Ukraine.

Abstract In Russia, the concept of counterfeiting is defined as “Counterfeit food products are food products that are deliberately modified (fake) and (or) have hidden properties and quality, information about which is deliberately incomplete or unreliable” [5]. According to this definition, the main sign of counterfeiting is the willfulness of counterfeiting or willful concealment of information about the properties of products that are not obvious to the buyer. For laboratory testing activities, counterfeiting is basically one of two possible identification results, i.e. compliance or non-compliance of products with the requirements established by the technical regulations of the Customs Union, legislative, regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation. The most commonly identified nonconformity, in addition to food safety requirements, is an unreliable composition.

Current environmental safety rules and regulations require power companies to apply for comprehensive environmental permits calculating permissible emissions of cancer-causing and mutagenic substances for each source of pollution. Difficulties of instrument testing and monitoring of cancer-causing emissions prevent industrial companies from adequate regulatory limit applications. The author of this paper proposes research results on gas duct sizing for boiler plants in order to allow engineers performing correct instrument testing for compliance with the requirements of comprehensive environmental permits.

Thông qua việc ứng dụng công nghệ GIS, nghiên cứu đã sử dụng kết quả 9 trạm đo vệ tinh về lượng mưa, lượng bốc hơi và căn cứ theo Thông tư 14/2012/TT-BTNMT về quy định kỹ thuật điều tra thoái hóa đất của Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường để xây dựng bản đồ khô hạn đất sản xuất nông nghiệp tại huyện Lệ Thủy và huyện Quảng Ninh, tỉnh Quảng Bình. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy: (i) Diện tích đất sản xuất nông nghiệp huyện Lệ Thủy và huyện Quảng Ninh lần lượt là 22.019 ha và 8.318 ha; (ii) Giai đoạn 2000 - 2019, kết quả chỉ số khô hạn (K) tại 9 trạm đo cho thấy số tháng có xuất hiện khô hạn từ 91 đến 112 tháng trong tổng số 240 tháng; (iii) Kết quả xây dựng bản đồ khô hạn cho thấy, diện tích đất sản xuất nông nghiệp có mức độ hạn trung bình của huyện Lệ Thủy và huyện Quảng Ninh lần lượt là 22.019 ha và 8.318 ha. ABSTRACT Through the application of GIS technology, the study used the results of 9 satellite measuring stations on rainfall, evaporation and according to Circular 14/2012 / TT-BTNMT on the technical regulations on degradation investigation land of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to develop a dry map of agricultural land in Le Thuy and Quang Ninh district, Quang Binh province. The research results showed that: (i) The agricultural land areas of Le Thuy and Quang Ninh districts were 22,019 ha and 8,318 ha respectively; (ii) In the period of 2000 - 2019, the drought index (K) at 9 measuring stations showed that the number of months with drought occurred from 91 to 112 months out of 240 months; (iii) The results of the development of the drought map showed that the average agricultural production land areas of Le Thuy and Quang Ninh districts were 22.019 ha and 8.318 ha respectively.
