This study aims to determine the ability of creative thinking high school students in physics learning, know the form of assessment of creative thinking abilities. The study was conducted at SMAN 6 Yogyakrata. This type of research is a survey with a cross-sectional method that is a survey conducted once and at a time. The subjects were the principals, teachers of physics from SMAN 6 Yogyakrata and 30 grade XI students. observations, interviews, and questionnaires were used as data collection techniques. The data analysis method used was the quantitative-qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the creative thinking ability of class XI MIA 1 students at SMAN 6 Yogyakarta can be said to be in the average and quite good category, although there are some students whose level of creative thinking ability is low. In addition, the form of assessment used by physics teachers has not been effective and accurate enough in assessing students 'creative thinking abilities. So it is recommended to use The Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (TTCT) in physics learning because it has been proven to be accurate in assessing students' creative thinking abilities.

This study aims to reveal students' mathematical creative thinking skills which include indicators of fluency, flexibility, and originality by describing students' answers in solving cube and block problems. This research was conducted on the superior grade VIII students of MTsN 1 Makassar, totaling 39 students. The research subjects were taken as many as 6 people using the criteria for high, medium, and low group levels, every 2 students at each level. The instrument used is a creative thinking ability test, which consists of 4 items of description with qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the students' mathematical creative thinking skills including the three indicators were very good based on the percentage value of each indicator being above 50%. In the fluency indicator, the percentage value is 100% for item number 1 and 95.83% for question number 2, the percentage value of the flexibility indicator for item number 2 and 4 is 95.83% and 91.67%, respectively, and the percentage value of the novelty indicator is questions number 2 and 4 are 75% and 70.83%, respectively. From the three indicators above, the percentage value of students' creative thinking ability is low when compared to the other two indicators, this shows that students are less able to produce unusual answers/ideas and the suitability of the answers given is very irrelevant to the problem.

Creative thinking skills are an important skill that must be owned by students, but most students still have low creative thinking skills. This research aims to describe students' mathematical creative thinking skills through open ended problems. The data collection technique used in this study is to provide mathematical creative thinking skills using open ended questions in students of 8th grade torsina 3 Singkawang as many as 2 problems. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. The result of this study is the mathematical creative thinking ability of some students who work on open ended problems have fulfilled the components of profitability and flexibility for problem number 1 but there are also those who do not meet all components. And for problem number 2 most students do not meet all three components of mathematical creative thinking skills. So it can be concluded that the mathematical creative thinking skills of junior high school students who work on open ended problems are in the low category.

Abstract: This study aims to develop a STEM physics module integrated with "Beduk" local wisdom to improve junior high school students' creative thinking skills. The research design used was Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The research was conducted in the SMPN 2 Balong involving 38 class students VIII. The creative thinking ability were measured through tests and observations. The questionnaire was used to determine the feasibility of the module based on expert validation and student responses. The results show that the module is feasible to use based on expert validation, with very feasible categories and supported by students' responses in good categories. Students' creative thinking ability increases with N-gain of 0.92 with a high category. The STEM physics module integrates "beduk" local wisdom to improve creative thinking skills worthy of being used as a companion to school textbooks.

AbstractStudents’ difficulties in chemistry subject are the main cause of their low rate to think creatively. Students with high adversity quotient are most likely to overcome the difficulties in finding a solution to answer the creative thinking problems. The objective of this research is to analyze the creative thinking ability in chemistry from the perspective of adversity quotient. The subjects of the study are 72 senior high school students from XII grade in Tangerang. The sampling applies a random sampling technique. Data collection technique is carried out by giving a test about chemical creative thinking skills in the form is essay question with 0,727 realibility scale. Adversity quotient data is obtained using a questionnaire scale with 0,652 realibility scale. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative and quantitative method. The result indicates that camper and quitter subjects are classified as creative and climber subjects are classified as very creative. The different aspects of students’ ability in solving problems can be used in mapping students' creative thinking abilities. As a recommendation, to improve creative thinking ability requires a high level of adversity quotient. Therefore, in this research students are expected to explore their creative thinking abilities in the learning process. How to Cite:  Muslim, B., Suryaningsih, S., Aprianti, R. F.
