As an innovation in the world of computers, blockchain has many benefits and is also widely applied in the world of education. Blockchain itself has many advantages, especially in the world of education. Blockchain is a digital data storage system that consists of many servers (multiserver). In this Blockchain technology, data created by one server can be replicated and verified by another server. By using this technology with a decentralized system and strong cryptography and can help colleges or universities to build infrastructure in the archive storage of transcripts, diplomas, and diplomas. Usage One of the blockchain technology applications in education is iBC, namely the e-learning Blockchain Certificate, book copyright, and also e-Portfolios. iBC or e-learning Blockchain Certificate is a tool designed to create, verify and also issue blockchain certificates. As has been supported by the IBC to create certificates that are globally verified and stored in a decentralized manner. Here will be presented use cases that are relevant in the use of Blockchain technology in educational environments, especially data processing in universities and we also try to design an IBC based on blockchain technology that can be used to support transparency and accountability of colleges or universities in issuing diplomas and grades.

This study aims to determine the effect of lecturer competence and commitment on their teaching performance during the Covid-19 pandemic which was remotely (online) carried out through the e-learning website. The respondents were 80 permanent lecturers of the faculty of teacher training and education. A quantitative approach with ex post facto study design and path analysis with SPSS v.21 was used. The results showed that the competence variable had a higher influence of 14.5% while commitment was 7.8%. Therefore, 30.9% determined their teaching performance during the Covid-19 pandemic from the contribution of competence and commitment, while 69.1% was from other variables outside the study.

The purpose of this study was to find out the effectiveness of ice breaking as an effort to increase the students’ learning motivation. This research was conducted in the Science Education Study Program of STKIP PGRI Nganjuk, East Java, Indonesia. The sample in this study was 25 students in the third semester who took the mechanics course. The sample used in this study was taken using purposive sampling technique. This type of comparative research is used in this study. Data collection techniques used, questionnaires, observation sheets, and documentation. This type of research is comparative which is used to examine differences in student learning motivation before and after being treated. The results of the study were based on the Paired T Test shows value probability/ p Paired T test value of 0.000. This means that there are differences in student learning motivation after being given the ice breaking learning model. This ice breaking was implemented as an effort to reduce saturation and boredom of the students during the learning process. The new thing that is obtained is that the application of games can increase learning motivation

This research aims to determine the role of job satisfaction as a mediator of the relationship between principal supervision and compensation for teacher performance. The research design used a quantitative approach to causality. To obtain research data using documentation instruments and distributing questionnaires online. The sample used in the study was 215 respondents. The basis for determining the sample is oriented towards a non-probability sampling approach using a purposive sampling formula. To test the mediating effect of satisfaction and the relationship between principal supervision and compensation on teacher performance, a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach is used using partial least squares. Under the research results, It was found that the fact that principal supervision had a significant effect on job satisfaction and teacher performance. Then compensation also has a significant effect on job satisfaction and teacher performance. The findings of the mediation effect state that job satisfaction successfully mediates the relationship between principal supervision and compensation for teacher performance

In the current 5.0 era, almost all documents are digitally packaged, and the university needs to adapt to ever-evolving technology. For students, the test card is essential as proof of the contest to carry out the final exam. However, in practice, some University Student Exam Card sheets still adopt the traditional nature of queues. This will cause problems if the exam card can be lost or damaged. Digitalization can disruption the world of education, especially Exam Cards that are digital and systematically stored on the website page. SiS + is a Student iLearning Services that can make it easier for Raharja University students to access all their lecture needs by digitizing them. The YII Framework-based SiS + website's development uses the DevOps method to get online exam cards because applicable regulations fulfill student attendance. This research is expected to transform the student management system efficiency, reduce queues, and implement physical distancing during a pandemic.

This research is development research aimed to develop a learning product in the form of a Multimedia-based E-book on Digital Simulation Subjects which are feasible or valid and easy to use or practical. The test subjects in this research and development consisted of content experts, media experts and subject teachers of digital simulation and grade 10th students of SMK Negeri 4 Gowa. The ADDIE development model used in this study consisted of five stages, namely: (1) analysis stage, (2) design stage, (3) development stage, (4) implementation stage (5) evaluation stage. The development of  multimedia-based digital simulation e-book through the material expert validation stage with the score of 4.73 and media validation 4.60 shows that the material and design or media evaluation in the e-book is feasible or valid. Then, the teacher's response obtained a score of 4.71, the average score of individual student trials was 92.14, and the average score of the student group trial was 90, which means the e-book is easy to use by teachers and students. there were no students who acquired a low score from the test results after learning using the e-book which means it is effectively used.

The purpose of this study is to see the difference in influence between the personalized system of instruction (PSI) model based on digital teaching materials and the scientific model based on You Tube video. The research method used was an experiment with a pre test post test control group design, while the sample in this study were 160 students of SMPN 8 Cimahi, 80 students in the experimental group and 80 students in the control group. The research instrument used to measure basketball learning outcomes was in the form of a basketball basic motion skills test instrument (ITKGD BB). Analysis of the data used to process research data by using independent T-test analysis to see the difference in the effect of the two models on basketball learning outcomes. The results showed that the average value in the PSI group was 30.25, while for the scientific model group was 23.37, the t-count value was 11.696 with a significance level of 0.00 <0.005 (significant). Therefore, the conclusion in this study is that there is a difference in the influence between the personalized system of instruction (PSI) model based on digital teaching materials and the scientific model based on video you tube. It has an effect on basketball learning outcomes.
