PENGARUH SUPERVISI, KOMPENSASI, IKLIM KERJA, KEPUASAN KERJA, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA NEGERI DI KOTA SEMARANG

Abstract: This research aims to: a) describe supervision, compensation, work climate, work satisfaction, work motivation, and teacher performance on state senior high school in Semarang City; b) find out direct and indirect effect of supervision, compensation, work climate, work satisfaction, work motivation to teacher performance on state senior high school in Semarang City. Data analisys use SEM and LISREL. The population cover all teacher of state senior high school in Semarang City and the population are 399 teachers.Research result shows: a) the result of descriptive statistic of supervision, compensation, work climate, work satisfaction, work motivation are good; b) the resulft of confirmation assesment on descriptive statistic of supervision, compensation, work climate, work satisfaction, work motivation are positively effect teacher performance. Abstrak: Penelitian ini untuk bertujuan: a) deskripsi supervisi, kompensasi, iklim kerja, kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru SMA Negeri Kota Semarang; b) besarnya pengaruh langsung dan tak langsung supervisi, kompensasi, iklim kerja, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri Kota Semarang. Analisis data menggunakan SEM (Struktural Equation Model), program statistika LISREL (Linear Structural Realitionship). Populasi penelitian seluruh guru SMA Negeri Kota Semarang dan sampel penelitian ditentukan sejumlah 399 guru. Hasil penelitian: 1) hasil analisis statistik deskripsi variabel supervisi, kompensasi, iklim kerja, kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja hasilnya baik. 2) analisis deskriptif hasil pengukuran konfirmatori variabel supervisi, kompensasi, iklim kerja, kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja hasilya berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru. ?é?á Keywords: performance, supervision, compensation, work climate, work satisfaction, work motivation

The research objective is to study the effect of the effect of work climate, job satisfaction and job dicipline toward teacher performance at Public Senior High School in Bekasi District. This research used quantitative approach. The sample of this research were 175 teachers selected randomly. The method used is survey method with path analysis. The research on the analysis it is conclude that: (1) work climate has direct effect on performance, (2) job satisfaction has direct effect on performance, (3) Job dicipline has direct effect on performance, (4) work climate has direct effect on job dicipline, (5) job satisfaction has direct effect on job dicipline, (6) work climate has direct effect on job satisfaction.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari pengaruh iklim kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri se-Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 175 guru yang diambil secara acak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) iklim kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kinerja, (2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kinerja, (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kinerja, (4) iklim kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada disiplin kerja, (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada disiplin kerja, (6) iklim kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kepuasan kerja. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of intellectual ability on teacher performance in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency. How is the influence of discipline on teacher performance in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency. What is the influence of work motivation on teacher performance in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency. How is the influence of intellectual ability, discipline and work motivation on teacher performance in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual ability on teacher performance. To determine the effect of discipline on teacher performance. To determine the effect of work motivation on teacher performance. To determine the effect of intellectual ability, discipline and work motivation on teacher performance. The sample in this study amounted to 50 teachers. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are intellectual ability, discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency because the value of F count> Ftable is (53,510> 2,960). Partial intellectual ability has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency because of the tcount> t table (2,918> 1,680). Partial discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency because of tcount> ttable (8,991> 1,680). Partial work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency because of the tcount> ttable (2,918> 1,680). Intellectual ability, discipline and work motivation simultaneously influence the performance of teachers in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency at 76.30% and the remaining 32.70% influenced by other factors not examined.

The quality of education is strongly influenced by teacher performance. One factor that supports the improvement of teacher performance is job satisfaction. When job satisfaction is high, it will affect job performance and achieve goals optimally. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance in the state Islamic Senior High School in Medan, Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative methods with a sample of 45 teachers taken from Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Medan. Data analysis was performed using a t-test with a significance level of 95 %. Based on the test result, it is obtained that tcount > ttable. This shows that there is a significant correlation between job satisfaction and teacher performance. Based on the analysis results, it is concluded that job satisfaction is one of the factors that increase teacher performance where the higher the job satisfaction, the better and the performance of the teachers. This study provides recommendations for educational policyholders to increasingly pay attention to the factors that can increase teacher job satisfaction in state Islamic High School public in particular or other educational institutions in general.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate what factors influenced on Teacher competencies Test (Uji Kompetensi Guru/UKG) of Indonesian ESL Senior High School teacher’s in West Java Indonesia. The data used in this study were derived from a teacher competencies test, and a questionnaire survey conducted among teachers who attended National Gathering of Senior High School English Teachers 2017 in Bandung, West Java. A total of 61 usable responses were received. The analysis was using Structural Equation Model (SEM) to see the correlations among variables also identify which predictors influenced most on Teacher Competencies Test. The result revealed that teacher competencies test was mostly influenced by education background (β =.27, p=0.028). It can be concluded that to increase the teacher’s competencies can be done by giving a chance to teachers to continue their study.

This study originated from research findings and interviews with several people teacher guidance and counseling in SMP South Coastal District which revealed that the performance of teacher guidance and counseling have not described a success made in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, one of them in implementing the guidance and counseling program in schools. The success of guidance and counseling teacher performance can be affected byfactors. Some of these factors is the work motivation and school work climate. There fore, researcher wanted to describe: (1) the performance of guidance and counseling teachers, work motivation, and school work climate, (2) the contribution of work motivation on guidance and counseling teacher performance, (3) contribution of school work climate to the guidance and counseling teacher  performance, and (4) the contribution of work motivation and school work climate on guidance and counseling teacher performance. This study was quantitative research with correlational method. The population research were all counseling teachers at SMP Payakumbuh City whose S.1 guidance and counseling educational background totaling 40 people, the sample were 40 people were selected by total sampling technique. The instrument that was used in this research was the Likert scale. Data were analyzed with simple regression and multiple regression. The findings showed that: (1) in average, the performance of teachers' guidance and counseling are in good enough category, the work motivatio non high category, and school work climate are in good enough, (2) there is contribution of work motivation on teacher performance guidance and counseling 20.8% (r= 0.457. significance 0.003), (3) contribution of school work climate on guidance and counseling teacher performance amounted to 10.72% (r= 0.327, significance 0.039), and 4) there is a contribution of work motivation and school work climate together on teacher performance guidance and counseling were 27% (R= 0.520, significance 0.003). The study results representan input forguidance and counseling teacher, and teachers further enhance employe school work climate and performancein performing their duties and responsibilities as teacher guidance and counseling in school.
