The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of intellectual ability on teacher performance in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency. How is the influence of discipline on teacher performance in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency. What is the influence of work motivation on teacher performance in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency. How is the influence of intellectual ability, discipline and work motivation on teacher performance in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual ability on teacher performance. To determine the effect of discipline on teacher performance. To determine the effect of work motivation on teacher performance. To determine the effect of intellectual ability, discipline and work motivation on teacher performance. The sample in this study amounted to 50 teachers. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are intellectual ability, discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency because the value of F count> Ftable is (53,510> 2,960). Partial intellectual ability has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency because of the tcount> t table (2,918> 1,680). Partial discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency because of tcount> ttable (8,991> 1,680). Partial work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency because of the tcount> ttable (2,918> 1,680). Intellectual ability, discipline and work motivation simultaneously influence the performance of teachers in Senior High School 1 of Karang Baru, Aceh Tamiang Regency at 76.30% and the remaining 32.70% influenced by other factors not examined.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on teacher performance, the effect of discipline on teacher performance, the effect of motivation and discipline on teacher performance. The population in this study amounted to 44 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique and multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of data processing, the following research results were obtained. The motivation variable partially has a positive effect on teacher performance with tcount> ttable (2.533> 1.684). Discipline variable partially has a positive effect on teacher performance with tcount> ttable (5.931> 1.684). Motivation and discipline variables simultaneously have a positive effect on teacher performance with the value of Fcount> Ftable, namely 5.669> 3,230 ,. The influence of motivation and discipline variables on teacher performance is 72.20% and the remaining 28.80% is influenced by other factors not examined.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is Contribution of work discipline, work motivation, and teacher perceptions about headmaster leadership style towards teacher performance at SMP N with National Standard School (SSN) Semarang. This study includes quantitative expo facto research. The population in this study were teachers at SMP N with National Standard School (SSN) Semarang counted 302. The samples in this study are 161 teachers obtained from the table that was developed by Isaac and Michael. The determination of sampling in this study uses with a sample random sampling. The data are collected by survey or questionnaire. Data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis of test preconditions data that is normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation test and test. The results showed: (1) there is a contribution to the discipline of work, work motivation and teacher perceptions about headmaster leadership style towards teacher performance at SMP N with National Standard School (SSN) Semarang, as shown by the acquisition of the F test with probability value 0.000 <0.05. From the results of data analysis, the R2 value counted 0.429 it means that there are contributions of work discipline, motivation, and teacher perceptions about headmaster leadership style towards teacher performance at SMP N with National Standard School (SSN) Semarang counted 42.9%; 2) there is a contribution of work discipline towards teacher performance at SMP N with National Standard School (SSN) Semarang, this is indicated with the acquisition probability value <0.05 with the effective contribution counted 12.82%; 3) there is a contribution of work motivation towards teacher performance at SMP N with National Standard School (SSN) Semarang, it is shown by the acquisition probability value <0.05 with the effective contribution counted 12.86%; 4) there is contribution of teacher perceptions about headmaster leadership style towards teacher performance at SMP N with National Standard School (SSN) Semarang, this is indicated with the acquisition probability value <0.05 with the effective contribution counted 17.25% and the classical assumption test results showed that the regression model is not biased or problems of classical assumptions (normality, linearity, and multicollinearity) that could otherwise BLUE (Best, Linear, Unbiased, Estimator).

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence through data analysis of the influence of work culture, organizational commitment, and strandar operational procedures on employee work productivity at PT Kimia Farma Apotek Tbk (Persero) East Bandung Region. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif method with quantitative approach and using multiple linear regression analysis. Technique of collecting data that is used is by observation at 6 pharmacy chemical pharmacy of East Bandung area through questionnaires completed by interview. the esult of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously between work culture, organizational commitment and standart operational process have a positive effect on employee work productivity. It means that the more work culture organizational commitment, and ordinary operational procedures, will make the work productivity of employees more and more tense. As well as the most dominant most affecting work productivity is comitment organization, meaning with high organizational commitment, automatically employees will work hard for the company, proud of the company and have good emission ties the company.

This study aims to prove simultaneously and partially customer loyalty in terms of store atmosphere, convenience and trust in J&T Express Surakarta. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population is all J&T Express Surakarta service users. The number of samples used according to Sugiyono's guidelines, amounting to 100 respondents, the sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that store atmosphere, convenience and trust have a significant effect on consumer loyalty of J&T Express Surakarta. Keywords : Store Atmosphere, Convenience, Trust.

This research was conducted at PT. Prosperous Indobali Trada all branches in Bali. Data collection is done by questionnaire with saturated sampling technique. The number of employees who become respondents is as many as 46 people. Data Analysis Method used in this research is to use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on company performance. This shows that the greater the leadership style the company will increase. Positive and significant organizational commitment to the company's performance. This shows the higher level of organizational commitment, the higher the company will be. Positive and significant work motivation on company performance. This shows the higher level of work motivation, the higher the increase in the company. This study aims to examine the effect of the application of e-filling, tax socialization, account representative performance and taxation penalty on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The samples used were 100 respondents to the method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques questionnaire. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the application of e-filling, account representative performance and taxation penalty had a positive effect on WPOP compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar, while tax socialization did not affect the WPOP at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of lifestyle and brand image simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency. The research framework used in this research is causal quantitative. The sample used in this research determined through accidental sampling. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The research instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research are: 1) lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, 2) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, and 3) Lifestyle and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency.

This study was aimed to examine the effect of simultaneous and partially word of mouth and corporate image on use decisions of JNE Express Buleleng. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents, the sample technique used purposive sampling. The data method used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this research is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study showed that (1) word of mouth and corporate image has a positive and significant effect simultaneous on use decisions with a contribution influence of 83.7%. (2) Word of mouth has a positive and significant effect partially on use decisions with a contribution influence of 25.6%. (3) Corporate image has a positive and significant effect partially on with a use decisions contribution influence of 28.6%.

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the decision to choose Starbucks. The population in this study amounted to 395 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. Variables that influence the decision to choose Starbucks are cultural, social, personal and psychological. The result of the partial test and simultaneously stated that the cultural variables, social variables, personal variables, and psychological variables influence the decision to choose Starbucks.
