Abstrak Artikel ini menyajikan hasil pelaksanaan cyber extension yang dilaksanakan oleh penyuluh agama Kota Semarang, serta efektifitas dari pelaksanaannya. Cyber extension merupakan inovasi sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi dengan berbasis cyber sebagai media dalam rangka penyuluhan untuk memudahkan kinerja penyuluh. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas dari pelaksanaan cyber extension penyuluh Agama Kota Semarang, terkait dengan peluang dan tantangan dalam pelaksanaan cyber extension yang dilakukan. Metode yang dilakukan penulis adalah dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif eksploratif dalam mengetahui sebab akibat dalam pelaksanaan cyber extension pada penyuluh agama kota Semarang. Hasil dari kajian ini menunjukkan penyuluh agama sudah menerapkan konsep manajemen dengan menerapkan POAC dalam aktifitas pelaksanaan penyuluhan yang dilakukan, sehingga terdapat efektifitas dalam kinerjanya sebagai seorang penyuluh. Akan tetapi, pelaksanaan cyber extension dalam kinerjanya belum sepenuhnya diimplementasikan. Hal ini dikarenakan beberapa faktor diantaranya kurang adanya ada optimalisasi dari website kementerian Agama Kota, sumber daya pengelola yang belum optimal, pengembangan inovasi yang belum dilaksanakan dalam proses penyuluhan oleh penyuluh di tingkat kota Semarang. Kata Kunci: cyber extension, penyuluh agama, penyuluhan.   Abstract This article presents the implementation results of cyber extension carried out by religious counselor in Semarang City, as well as the effectiveness of its implementation. Cyber extension is an innovation in information systems and information technology based on cyber as a media for counseling to facilitate religious counselor performance. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of cyber extension implementation for religious counselor officers in Semarang City, related to the opportunities and challenges in the implementation of cyber extension. The method uses an exploratory qualitative research for knowing the cause and effect of cyber extension implementation to religious counselor officers in the Semarang City. The results of this study indicate that religious counselor officers have implemented the management concept by implementing POAC in their counseling activities, so there is effectiveness in their performance as a counselor agent. However, the cyber extension implementation in its performance has not been fully implemented. This is due to several factors including the lack of optimization from the Ministry of Religion of the City website, inadequate management resources, the innovations development that have not been implemented in the counseling process by counselor agents at the city level of Semarang. The quality of counselor performance can be seen from the implementation of professional counseling that is complete and effective. On the other side, Indonesian counselors are struggling with Permendikbud No. 111 of 2014, which provides professional services at a ratio that approves a counselor serving 150 students. This makes it necessary for a counseling model that has a simpler, more concise procedure and immediately shows effective results accompanied by a load of cultural awareness in the implementation process. What has happened so far is that Indonesian counselors are still trapped in counseling models born from Western philosophy, not in accordance with the cultural, social and cultural diversity of Indonesia which often results in incomplete counseling processes. KIPAS counseling is a model of local culture-based counseling, making it effective to be applied in Indonesian counseling services. The reality that appears at this time is, the need for the amount of completion of the counseling implementation completely and effectively and is full of cultural understanding as the point of view of Indonesian counselors. Pastoral counselor performance is considered to impact on client wellbeing. The performance of pastoral counselors refers to their performance in doing counseling. This article explores the performance of pastoral counselors and strategies to improve it. The author examines the concepts and factors that contribute to the performance of counselors. Previous research on performance is reviewed. Based on this review, the author elaborates on some strategies that can help pastoral counselors improve their performance in carrying out pastoral counseling.

The purpose of this study is to illustrate the contribution of BK supervision to counselor performance. The sample of this study was 87 Counselor spread in Sumatera Utara schools. Data were collected through two questionnaires, namely: BK supervision (reliability item 0.91) and the performance of Counselor (reliability item 0.95), which was analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the counselor performance was in the good category with a percentage of 62.1% and the supervision of the BK received was in the good category with a percentage of 50.6%. Furthermore, the results of the study indicate there is a contribution to the supervision of BK on the performance of Counselor with a contribution value of 20.2%. Besides that, the regression coefficient is positive, so it can be stated that the influence of the BK supervision variable (X) on the counselor performance (Y) teacher is positive. The implications are further discussed for the supervisory process of the counselor performance

<p class="06IsiAbstrak"><span>Cultural diversity, especially language style becomes a color in everyday social life, this is important considering the exchange of knowledge (transfer of knowledge) and values (transfer of values) of each individual depends on the verbal ability of humans in explaining everything that is experienced. The main issue that has become an obstacle in the world of Guidance and Counseling to this day is the demand for Counselor performance which must be improved but not accompanied by the ability to use language properly and correctly. The purpose of this study is to determine the language style of prospective counselors in the IKIP Siliwangi environment, West Java</span><span lang="IN">. An ethnographic study was chosen as a research model that aims to describe the language style of counselors in the Islamic perspective and their implications in career counseling. The data analysis technique used is thematic ethnography to thoroughly describe the language style of prospective counselors in an Islamic perspective that influences their application in the career counseling process. Based on the results of observes conducted, the authors found several findings including research subjects preferring the use of socially-formed language and applying it in daily life including in the learning process rather than considering it in an Islamic perspective such as (1) <em>Tauqiify</em>, (2) <em>Ishtilah</em>, (3) <em>tauqiify</em> and <em>ishtilahy</em>.</span></p>

The counselor job and responbility is to give guidance and counseling service, performing the jobneeds motivation in order to reach the educational purpose. The headmaster is responsible to provide the facilities for the counselor in doing them job. The purpose of the study is to find out the relationships between the headmaster’s working motivation and social support with counselor performance. This research used quantitative in nature, using correlation method. Objective of the Research be done counselor in Junior high school Kerinci. The results of the study revealed that, there is a significant relationship between the headmaster’s working motivation and social support with the counselor performance

This study originated from research findings and interviews with several people teacher guidance and counseling in SMP South Coastal District which revealed that the performance of teacher guidance and counseling have not described a success made in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, one of them in implementing the guidance and counseling program in schools. The success of guidance and counseling teacher performance can be affected byfactors. Some of these factors is the work motivation and school work climate. There fore, researcher wanted to describe: (1) the performance of guidance and counseling teachers, work motivation, and school work climate, (2) the contribution of work motivation on guidance and counseling teacher performance, (3) contribution of school work climate to the guidance and counseling teacher  performance, and (4) the contribution of work motivation and school work climate on guidance and counseling teacher performance. This study was quantitative research with correlational method. The population research were all counseling teachers at SMP Payakumbuh City whose S.1 guidance and counseling educational background totaling 40 people, the sample were 40 people were selected by total sampling technique. The instrument that was used in this research was the Likert scale. Data were analyzed with simple regression and multiple regression. The findings showed that: (1) in average, the performance of teachers' guidance and counseling are in good enough category, the work motivatio non high category, and school work climate are in good enough, (2) there is contribution of work motivation on teacher performance guidance and counseling 20.8% (r= 0.457. significance 0.003), (3) contribution of school work climate on guidance and counseling teacher performance amounted to 10.72% (r= 0.327, significance 0.039), and 4) there is a contribution of work motivation and school work climate together on teacher performance guidance and counseling were 27% (R= 0.520, significance 0.003). The study results representan input forguidance and counseling teacher, and teachers further enhance employe school work climate and performancein performing their duties and responsibilities as teacher guidance and counseling in school.

This research purposed to describe the results of AUM PTSDL and its use by Guidance and Counseling Teacher or Counselor for Guidance and Counseling services to students. This research used descriptive method with qualitative and quantitative approach. The instruments of research used AUM PTSDL Format 2, The format of BMB3 and guideline for interview. The results of research are analyzed statistically and narrative. This research shows that AUM PTSDL results of Senior High School students in Padang who became samples in form quality score of learning activities still very low or less is average 36.30% from ideal score, and also their learning problems pretty much is average 28,14% from number of learning problems that may exist. Response dynamics of BMB3 student to data of AUM PTSDL results are quite positive, means that students are aware of their flaws and eager to fix it. Guidance and Counseling Teacher or Counselor welcomes positively to awareness and enthusiasm of students accompanied prepare themselves in use AUM PTSDL and utilization results to improve the quality of their learning activities by Guidance and Counseling services, which organized through various types of services and their supporting activities in specific format. The school’s leadership have role in facilitating the implementation of Guidance and Counseling services and supports Guidance and Counseling Teacher or Counselor performance at school.
