Competition between companies is getting tougher and more competitive because the cor-porate world is growing rapidly. Every company wants high company value, a company with high company value can increase shareholder prosperity. If the shareholders feel pros-perous, then the shareholders may be able to add value to their investment in the company. Good corporate governance (GCG) is one of the many factors that can affect corporate value. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect managerial ownership, institu-tional ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees on firm value. The population used as the object of this research is the banking sub-sector listed on the Indone-sia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. The population of this study is 43 companies, this study was obtained by purposive sampling technique which then produced a sample of 25 companies the financial sector banking sub sector to be studied. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on data analysis and discussion it can be concluded that Managerial Ownership and Independent Commissioners do not affect the company's value. This study aims to determine managerial ownership, institutional ownership, liquidity, leverage, and profitability on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling so that the selected sample is 16 companies. This study uses descriptive statistical data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1). Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and Liquidity do no effect on Company Value. 2). Leverage has a negative and significant impact on Company Value. 3). Profitability has a positive and significant impact on Company Value. 4). Dividend Policy cannot moderate the effect of the Managerial Ownership relationship on Company Value. 5). Dividend policy can partially influence the relationship of Institutional Ownership, Liquidity, Leverage, and Profitability to Company Value.

Signal theory emphasizes that company information can be responded differently by investors. One method used to analyze company value is using the Price to Book Value (PBV) approach. This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, dividend policy, profitability, and firm size on firm value. This research was conducted on companies listed in the LQ 45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. The number of samples taken as many as 10 companies used the nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, so that the number of samples during the 4 years of observation became 40 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that liquidity and profitability have a positive effect on firm value, while dividend policy and company size have no effect on firm value. Companies need funds to finance their operational activities, therefore a company must be able to attract investors to be interested in investing their capital. The high and low value of the company can be an attraction for investors. In addition to reflecting current conditions, company value can also describe the company's prospects in the future. Because it is important to do a research on what factors can have an influence on the value of the company. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, firm size and investment decisions on firm value. The study was conducted on banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020, the sampling method used a purposive sampling technique. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of profitability, liquidity and investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on firm value. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of financial and non-financial ratios on firm value. This research was conducted on a building construction sub-sector company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The number of samples taken was 32 observational samples, with non-probability sampling method, especially the sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data collection is done by non-participant observation. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of the analysis show that profitability, managerial ownership and dividend policy have a positive effect on the value of the building construction sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2019. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership, capital structure and profitability on company value, both partially and simultaneously. The sample in this study were 25 Consumer Goods Industries that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. Purposive sampling method was used with certain criteria. In order to analyze the collected data, descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used. The results of this study indicate that partially the independent board of commissioners and capital structure do not affect the value of the company, managerial ownership and profitability affect the value of the company. While simultaneously the independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership, capital structure and profitability affect the company value. This is because managers are successful in managing their business well. So the company can compete with other companies and gain maximum profit for the company. Future studies are expected to be able to use different variables or add to the proxy of Good Corporate Governance such as the audit committee, institutional ownership and so on. A pharmaceutical company is a healthcare company that focuses on researching, developing, and distributing drugs and/or medical devices. Firm value is the stock market value that reflects the wealth of the owner of a company. The purpose of this research is to examine whether capital structure, sales growth, and dividend policy have an influence on company value in the pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2019 period. The research population used is the pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2019 period, totaling 12 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 6 companies based on the criteria. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS application system. The results showed that simultaneously capital structure, sales growth, and dividend policy have an influence on firm value. Partially the capital structure has a significant negative effect on company value. Sales growth partially has a positive and insignificant effect on company value. This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, profitability, firm size and intellectual capital towards firm value. Capital structure is proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), profitability is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), company size is proxied by Ln from total assets, intellectual capital is proxied by Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC) and company value is proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV). The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the company's financial statements on the LQ 45 index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2010-2017. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 15 companies. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20. The results showed that the capital structure had no effect on the value of the company, profitability had an effect on the value of the company, the size of the company did not affect the value of the company and intellectual capital did not affect the value of the company.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of financial performance (profitability, liquidity, leverage), dividend policy and managerial ownership on firm value. Manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period are the samples in this study. Samples were obtained as many as 9 companies using purposive sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis tool. Financial performance is measured using profitability, liquidity, and leverage. The results of the study found that profitability and managerial ownership have an effect on firm value, while liquidity, leverage and dividend policy have no effect on firm value.

Earnings management (EM) is manipulation done by management in preparing financial statement in order to gain management advantages or to increase the firm value. EM can reduce the quality of financial statements because it does not show the real earning periodical. This research aims to identify the effect of good corporate governance (GCG) (institutional ownership, managerial ownership, frequency of board meetings, frequency of audit committee (AC) meetings), firm size, and leverage on the EM. Population comprises the companies in LQ 45 index of Iindonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2010–2014. Samples of the research were taken using purposive sampling method, and the variables are tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that partially, only leverage has significant effect on EM, while institutional ownership, managerial ownership, frequency of board meeting, frequency of AC meetings, and firm size have no significant effect on EM, but all of the variables have simultaneously significant effect on EM. Limitations of the research are the only used 6 independent variables and 21 companies as samples of the research.

The population of this study are 46 companies with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling and 6 companies are choosen. The data analysis method used is panel regression through several tests including classic assumption test and hyppothesis testing partially and simultaneously. Populasi daripenelitian adalah 46 perusahaan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposivesampling dan hasil sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 6 perusahaan. Metode analisis data yangdigunakan adalah metode regresi data panel termasuk pengujian asumsi dan kesesuaian model danpengujian hipotesis baik secara parsial dan secara simultan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukanbahwa kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan kepemilikaninstitusonal, komisaris independen, dan komite audit tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilaiperusahaan, dan corporate governance secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
