Samosir regency is a from North Sumatera province which dominantly people is live on agriculture. The most of the farmers using autodidact learning to determining the types of plants that will be process the appropriate with their land, where farmers just learn from their experiences and exchange opinion with another farmers. Based of the problem, the system will be built by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with Genetic Algorithm. The result of the testing from method Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) obtained result with consistency ratio values < 0,1, which is -0,5936 while the result of the testing from Genetic Algorithm obtained value of the fitness is 157,25. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the method Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) obtained the result more consistent with the value of consistency ratio should be < 0,1, so it will be easier to making decision, while on the analysis of Genetic Algorithm, obtained result are probabilistic as always having random process, so that decision making can not be consistent. So, Decision Support System to determination of plants based by contents of soil which are good and suitable is method Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).

Increasing population growth also contributes to the increasing need for homes or dwellings as basic human needs. Many ways people do to meet these needs, among others, by buying from someone else, building it yourself or by buying a house in a housing developer. Houses besides being a basic human need, it is also used as an indicator of one's success and as an asset for business development and an increase in the economic value of the owner. Prospective home buyers certainly have criteria that are considered in choosing a house. Many of the existing criteria are often followed by the availability of more than one choice of the house to be able to meet these criteria. Therefore, the writer tries to try to make a Decision Support System in a Home Purchase that will later help prospective home buyers in deciding which house to buy. The decision-making method used in this system is an analytical hierarchy process (AHP) as a form of decision-making model that is suitable for multi-criteria and multi-alternative problems with the main input being human perception. Combined with the Borda method which is one method of group decision making that can combine the results of perceptual analysis (the results of AHP analysis) from several decision makers. it is necessary to have a group decision-making technique (group decision support system). So that the resulting home purchase decision can be accepted by all decision makers (family). Abstract   Supported technology development with the development of software or hardware that is increasingly going forward will be much helpful in facilitating decision-making. Sometimes in doing decision-making still do not subjectively based on criteria which should be specified. As an example of the educational units of the current difficulty in decision making the selection of the students Excel in school, that is because still use conventional means which allow the existence of a subjective assessment. Hence the need for a system which can help in making decisions objectively based on the criteria specified to determine the best students. Decision support method used to determine the best students namely Hierachy Process Analytical method (AHP) using five criteria, i.e. the value of the report, the list of attendance, spiritual attitude, social attitudes and skills. In making this application, using the PHP programming language to manipulate data in the database and build the Application Programming Interface (API) and Javascript to process data on the side of the user interface and uses MySQL as the database. This research has succeeded in designing a decision support system is the selection of the best students who objectively and accurately by the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process web-based. The result of the decision support system showed that of the 10 selected alternative, alternative 7 (A7) getting the best students ranked first with a value of 0.184, next is an alternative 5 (A5) with a value of 0.170.   Keywords: AHP, Decision Support System, Selection Of The Best Students   Abstrak   Perkembangan teknologi yang didukung dengan perkembangan software maupun hardware yang semakin maju akan banyak membantu dalam mempermudah pengambilan keputusan. Terkadang dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan masih dilakukan secara subjektif tidak berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang seharusnya ditentukan. Sebagai contoh dari satuan pendidikan saat ini kesulitan dalam pengambilan keputusan pemilihan siswa berprestasi di sekolah, hal tersebut dikarenakan masih menggunakan cara konvensional yang memungkinkan adanya penilaian secara subyektif. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan secara objektif berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan untuk menentukan siswa terbaik. Metode pendukung keputusan yang digunakan untuk menentukan siswa terbaik yaitu metode Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) dengan menggunakan lima kriteria, yaitu nilai rapor, daftar kehadiran, sikap spiritual, sikap sosial dan ketrampilan. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini, menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP untuk mengolah data di database dan membangun Application Programming Interface (API) dan Javascript untuk mengolah data di sisi user interface serta menggunakan MySQL sebagai database. Penelitian ini telah berhasil merancang sistem ini pendukung keputusan pemilihan siswa terbaik yang objektif dan akurat dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process berbasis web. Hasil dari sistem pendukung keputusan menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 alternatif yang dipilih, alternatif 7 (A7) memperoleh peringkat pertama siswa terbaik dengan nilai 0,184, selanjutnya adalah alternatif 5 (A5) dengan nilai 0,170.   Kata kunci: AHP, Pemilihan Siswa Terbaik, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan

 The rapidly technology process on globalisasion era in business world, makes the decision making is the important thing to make decision faced with the competition in business world. The decision making can be influence by a few aspect and group, which can influence the decision maker to accelerate the fast, perfectly and correctly the decision making.This software created by using Analytical Hierarchy Process method. Where this algorithm do the process of calculating to get the best decision, using the score group of calculation and compare it with each possibility count of the choosen decision. This software specially will be use to decision support in present credit to PT. BPR Batang Tarusan.From design and the testing the application of decision support system result a correct and flexible decision with all criteria which influence that decision and give a report in order to director can understand why this software choose that decision.

Now humans are developing systems that can help determine the best alternative in a problem, namely the decision support system (DSS) in the decision support system there are alternatives, criteria and weights used to determine the best solution. The quality of human resources is one of the supporting factors to improve the performance productivity of an agency. So, from that competent human resources can support the level of performance, with performance appraisal, it will be known the achievements of each employee, this can be used by agencies as a consideration in determining the best employees. The purpose of this study is to create a good decision support system that can assist managers in evaluating the performance of an employee in an agency. Judging from the problem of the performance appraisal of an employee at PT. Cahaya iqra Mandiri is the object of research that produces the desired answer, the Admin section is a priority and can be implemented to determine neat administration and have important responsibilities in PT. cahaya iqra Mandiri.

Determination of graduation status is often faced by lecturers in every university. The facts show that many of the decisions still have a fairly high error rate in determining graduation status. This study aims to develop an analytical model in the process of determining student graduation using the Hybrid Decision Support System (DSS). The methods used in the analysis process are Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Others Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The performance of AHP can determine the value of the weight criteria and TOPSIS performs rankings to produce solutions in determining. The criteria indicators used to consist of Depth (C1), Material Breadth (C2), Answer Accuracy (C3), Fluency of Answers (C4), Scientific Attitude (C5), Logical Consistency of Content (C6), Authenticity (C7), Scientific Quality ( C8), Language (C9), and Writing (C10). The results of this study indicate that the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method provides a weighting value for each criterion with a fairly good accuracy rate of 85,86%. These results conclude that each criterion has a consistent level of relationship in determining student graduation. Based on the output of the TOPSIS analysis, the results presented can determine the student's graduation status correctly and accurately.

Decision support system (DSS) system that can help someone in making decisions that are accurate and right on target. Many problems can be solved by using the SPK. One of them is Determining the eligibility of customers receiving the People's Business Credit (KUR). There are Several methods that can be used in building a DSS, Including Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The application of the AHP method to the decision support system of people's business credit through a number of processes of data transformation starts from Determining the priority scale of each criterion, to getting the final grade and ranking. In Determining the eligibility of KUR recipient customers, there are Several criteria that are the basis for decision making, Including Credit Status, Productive Business, Business Conditions, Collateral and Collectibility.

AbstrakCV.Yulindo Multipratama merupakan perusahaan baru dan masih berkembang yang bergerak dibidang tekstil. Dalam proses persaingan bisnis, diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan selalu termotivasi, salah satu solusinya yaitu dengan membuat sistem yang terkomputersisasi guna meningkatkan motivasi karyawan, yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan karyawan terbaik. Proses penentuan karyawan terbaik CV. Yulindo Multipratama masih dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga kurang objektif dan efektif. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, diperlukan suatu sistem yang baik. Metode yang penulis gunakan dalam membuat sistem pendukung keputusan yaitu metode Analytical Hierarchy Process, serta untuk pengumpulan data dengan cara oberservasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan kuisioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan karyawan terbaik dengan metode AHP. Dengan adanya program Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Karyawan Terbaik Pada CV. <h1 align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></h1><p><em>Tingkat </em><em>keberhasilan pembangunan di kelurahan</em><em> diukur dengan kriteria-kriteria tertentu.</em><em> Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Keluarga Berencana (BPMKB) Kota Bogor setiap tahunnya melaksanakan lomba kinerja kelurahan untuk mengevaluasinya. Dalam penentuan penetapan pemenang lomba kinerja kelurahan dinilai pada seleksi presentasi dan kunjungan lapang masih menghitung secara manual sehingga dibutuhkan Sistem pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang mampu memberikan solusi alternatif untuk proses penilaian presentasi dan kunjungan lapang. Metode yang digunakan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan lomba kinerja kelurahan </em><em>ini adalah</em><em> metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP</em><em>), yang digunakan</em><em> untuk pembobotan kriteria dan alternatif. SPK ini menggunakan 3 jenis hak akses (roles) yaitu admin, juri dan pimpinan. Keluaran sistem </em><em>adalah</em><em> hasil angka perhitungan AHP yang </em><em>merupakan rekomendasi bagi pihak pengambil keputusan dalam penentuan pemenang perlombaan. H</em><em>asil perhitungan </em><em>menampikan</em><em> bobo</em><em>-bobot</em><em> kriteria</em><em>,</em><em> yaitu : 0,167 untuk kriteria penguasaan materi ekspos, 0,056 untuk kriteria penampilan pemberi materi ekspos, 0,111 untuk kriteria ketepatan waktu ekspos, 0,222 untuk kriteria produk unggulan, dan 0,444 untuk kriteria inovasi</em><em>.</em><em> </em><em>Dengan nilai bobot tersebut, ditampilkan hasil rekomendasi untuk pemenang dengan urutan ranking terbaik yaitu  kelurahan Menteng, kelurahan Cibadak, kelurahan Ciparigi, kelurahan Katulampa, kelurahan Cikaret, dan kelurahan Babakan Pasar.</em>  </p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><em>The level of success of the development in the village</em><em> government</em><em> is measured by certain criteria. In determining the determination of the winners of the kelurahan performance competition, the presentation selection and field visits were still counted manually so that a Decision Support System (</em><em>DSS</em><em>) was needed that was able to provide alternative solutions for the presentation process and field visits. The method used in the decision support system for this kelurahan performance competition is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, which is used for weighting criteria and alternatives. This </em><em>DSS</em><em> uses 3 types of access rights (roles), namely admin, jury and leader. System output is the result of the AHP calculation number which is a recommendation for decision makers in determining the winner of the race. The calculation results show the bobo-weight criteria, namely: 0.167 for mastery of exposure material criteria, 0.056 for the criteria for exposure material exposures, 0.111 for the criteria for exposure time, 0.222 for the criteria of superior products, and 0.444 for the criteria of innovation. With these weight values, the results of recommendations for winners with the best ranking are displayed, namely Menteng Village, Cibadak Village, Ciparigi Village, Katulampa Village, Cikaret Sub-District, and Babakan Pasar Village.</em></p>

Couples / soul mates have been determined by God the Almighty, humans are created in pairs and all humans must have been determined to live mate depending on the efforts of the man himself. Because of that we as human beings who want to endeavor and strive.         Therefore, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed which can overcome problems in choosing the best partner. The method used in the Decision Support System (SPK) is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method because it is appropriate for the decision-making process and can determine the weight value of each attribute, then proceed with a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of the best alternatives.                 Islam provides solutions and signs in choosing a mate, one of which is endeavor.
