Автоматизированная система управления процессами оценки соответствия основных видов продукции (АСУ ОВП), используемой в системе нефтепроводного транспорта, создана с целью оптимизации оперативных процессов в указанной области. Она позволяет повысить координацию деятельности подразделений, участвующих в оценке соответствия, усовершенствовать порядок рассмотрения технической и эксплуатационной документации, реализовать функции управления и координации при проведении экспертизы, испытаний и инспекционного контроля. При этом постоянное совершенствование процессов оценки соответствия требует незамедлительного отражения возникающих изменений в АСУ ОВП. Авторами представлен опыт применения паттернов проектирования баз данных и клиентского приложения АСУ ОВП. Базы данных АСУ ОВП насчитывают сотни таблиц, в которые вносятся и в которых обновляются десятки тысяч записей в месяц. В качестве среды разработки для АСУ ОВП была выбрана Visual Studio.NET. Основной язык программирования - C#, сочетающий лучшие характеристики императивной и декларативной парадигм программирования. Совмещение разных парадигм повлияло на классическое представление паттернов, вследствие чего в статье приводятся примеры реализации паттернов с учетом современных технологий. Рассмотренные паттерны способствуют повышению эффективности разработки и качества функционирования информационных систем, используемых для автоматизации процессов оценки соответствия продукции. Оптимизированная под конкретные бизнес-процессы информационная система с правильной архитектурой позволит без труда вносить изменения в ходе проведения оценки соответствия и будет оставаться полезной на протяжении длительного времени. The automated control system for conformity assessment processes of the main types of products (ACS MTP) used in the pipeline transportation system is designed to optimize operational processes in this area - it allows to increase coordination of activities of subdivisions involved in assessment, to improve the procedure for the review of technical and operational documentation, to implement management and coordination functions during examination, testing and inspection control. At the same time, the continuous improvement of conformity assessment processes requires the immediate reflection of emerging changes in the ACS MTP. The authors present the experience of applying the database design patterns and the client application of the ACS MTP. The ACS MTP databases contain hundreds of tables in which tens of thousands of records are entered and updated per month. Visual Studio.NET was chosen as the programming environment for the ACS MTP. The main programming language is C#, which combines the best features of imperative and declarative programming paradigms. The combination of different paradigms influenced the classical representation of patterns, as a result of which the article provides examples of the implementation of patterns taking into account the influence of modern technologies. The considered patterns allow increasing the efficiency of development and quality of the operation of information systems used for the automation of conformity assessment processes of products. Information system optimized for specific business processes with the correct architecture will allow you to easily make changes during the conformity assessment and will remain useful for a long time.

Subject. The obvious turnover and insufficient involvement of staff may turn rather dear for the company, especially when it concerns the promising talent, who were trained thoroughly for a long time. Human Resource Management (HRM) is especially critical for those entities which take care of their competitive advantages driven by innovative employees. That is the reason for new approaches to building and managing the crucial resource of modern corporations – people. Objectives. I examine changes in managers’ routine as new HRM methods are adopted, creating new success drivers and competitiveness of the entity. Methods. The methodological basis comprises proceedings that try to find new methods for entities to raise their competitive advantages by enhancing the quality of HRM. The study employs methods of generalization, comparative analysis, theoretical modeling, decomposition. Results. I provide the rationale for new HRM methods, in addition to the traditional method of competence. The article sorts out changes that were seen in managers’ routine of operational decision-making for strategic staff management. Conclusions. HRM methods are difficult to replicate. So, the development of the HRM approach can become a sustainable driver of the corporate competitiveness. Companies shall invest abundantly in people and business processes, which is, on the one hand, an operational task, and, on the other hand, a vital process implementing the strategy, that shall be necessarily maintained by top managers.

На сегодняшний день на российских просторах интеллектуальные производства и связанные с ними технологии не имеют большого объёма, но эта область активно развивается, имеет тенденции к расширению. Получают распространение роботизированные комплексы для обработки корпусных конструкций из судостроительных сталей и контрольных операций. The use of modern technologies in business is primarily aimed at simplifying business processes, reducing the costs of business operations as well as improving the quality of services offered to clients. It is also a response to the changing preferences of customers who are increasingly using digital solutions. Technological solutions may in particular be used in the insurance distribution process, which in recent years has become much more demanding, due a number of provisions regulating the distribution of insurance contracts were introduced.  These changes are mainly aimed at ensuring that client makes conscious decisions regarding the conclusion of the contract, due to broad information requirements as well as matching the insurance to the client's needs. The use of mobile applications, Big Data, artificial intelligence or blockchain technology may allow for simplification, acceleration and reduction of costs in the process of distribution of insurance contracts. The article is an attempt to indicate the main possibilities of using technological solutions, both in relation to the requirements for insurance distributors and in relation to the technologies that can be used. Selected barriers were also discussed, which in the author's opinion significantly limit the possibility of development of digital insurance distribution channels.

Achievements in the area of automated ultrasonic control of quality of rails, solid-rolled wheels and tyres, wheels magnetic powder crack detection, carried out at JSC EVRAZ NTMK. The 100% nondestructive control is accomplished by automated control in series at two ultrasonic facilities RWI-01 and four facilities УМКК-1 of magnetic powder control, installed into the exit control line in the wheel-tyre shop. Diagram of location, converters displacement and control operations in the process of control at the facility RWI-01 presented, as well as the structural diagram of the facility УМКК-1. The automated ultrasonic control of rough tyres is made in the tyres control line of the wheel-tyre shop at the facility УКБ-1Д. The facility enables to control internal defects of tyres in radial, axis and circular directions of radiation. Possibilities of the facility УКБ-1Д software were shown. Nondestructive control of railway rails is made at two facilities, comprising the automated control line of the rail and structural shop. The УКР-64Э facility of automated ultrasonic rails control is intended to reveal defects in the area of head, web and middle part of rail foot by pulse echo-method with a immersion acoustic contact. The diagram of rail P65 at the facility УКР-64Э control presented. To reveal defects of the macrostructure in the area of rail head and web by mirror-shadow method, an ultrasonic noncontact electromagnetic-acoustic facility is used. It was noted, that implementation of the 100% nondestructive control into the technology of rolled stuff production enabled to increase the quality of products supplied to customers and to increase their competiveness.

One that influences human resource indicators is education. The teacher is a profession as a job of academic specialization in a relatively long time in college. Understanding related to teacher competence is very important to have by a prospective teacher because it can affect the quality of performance as a professional teacher. The teacher's competence is known as pedagogic, professional, social and personality competencies. The issue in this study is how the competency of the teacher of the Department of Geography Education FKIP Unsyiah as a prospective teacher of geography? The purpose of this study was to determine the competence of teachers in the Department of Geography Education FKIP Unsyiah as prospective geography teachers. Quantitative description approach is used in this study to find answers to the issue. The population in this study were students of the Department of Geography Education FKIP Unsyiah class of 2015 and 2016 who had been declared to have passed the Micro Teaching and Magang Kependidikan 3 course totaling 50 people. Because the population is small and can be reached, the determination of the sample using total sampling techniques so that the sample in this study is the whole population. Data collection is done by distributing test questions to respondents. The data was analyzed using the descriptive statistics percentage formula. The results of the study indicate that the level of teacher competence of Geography Education Department students as prospective teachers is in the moderate category, namely as many as 22 respondents (44%). A total of 12 respondents (24%) were in the high category, 15 respondents (30%) were in the low category and 1 respondent (2%) were in the very low category.

ABSTRACTThe effect of numerous plasma reative ion etch and physical milling processes on the electrical behavior of GaAs bulk substrates has been investigated by means of electric microwave absorption. It was seen that plasma treatments at quite low energies may significantly affect the electrical quality of the etched semiconductor. Predominantly physical plasma etchants (Ar) were seen to create significant damage at very low energies. Chemical processes (involving Cl or F), while somewhat less pernicious, also gave rise to electrical substrate damage, the effect greater for hydrogenic ambients. Whereas rapid thermal anneal treatments tend to worsen the electrical integrity, some substrates respond positively to long-time high temperature anneal steps.

After a long time was not heard to the public area, lately death penalty toward the criminal cases that classified as extraordinary crime are appear. The author discovers electronic article about the execution of the death penalty which is the prosecutor prepares to execute death penalty toward the drugs dealer. The president of Republic of Indonesia stated that it is necessary to give a deterrent effect to the convicted  criminal and keep the morality of Indonesian teenagers. According to my opinion, the author argues that it will be better and wiser if we discuss about renovating all of the Penitentiary in Indonesia than debating whether death penalty could be done in Indonesia or not, because it will be displeasure many parties, death penalty infringed the human rights of the convicted criminals and cause psychological burden to them, families, the executor of the death penalty, and other parties. Because if we have to improve the quality of the Penitentiary, if the function of Penitentiary for fostering moralily has been optimal or properly enough to the convicted criminals, Indonesia will be no longer need the death penalty option as sanction to the convicted crimanals including for the extraordinary crime (especially for drugs trafficking in our country). Penitentiary is one of the public services which aims for fostering the people that initially have bad habits (commited to the crime), so that they will have the awareness to change their bad attitude into the be better ones, will not harm others, and positively contributed to the society. Already Penitentiary’s conditions should be designed in such a way and as good as possible, so that the inmates feels like at their own home (like having a second home after his own home), and feel humaner to spend their days in the Penitentiary. The author believes that if the Penitentiary has been improved and optimized its function well, then the real purpose of Penitentiary will definitely achieved. As stated in Law Number 12 Year 1995 regarding to Penitentiary Article 2 which states "sanction system are organized in order to fostering the convicted criminals in order to be the real man, aware of their fault, improve themselves, and not to repeat the criminal act so that they can be friendly received by the community, can actively participated in the development of our country, and can socialize themselves as good citizen."Article 3 on this regulation also intensifies the function of Penitentiary "the function of Penitentiary is to prepare convicted criminals to be able to properly integrated to the society, so they can be accepted again as members of the public who are free and responsible ones."
