Vetiver root is a commodity that is tolerant enough to be planted in salty soils with a certain level of salinity. One approach to increase oxidative stress tolerance that will increase the enzyme substrate at the cellular level is ascorbic acid. The purpose of this study was to increase students' knowledge about how the response of vetiver seed (Vetiveria zizanioides) growth in salt soils to ascorbic acid through practical field learning in plant physiology courses. This research was conducted using a factorial randomized block design (RBD), the first factor was the salinity (S), namely S0: 0 dsm-1 and S1: 4 dsm-1. The second factor was ascorbic acid (A), namely A0: without treatment, A1: 50 ppm, A2: 100 ppm and A3: 150 ppm. There were 8 treatment combinations that were repeated 3 times resulting in 24 experimental units. The parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves and number of stomata. In this study, ascorbic acid had a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves and number of stomata. Saline soil had a significant effect on the number of stomata parameters. No interactions for all parameters were observed.

Types of greetings are the kinds of movements that result from the greeting process in the form of greetings to someone / another person which will have an impact on the child's motoric skills from the various greeting movements. Variety of greetings is synonymous with the diversity produced by the greeting itself, thus creating gestures similar to greetings. The kinds of greetings referred to are in the form of Assalamu'alaikum, movements of shaking hands, gestures of hugs and clapping movements. The purpose of this study was to determine children's motoric development through the application of various greetings at IT Mon Kuta Kindergarten in Lambhuk Village, Banda Aceh. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques, namely through interviews and observations. The data analysis technique in this study is a collection of data that has been obtained from the results of children's observations that researchers have done since the beginning of each aspect of research activities, the results that have been collected are entered into the observation sheet. The results showed that the children's motoric development had started well. Stress becomes a significantly serious issue among university students and we need efficient tools to understand it more. The aim of present study is to develop a Computerized Adaptive Testing (CAT) to measure the mentioned stress, as pioneer project in Vietnam. In this vein, an item bank of 68 items has been constructed, which is based on Likert Polytomous Scales through five subdomains: behavior, academic performance, family, lecturer and finance. The sampling of the survey is large. It has assessed 2,085 students (704 males and 1,381 females). Multidimensional Random Coefficients Multinomial Logit (MRCML) Model is applied to develop Multidimensional Stress Scales and Computerized Adaptive Testing procedure. The result findings indicate that Multidimensional Random Coefficients Multinomial Logit (MRCML) can be used to develop new scale with psychometric properties. Indicated by various fit criteria MNSQ, standard errors, Z (t-test) implemented in software ConQuest. The subdomain has a good reliability (from .857 to .798). As respect to CATs, a simulated experiment based on the empirical data is applied to evaluate the performance of the proposed computerized adaptive testing. The standard error of the estimated stress proficiencies are reported in this study. The 68 items stress data appropriate fit the Multidimensional model applied.

The principle of the guided inquiry learning process interaction emphasizes the interaction between students and teachers,  and between students and the environment. Learning as an interaction process means placing the teacher not as a source of learning, but as a regulator of the environment or regulator of the interaction itself, the teacher as the questioner. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of the guided inquiry model on improving student con- sition. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2017/2018 academic year using the pre-experimental design method through one group pretest-posttest design. This research was carried out in three stages, namely: giving a pre-test questionnaire to obtain the average score of student co-technician competencies, implementing the guided inquiry learning model, and giving the final test (posttest) after learning. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students consisting of 14 male students and 13 female students. The data collection techniques used were observation and tests. Observations were made to observe student activities, while the test consisted of preliminary and final tests used to measure learning success. The assessment instrument consists of an observation sheet filled out by the observer and the test questions consisting of 10 questions. Furthermore, student learning outcomes are processed using the Gain formula (g). Based on the research results obtained, 11 students obtained a Gain value of 0.75 in the high category, and 16 students obtained a Gain value of 0.60 in the moderate category. The overall average value of learning outcomes is 0.65 in the medium category. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the guided inquiry model can affect science student coqinitive.

Students still consider mathematics learning in school difficult. One of the factors causing this difficulty is because mathematics material is dominated by abstract material. The purpose of this research is: to determine the completeness of student learning outcomes through the application of the Problem Based Instruction Model. The selection of a learning model plays a large enough role to achieve educational goals. For that, we need a learning model that is able to increase student interest, motivation and learning outcomes. One learning model that can be used is Problem Based Instruction which emphasizes student activity. Problems in the learning process are directed to those related to everyday life so that students can immediately understand them. The population in this study were all students of class VIII totaling 50 students. The sample in this study were students of class VIII-2 SMP Negeri 14 Banda Aceh, as many as 25 students. This study used a Quasi-experimental approach with a one-shot case study design with quantitative research. Data collection was carried out using test instruments. The data processing technique is to use the t-test. The results showed that student learning outcomes in the material tangent to the inner and outer partnership of two circles of class VIII SMP Negeri 14 Banda Aceh achieved student learning completeness according to the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) set by SMP Negeri 14 Banda Aceh.
