The main business processes used in such enterprises, their main algorithm and methods of application will be considered. In addition, each of the stages of the main business processes that can be optimized will be considered, as well as the optimization procedure itself and the results of updated business processes, with a description of the consequences that business process optimization procedures may entail. The main tool for optimizing business processes will be considered information systems, various CRM systems that allow you to partially or completely automate a particular process in the company, thereby eliminating manual intervention. And also, the influence of information systems on the final result.

Every business company is profit-oriented. The scale of profit is determined by the effectiveness of the activity, the quality of service provided to customers, speed of service, simplicity and all of the above -is the result of ongoing business-processes in the company. The forced stagnation can occur at any stage of the project development, however, even if it is not so, after a certain period, there always comes a moment, when changes in the work process are inevitable. The prerequisite for the proper writing of business-processes is a thorough knowledge of the ongoing processes in the company and the existence of relevant qualified staff. Because if any link is dropped or misspelled during the business-process cycle, the whole business-process will be wrong and the result will inevitably affect the company's efficiency. The Business-Process optimization has become vital for modern companies, especially in the age of digital technologies. The companies face the new challenges every day, and the modern technologies allow them to achieve their goals easily and at a much lower human or material costs. Keywords: Business-Processes, Optimization, Qualified Staff, Company Efficiency.

This article describes the application of reinforcement learning (q-learning, genetic algorithm, cross-entropy) to define the optimal structure of business processes in the bank. It describes the principle of creation of the environment, loss, and reward. Setting of hyperparameters for each method is considered in depth.  Besides, it offers the variant of calculation of the maximum potential for saving, which can be arrived at through the business process optimization.

Business process optimization (BPO) has become an increasingly attractive subject in the wider area of business process intelligence and is considered as the problem of composing feasible business process designs with optimal attribute values, such as execution time and cost. Despite the fact that many approaches have produced promising results regarding the enhancement of attribute performance, little has been done to reduce the computational complexity due to the size of the problem. The proposed approach introduces an elaborate preprocessing phase as a component to an established optimization framework (bpoF) that applies evolutionary multi-objective optimization algorithms (EMOAs) to generate a series of diverse optimized business process designs based on specific process requirements. The preprocessing phase follows a systematic rule-based algorithmic procedure for reducing the library size of candidate tasks. The experimental results on synthetic data demonstrate a considerable reduction of the library size and a positive influence on the performance of EMOAs, which is expressed with the generation of an increasing number of nondominated solutions. An important feature of the proposed phase is that the preprocessing effects are explicitly measured before the EMOAs application; thus, the effects on the library reduction size are directly correlated with the improved performance of the EMOAs in terms of average time of execution and nondominated solution generation. The work presented in this paper intends to pave the way for addressing the abiding optimization challenges related to the computational complexity of the search space of the optimization problem by working on the problem specification at an earlier stage.

Purpose. To work out an algorithm of an entrepreneur business process optimization in order to systemize and ensure the quality of implementation of key business processes of an insurer as the condition of increasing his/her level of economic security in a turbulent business environment. Methodology. In the study there were used general scientific and specific methods of cognition, in particular: logical colligation, analysis, dialectic synthesis and grouping, induction and deduction, process approach, factor analysis, graphical visualization, economic-mathematical modelling. Findings. The necessity of business process optimization for an insurer was established as a strategically important subject of market relationship development. A logical-structural scheme of interconnection of the main business processes of an insurer is formed; the processes are gradually implemented by stages of insurance services progress, risks underwriting, reinsurance, effecting of an insurance agreement, forming and placing insurance funds and settlement of losses. The main structural elements of the insurers business process optimization were systemized. The methodical approach to the insurers business processes reengineering was proposed on the basis of the games theory just to form a new model of business processes and to increase its optimization process effectiveness. Originality. An algorithm of the insurers business process optimization was worked out, which includes the process of their planning, diagnostics, implementation of changes and monitoring just to increase the quality of key business process realization as the condition for ensuring economically safe functioning of the business entity. Practical value. The practical value is in the possibility to use them in insurance companies activities, which will ensure their sustainable functioning and development in the strategic perspective.

The need to optimize the business processes of tourism enterprises is determined by changes in business needs, in particular in the economic and financial-economic activities. In order to ensure the success of enterprises in the tourism sector, it is necessary to constantly develop and change, improve their business processes in accordance with market conditions and consumer needs. The article examines the conceptual principles for optimizing the business processes of tourism enterprises. It is specified that the optimization of business processes is one of the aspects of the enterprise development whereby the targets and tasks are achieved, in particular: increasing profits and productivity of activities, reducing costs, increasing the target audience, etc. In the course of research, the key principles and features of optimizing the business processes of tourism enterprises are distinguished. It is determined that the business processes of the tourism enterprise are formed from an aggregate of certain actions and factors, containing causal connection. The results of business process are: the formed value added; the expanded range of consumers, partners; maintaining competitive positions in the market; improvement of economic activity, and as a sum – increase in profits. It is found out that the most critical in the system of optimization of business processes of tourism enterprises are express diagnostics and fundamental diagnostics. The main criteria for optimizing the business processes of the tourism enterprise are defined and proposals for their addition by such indicators as execution time and cost of processes are made. It is noted that each of these criteria is evaluated through the system of indicators, which is formed within the framework of the analysis of business processes of the enterprise. The most appropriate methods and methods of collecting information that can be used in optimizing business processes are defined. The basic elements and parameters of business process optimization are outlined. The main analytical aspects of optimization of business processes of tourism enterprises are analyzed.

The addressed issue in the present work revolves around the area of business process management in general and in particular optimization. The problem involves the generation of optimized business process designs from a business process model in a multi-criteria optimization environment by appealing an evolutionary algorithm. Thus, the main contribution is to analyze the characteristics of using a multi-criteria decision-analysis method within a genetic algorithm in an issue of business process optimization. The experimental results clearly demonstrated that using a multi-criteria decision-analysis method helps considerably the production of qualitatively interesting alternative solutions in a reasonable period time regard-ing the problem complexity, which ultimately assists the decision maker to perform improved decision making

The article discusses the issues of optimizing the costs of an enterprise during the crisis, the need to allocate several items of costs, the financing of which will have to be reduced. The coronavirus epidemic, plummeting oil prices and multiple turmoil in financial markets have disrupted what appeared to be resilient trends. And this is especially true in business. Prolonged quarantine, decreased sales, alarming mood, uncertainty - all this gives rise to fears for the future. Systematic and consistent cost management and optimization must become an integral part of the new reality. The purpose of the article is to substantiate methods for reducing costs and optimizing costs of an enterprise in a crisis and economic instability when making management decisions. In order to realize this goal, the following are considered: theoretical foundations of enterprise cost optimization; planning and implementation of measures to reduce costs; models for reducing cost items in the budget and its basic principles. As a result of the research, it can be argued that significant and sustainable cost optimization is possible only as a result of business process optimization. It is impossible to significantly reduce any particular type of expenses without changing anything else around. Therefore, it requires the transformation of all processes associated with this function.
