Data is a very important part of our lives nowadays, but it requires a neat and systematic acquisition. This good and systematics data acquisition also required by non-profit institutions. Non-profit institutions in Indonesia are found within various fields, including health, arts, natural environment, agriculture, etc. One of the most needed data recording is the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI). PMI is engaged in the humanitarian field and has branches throughout Indonesia, including the districts. Donor data logging is one of the problems faced by PMI. Each time a donor does a blood donation, they need to rewrite their personal data on a piece of paper. This data will then be recapitulated into a computer which sometimes takes time and is not being inputted in real time. This system requires a change that makes data able to be inputted in real time and be stored properly and neatly. The data can then be stored in the cloud as well and be accessed in real time. For non-profit organizations such as PMI, this allows inputting and data processing to become more efficient and flexible. In this study, the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method was used, while the website uses the CodeIgniter (CI) framework. In this research, a website application is produced with features that are in accordance with the expected needs.

Pesantren Mahasiswa Internasional KH Mas Mansur (Pesma) has a shuttle facility for everyone who lives there. However, the use of the shuttle is not optimal because the ordering procedure still uses manual techniques. It contrasts with the rapid development of industry 4.0 and the mission of Pesma to get digitalization. This paper describes the effort to improve Pesma shuttle bookings by developing an application. The application is built upon the Android Studio 3.5.1 platform and uses Firebase real-time database. The development method implements the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Waterfall. The research results in an application called “Pesma Apps” that can be used by staff and mahasantri. Testing the Pesma apps, we obtained sufficiently good results where the black box testing proves that all functions work well. A usability testing using SUS with 30 respondents produces a good result at the level of 72.6, which suggests that the application is accepted.

Registration and list of attendees are an important factor to be done in formal and informal activities. The purpose is to know the attendees’ personal data and presence. Registration and presence using the manual method such as form filling in a piece of paper produce problem, among them is over excess of paper and time consuming presence activity. Therefore, a new efficient and effective system that take advantage of Android Smartphone and Quick Response Code (QR Code) as Smart Attendance System is needed. The use of Android and QR Code technology simplify registration and presence process so that the proses would be much faster and efficient. The design of QR Code presence application based on Android is using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model and designed using Use Case Diagram and Entity Relationship Diagram. The presence application is made using combination of two platform, that is Android and web. On the Android Smartphone there are scanner and administrator profile. Whilst at the web platform contain participant, event, and admin database. The existence of the design and Smart Attendance system implementation, registration and list of attendees process will be faster, efficient, and used as on of the smart system to support the smart city is expected.

The system development was based on embedded Linux operating system, the SamSung S3C6410 processor analyzed data. The terminal recognized the basic information of patients through the RFID radio frequency technology, and obtained patient body temperature, electrocardiogram, pulse data via peripheral measurement module, The data would be sent to the servers placed in the background observation center of the hospital in real time through the 3G network, thereby hospital could establish patient's health file material. This paper mainly discusses the terminal hardware architectures and the design and implementation of human-machine interactive interface. The software design of terminal use Qt Designer, we build and transplant the embedded database—SQLite in the terminal. The mobile handheld terminal is practical, good real-time performance, easy to operate, can be used in community medical cause, can help for the community doctor follow-up, health filing, etc. and it has practical application value of popularization.

Education requires Information Technology (IT) for facilitating data processing, fastening data collecting, and providing solution on publication. It is to reach the Education National Standard which needs a research. The survey will use questionnaires as data collector for explanatory or confirmatory in constructing the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using structured and prototyping techniques, so a planning is by anticipating the changes. It comprises 5 subsystems; Human Resources, Infrastructures & Equipment, Library, GIS Base School Mapping, and Incoming Students Enrollment. The construction is aimed to ease information access connected among schools, Education Service, and society, integrating and completing each other.

<p>The purpose of writing this article is to find out how to design and implement the Information System of the Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University Yogyakarta Library which is supported by the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The method used in this study is the type of field research that is "field research" which has the nature of skin research and data collection techniques with direct observation and information obtained through documentation in the field. The results and discussion in this article show that CYPRUS (Library Information System) has the task of collecting, processing, preserving, reinventing information, borrowing and returning books in the circulation section, already using information technology to store data and library collections, in the design process This library information system also uses the MySQL database in streamlining the library information system, and from the plan, it can be used by the admin and librarian and the results are shown in the library information system design show that there is data collection on the members, login columns, member data types, display reports free library, and display collection returns and borrowing columns.</p><p>Design and Implementation, Library Information System.</p>

Anak jalanan di Jakarta banyak yang tidak dapat merasakan pemenuhan kebutuhan belajar secara penuh dan meninggalkan bangku sekolah dikarenakan anak harus bekerja untuk ikut membantu menunjang ekonomi keluarga. Sekolah Kolong Cikini merupakan organisasi non profit yang memfasilitasi anak jalanan untuk memberikan pendidikan alternatif agar anak jananan tersebut tetap dapat memperoleh haknya dalam pendidikan. Namun adanya keterbatasan media bagi para relawan untuk berbagi informasi menimbulkan informasi yang dibagikan tidak diterima dengan baik oleh anggota komunitas lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang aplikasi yang mampu menjadi sarana komunikasi antar anggota komunitas. Alur penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall serta identifikasi masalah dengan menggunakan tahap analisis PIECES. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu komunitas sekolah kolong cikini dalam mengorganisir kegiatan, berbagi informasi, dan pengetahuan serta menjaga keakuratan data anggota pengajar dan data anak jalanan yang tergabung dalam sekolah kolong cikini.

Kemajuan teknologi semakin meningkat seiring dengan perkembangan zaman. Bermacam teknologi telah diciptakan untuk berbagai keperluan dan pada berbagai bidang ilmu, terutama di dalam bidang informasi, edukasi dan komunikasi. Kemajuan teknologi dapat digunakan sebagai sarana edukasi serta adanya perkembangan informasi dan komunikasi dapat membantu manusia dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Salah satu teknologi yang berkembang saat ini adalah Augmented Reality (AR) yaitu suatu teknologi yang menggabungkan benda maya dua dimensi ataupun tiga dimensi ke dalam sebuah lingkungan nyata, lalu memproyeksikan benda-benda maya tersebut secara real time. Salah satu implementasi dari AR ini dibangun dengan memasukan teknologi Augmented Reality ke dalam kartu sebagai media interaktif pengenalan pemicu pemanasan global. Pengenalan pemicu pemanasan global yang dibangun dengan teknologi AR diharapkan dapat membantu dalam menampilkan serta menyampaikan informasi yang dapat menarik minat masyarakat untuk lebih mengetahui tentang pemicu terjadinya pemanasan global. Pembuatan aplikasi AR menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), model rancangan pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Unified Modelling Languange (UML) dan pembuatan AR menggunakan software library ARToolkit. Faktor pemicu pemanasan gobal yang terdiri dari AC, asap mobil, asap pabrik dan penebangan pohon masing-masing telah berhasil disajikan dalam objek 3D.

ABSTRAK Data, informasi real time, serta sebaran Petugas Lapangan (PL) pada urusan pilihan pertanian menjadi salah satu masalah dalam urusan pemerintahan.  Hal ini diperlukan Tim Pelaporan yang mengawal data akurat dan jujur melalui statistik pertanian (SP) sebagai bahan baku penyusunan dokumen perencanaan dan evaluasi dalam siklus perumusan strategi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memaksimalkan peran PL dalam mengawal data dan informasi SP, melakukan sosialisasi, transformasi dan mengubah cara pandang baik PL Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), swasta maupun swadaya tentang pentingnya akurasi data dan informasi yang real time. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Metode perancangan sistem yang digunakan menggunakan metode prototype yaitu: (i) pengumpulan data, (ii) membangun prototype, (iii) evaluasi prototype, (iv) mengkodekan sistem, (v) menguji sistem, (vi) evaluasi sistem, (vii) menggunakan sistem, dan (viii) face validity sistem. Selanjutnya proses System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) diperkuat dengan metode Multidimensional Scaling (MDS), menggunakan software Rap-PL yang merupakan modifikasi dari software RapFish untuk mengetahui indeks keberlanjutan pendekatan revolusioner dalam sebaran PL pertanian. Hasil yang dicapai pada penelitian ini berupa aplikasi monitoring sebaran PL berbasis website dan android pada wilayah kerjanya masing-masing. Pemanfaatan teknologi opensource tak berbayar ini membuat efektifitas, efisiensi, serta meningkatkan kinerja dalam pelaporan PL yang real dan lebih jujur.  Penggunaan aplikasi sebaran PL pertanian sebagai pendekatan revolusioner IoT dinilai berkelanjutan dengan indeks sebesar 87,57 persen. Kondisi tersebut dapat ditingkatkan, apabila atribut leverage yaitu Para PL berkinerja secara kolaborasi dan berfikir sistemik, sehingga fast respon dapat lebih berkualitas serta dapat mendukung keberhasilan program Jawa Barat Digital Service (JDS) Provinsi Jawa Barat.

The Indonesian Red Cross is a national association organization in Indonesia that is engaged in the social and humanitarian field. One of PMI's main activities is blood donation. Currently, in handling the need for blood donors, UDD PMI Banyumas Regency has a system that helps in the donor process, namely SIMDONAR. SIMDONAR is an information system from the central IT provided to UDD PMI Banyumas Regency in the operation of blood donors, but in some aspects of blood donation, such as donor recording and notification of donor scheduling to donors, there is still no available so that it can run efficiently. Data collection in the blood donor history recording system still cannot be recorded properly, causing donors to also not be able to know the history of the last donor, when and how many times the donor has donated, there is also no notification of blood donor scheduling for donors, this makes the information conveyed to donors is incomplete so that donors are confused in taking action when to donate again. Therefore, to support the smooth running of the blood donor system, it is necessary to rebuild an appropriate information system that can provide a solution for the process of recording blood donation history at UDD PMI Banyumas Regency. The purpose of this system is to provide accurate and efficient information related to blood donation history records, and scheduling notifications to officers and donors. The benefit of this system is that it helps provide information related to donor history records for UDD PMI Banyumas Regency so that they can find out donor history records from donors, also helps donors to find out donor history or how many times the donor has donated blood. In this case, the system development method uses the prototype model method. Based on the results of the benefit test, the average value of the Efficiency value is 98.33%, the Usability value is 94.33%, the Correctness value is 95.56%, the Integrity value is 96.67%, and the Testability value is 96.67%. From the results of the benefit test, it can be concluded that the development of this system can be applied and used to facilitate the process of recording blood donor history and notification of blood donor scheduling at UDD PMI Banyumas Regency.
