The system development was based on embedded Linux operating system, the SamSung S3C6410 processor analyzed data. The terminal recognized the basic information of patients through the RFID radio frequency technology, and obtained patient body temperature, electrocardiogram, pulse data via peripheral measurement module, The data would be sent to the servers placed in the background observation center of the hospital in real time through the 3G network, thereby hospital could establish patient's health file material. This paper mainly discusses the terminal hardware architectures and the design and implementation of human-machine interactive interface. The software design of terminal use Qt Designer, we build and transplant the embedded database—SQLite in the terminal. The mobile handheld terminal is practical, good real-time performance, easy to operate, can be used in community medical cause, can help for the community doctor follow-up, health filing, etc. and it has practical application value of popularization.

In the paper, a design and implementation of real-time video transport system based on MPC860T is introduced. The key technologies and system implementation steps are discussed from the hardware architecture and software design, focusing on the process of the hardware design and software platform composition. Finally, the operation process analysis of system platform is given. The test results show that the system can achieve better real-time performance and reliability.

In view of the drawback of current crane torque monitoring system in real-time performance and anti-jamming performance, a new crane intelligent monitoring device based on ARM and Windows CE operating system is proposed, including its working theory, hardware circuit and software design. Taking the versatility and anti-jamming performance of the system into account, the design and implementation of input signal conditioning modules and output execution modules are elaborated in detail. The application shows that this system is stable and reliable, and can effectively guarantee safe operation of crane, its easy-operation and versatility make it a good application prospect.

Using the equipment, YL-236 single chip microcomputer (SCM) control device installation and debugging training platform, used in the SCM event of the National Vocational Students Skills Competition (NVSSC) as hardware carrier, this paper researched the application method of real-time operating system (RTOS) in the implementation of the SCM Skills Competition task, and apply the real-time multitasking operating system (RTMOS), RTX51, in the 8-bit 51 SCM. That allows switch of circulation tasks, supports the signal transmission, utilizes the interrupt function in parallel, and has very small demand for RAM. That makes whole SCM task to develop much easier and more convenient, and enhances the real-time performance and reliability of the SCM Skills Competition task at the same time.

Conformance test for MVB, mainly to determine whether the MVB equipment IUT is consistent with the MVB protocol standard requirements in the TCN standard. The conformance test of MVB equipment IUT covers most of the contents of the RTP real-time protocol such as the physical layer, link layer, network layer, transport layer and application layer. This subject will analyse and study the consistency test of the MVB physical layer.

The velocity of the wiper arms is a key factor which can influence the clarity of the windshield and the comfort of the driver’s view. So how to control the velocity of the wiper arms is important. To solve the problem, a method is elaborated based on feedforward-feedback composite controller. It introduces the hardware and software design based on the feedforward-feedback algorithm, controlling the velocity of the wiper arms by adjusting the duty of PWM. The experimental results indicate that the smart wiper system is reliable, and has good accuracy and real-time performance.

Finally, carried out the Verify of GOOSE protection trip delay for real-time to the Intelligent Component Platform, the results meet IEC61850 standard requirements, providing a reference for the follow-up research and development of power distribution equipment intelligent components.

In order to satisfy the great demands of remote, real-time and flexible image acquisition in monitoring system, a solution to pan-tilt control system in remote image monitoring system is presented, which is based on ARM Cortex-M3 micro-controller and radio communication. And then, the hardware and software design is discussed in detail. Finally, the result shows that the pan-tilt control system provides many advantages such as remote and flexible control, high precision and low cost. So it has a huge market with big potential and wide prospect.
