This study uses secondary data sources via the Indonesia Stock Exchange website as a sample of manufacturing companies in the basic industrial sector and chemical sector of the cement sub-sector from 2012 to 2017. This research data was analyzed using the partial least squares (PLS) method. program. The results showed that: (1) corporate social responsibility (X1) has a significant effect on the reputation of the company (X2). (2) Corporate social responsibility (X1) has a significant effect on the value of the company (Y). (3) the reputation of the company (X2) has a significant effect on the value of the company (Y). (4) Corporate social responsibility (X1) has a significant effect on the value of the company (Y) mediated by the reputation of the company (X2).

<p><em>This study aims to measure and analyze corporate social responsibility and profitability of the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples which are companies engaged in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2017 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 55 companies. The data collected is secondary data with the documentation method through www.idx.com. Testing is done using multiple regression analysis. The analytical tool used to measure hypotheses is SPSS 24. The results of this study are (1) CSR that is positive for the value of the company. (2) Positive profitability towards the value of the company. (3) Profitability moderates the positive influence of CSR on firm value.</em></p>

ABSTRAK Corporate social responsibility merupakan kegiatan sosial yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap corporate social responsibility pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2016-2018 dan difokuskan pada sektor industri dasar dan kimia, penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh 20 perusahaan yang menghasilkan 60 data panel. Metode dalam riset ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data yang dipa analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 22. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas mempunyai dampak terhadap corporate social responsibility  dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001 sedangkan leverage tidak memilki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap corporate social responsibility. Kata kunci : Corporate Social Responsibility, Profitabilitas, Leverage. ABSTRACT Corporate social responsibility is a social activity carried out by the companies for the community. This study intends to see the impact of profitability and leverage on corporate social responsibility in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2016-2018 and is focused on one sector, namely the basic industrial sector and chemicals, with sampling using purposive sampling and obtained 20 companies that produced 60-panel data. The method used in this research is the quantitative approach. This research also used the data analysis technique, with multiple regression analysis using the support of the SPSS 22 application. The results showed that profitability has an impact on corporate social responsibility with a significant value of 0.001 while leverage does not have a significant negative influence on corporate social responsibility. The purpose of this study aims to analyze the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on corporate tax aggressiveness. The independent variable of this study is corporate social responsibility (CSR) using the dummy method and based on the standard GRI G-4 / GRI index and the dependent variable of this study is the tax aggressiveness required with an effective tax rate proxy (ETR). This study uses control variables including profitability, leverage, capital intensity, and inventory intensity. The study uses secondary data conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 and the study sample was obtained by 11 companies. The research method used uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 22 software. The results of this study prove that the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility is not significant for tax aggressiveness

<em>The objective of this study is to prove the effect of profitability, company age, and public ownership on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 and 2017 in 120 companies. The data used in this research is secondary data; the sample is analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results conclude that the profitability has a positive effect on disclosure of corporate social responsibility reports, while company age and public share ownership does not significantly affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility reports.</em>

The implementation of social responsibility has been widely applied to various types of companies including profit-based manufacturing companies. This is because the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is able to influence the performance of the company. Through corporate social activities, making the name of the company can be great in the eyes of the wider community. This research was conducted with the aim of obtaining results or output empirically to test the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on stock returns and the value of companies with good corporate governance as moderating. This research examines companies engaged in manufacturing that have been registered with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2017 period. A total of 539 manufacturing companies were used as populations with purposive judgment sampling as a sampling method. The indicator used to measure Corporate Social Responsibility variables is using the Sustainability Reporting Guidelines (SRG) method by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) as its issuer. And for the proxy of the Good Corporate Governance variable, it uses managerial ownership. Managerial ownership is acting as a management who actively participates in decision making and also as a shareholder in the company, and the measurements made for company value variables are using the Tobin's Q index. The data analysis technique used in the study is multiple regression analysis hypothesis testing using SPSS version 24. The method used in this research is the documentation method carried out by collecting secondary data published by the company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of annual reports which include financial statements of manufacturing companies in 2015-2017. Secondary data collection is done by tracing data through literature and manuals on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research is a quantitative study with a correlational analysis method to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable.

This study aims to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR), company size, profitability and leverage on earnings response coefficient (ERC). This type of research is quantitative. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id.The population used in this study is manufacturing companies that was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2015-2018 period. While this research sample was determined by purposive sampling method in accordance with predetermined criteria. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that what has an effect on earnings response coefficient is corporate social responsibility and company size. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of media disclosure, environmental performance and public ownership on disclosure of corporate social responsibility. The data source used is secondary data sourced from annual reports of manufacturing companies published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and company websites. The population used is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. The sample selection criteria are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2018 period, publishing annual reports in the 2016-2018 period, following PROPER in the 2016-2018 period, and providing the complete information needed by researchers related to variables -research variable. Manufacturing companies that fit the criteria and can be used as research samples are 72. The data collection method is by downloading financial reports and annual reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and searching for the company's website. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis method with analysis instruments in the form of descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing.

This study aims to determine whether the financial performance measured by using CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR can affect the value of banking companies as measured by using PBV. This study uses secondary data taken from the annual report of banking companies during the year 2012-2016 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples of this study as many as 25 banking companies with a total of 125 data. This research method is quantitative research. The results of this study indicate the effect of CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR variables on firm value measured by using PBV in a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study aims to analyze: 1) The level of corporate social responsibility disclosure of PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk for the year 2017 and 2018 based on the GRI G4, 2) The similarity of each indicator contained in GRI G4 with PROPER which are issued by The Ministry of Environment. This is a descriptive qualitative research. The sample in this study was a mining company that revealed the sustainability report in 2017 and 2018 based on the GRI G4 standard and obtained a gold PROPER, namely PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk. The type of data were documentary data with secondary data sources and the analysis method were content analysis. The result show that: 1) Based on the results of content analysis on the level of disclosure of economic, environmental and social indicator on the sustainability report of PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk in 2017 is higher than in 2018 and the level of breadth and depth of the sustainability report of PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk in 2018 has a better category score than in 2017, 2) There are similarities GRI G4 indicator in environmental category as PROPER indicator items, namely energy, cesspool, water and biodiversity
