The research aims to find out and describe the influence of simultaneously or partial job insecurity, job satisfaction and work environment towards turnover intention PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo. This methodology research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all employees PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo is 72 people. The number of samples was determined with the formula Arikunto and the result 72 respondents. Sampling method using sensus sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis is multiple linier regression, F test, t test and determination coefficient. This test results the job insecurity, job satisfaction and work environment simultaneously and significance effect on turnover intention PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo. Job insecurity influential positive and significance effect against the turnover intention PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo. Job satisfaction influential negative and significance effect against the turnover intention PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo. Work environment influential negative and significance to turnover intention PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo. The results of the determination of the coefficient indicates job insecurity, job satisfaction and work environment have influence of 56,5% turnover intention PT. Bima Polyplast Sukoharjo. Suggestion in this research is companies are expected to pay more attention to noise levels at work that can interfere with work activities. This can be done by installing a silencer in the office. The research aims to find out and describe the influence of either simultaneously or partial reference groups, product quality and promotion to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. This research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all consumer Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District unknown number. The number of samples was determined with the formula Sarwono and the result 100 respondents. Sampling method using accidental sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis. This F test results the reference groups, product quality and promotion simultaneously and significant effect to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. The t-test results showed that the reference groups influential positive and significant effect against to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. Product quality influential positive and significant effect against to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. Promotion influential positive and significantly to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. The results of the determination of the coefficient indicates the reference groups, product quality and promotion have influence of 57,2% the purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District. The most dominant influence to purchasing decision for Soklin Smart Detergent in Wonogiri District is product quality because it has the most tvalue is 6,654. Good human resource management needs to be done in order to retain employees who show performance so they do not have the desire to leave and or resign (turnover intention) to other companies and or competitors. The objectives of this study are: (1) To find out and analyze Job Satisfaction of PT Indomarco Prismatama employess in Magelang City; (2) Know and analyze Job insecurity of employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama in Magelang City; (3) Know and analyze Turnover Intention of employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama in Magelang City. This research is a quantitative descriptive research using the employees of PT Indomarco Prismata- ma in Magelang City, the research is based upon 50 respondents who are permenant employress of PT. Indomarco Prrsmatama in Magelang City. The analytical method used in the research is descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the analysis show that on average, with regards to Job Satisfaction; employees felt very good at PT Indomarco Prismatama in Magelang City. However, Job Insecurity at PT Indomarco Prismatama in Magelang City is low, and turnover intention of PT Indomarco Prismatama employees in Magelang City is low.
