This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of corporate governance structure and audit tenure on the integrity of financial statements. Population ofthis research is manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange starting from 2015-2017. The sample selection used purposive sampling method and retrieved 66 companies. In this research, analysis data used multiple regression method.The results show that the corporate governance structure, consisted of independent commissioners, managerial ownership and audit committees had positive and significant influence on the integrity of financial statements, but institusional ownership had no influence. Meanwhile, audite tenure had negative and significant influence on integrity of financialstatements.

The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 146 companies. The research sample as many as 58 companies, the period of 2013 to 2015. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is WrapPLS. The results showed that profitability have a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. Profitability has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Profitability is a negative and insignificant effect on firm value as a mediated dividend policy. The structure of corporate governance is positive and significant effect on dividend policy. Corporate governance structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Corporate governance structure has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value as a mediated dividend policy. Dividend policy is a positive and insignificant effect on firm value

The influence of Corporate Governance Structure  on Integrity Corporate Financial Statements of the LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2014. (Under the guidance of Dr. H. Ardi Paminto, MS and Herry Ramadhani, SE., MM). The purpose of research is to analyze the influence of Corporate Governance Structure on Integrity Corporate Financial Statements of the LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2014. The data used in this study is 18 companies using criteria through purposive sampling method. Analysis of the data used in this study is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression SPSS 19.0. The results of this study indicate that the institutional ownership has a negative and significant influence on integrity corporate financial statements, Managerial Ownership is positive but no significant effect on integrity corporate financial statements, Audit Committee is positive and has a significane effect on integrity corporate financial statements, Independent Commissioner is negative and no significant effect on integrity corporate financial statements.Keywords:  Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Audit Committee and Independent Commissioner.

Accounting conservatism is the precautionary principle to the profit recognition and one of the corporate governance to reduce the ability of the manager in manipulate and exaggerating the financial statements. Corporate governance is a internal control system which has its business objectives through securing company’s assets. This research is aiming to see the correlation among auditor independence and good corporate governance in accounting conservatism. Characteristics of good corporate governance in this are managerial ownership, profitability, company size and leverage. This research uses two measurements of conservatism non operating accrual and market to book ratio. This research as carried out at manufacture company in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. Sample selection do by purposive sampling method and obtained 49 companies in criteria accordingly. This research used data analysis and multiple liniear regression program eviews 9. The result showed that the effect of auditor independence is not significant in accounting conservatism in indonesia. Good corporate governance influential only the size of the company and ownership. The measurement of non operating accrual and market to book ratio show different results. Further research is expected to use another proxy for other variables to measure accounting conservatism.

This study aims to verify the correlation between financial distress and earnings management of tax aggressiveness moderated by corporate governance. This study uses a population of manufacturing companies that publish their financial statement on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 until 2018. Sample collection was performed using a purposive sampling method, resulting in a total of 212 populations that published complete financial reports. This study was tested by using the Multiple Regression Analysis test. This research gave empirical proofs that financial distress and real earnings management positively influenced the tax aggressiveness was supported, the proportion of independent commissioners weakened the financial distress and negatively impacted the tax aggressiveness was supported, the total audit committees weakened the financial distress and negatively influenced the tax aggressiveness was not supported, the proportion of independent commissioners and total audit committees weakened the real earnings management and negatively affected the tax aggressiveness was not supported

An increasing number of recent corporate scandals and failures worldwide give rise to interest in the corporate governance structure in the performance of companies. This study investigates the relationship between corporate governance characteristics and performance of 66 non-financial companies listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) during the years 2004-2007. The findings of this study show that corporate governance characteristics such as board size, role duality, and less concentrated share ownership were positively associated with market performance, whereas only board size and role duality were positively related to accounting performance. The result is robust with respect to controls for company size, leverage, and industry.

The study was conducted to investigate the effect of KAP size, solvency, audit tenure, and complexity of operations on audit delay. The data used are secondary data derived from the financial statements of mining sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2018. The sample selection is done by purposive sampling, so that the total sample can be obtained as 57 samples. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression processed with  the SPSS 22 program. The results of the study simultaneously show that the size of the KAP, solvency, audit tenure, and complexity of operations affect the audit delay. While the research results partially state that the solvency and complexity of operations have an influence on audit delay, while the KAP size and audit tenure have no effect on audit delay. From the results of the study, is expected to assist auditors in identifying factor - factor that affect audit delay in optimizing performance and as a material consideration for investors in making investment decisions. This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, leverage, and corporate governance on tax planning. The independent variables used in this study are profitability, leverage, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent commissioners and audit committees. While the dependent variable in this study is tax planning.Tax planning in this study the measured of Cash Effective Tax Rate (CETR). The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2014-2017. Determination of samples in this study using purposive sampling method. There are 45 manufacturing companies listed on BEI used as research samples based on predetermined criteria. The results showed that profitability, leverage, managerial ownership, independent commissioners and audit committees had a significant effect on tax planning. Meanwhile institutional ownership has no significant effect on tax planning
