This study aimed to examine the affect of the wage, age, and number of dependents to labor productivity of coffee powder business. The study was done in Muara Enim regency by using primary data with 65 respondents as the sample from 181 people as the population. The technique of selecting the data was survey method with random sampling method. The technique of analyzing the data that was used of this study was multiple linear regression analysis with OLS method. The results of this study were: 1. The wage affected positive impact and was significant to productivity. 2. Age affected positive impact and was significant to productivity. 3. Number of dependents affected positive impact but was not significant to productivity. The most dominant variable of this study was age. So, the variation of all independent variables could explain the total number of variation of productivity was 93%.

This study aims to determine the effect of awareness of taxpayers, tax knowledge and tax sanctions on UMKM taxpayer compliance registered at Tabanan Primary Tax Office. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from responses to a series of statements in the form of questionnaires to UMKM taxpayers registered at the Tabanan Primary Tax Office, while secondary data was in the form of data on the number of UMKM taxpayers registered at the Tabanan Primary Tax Office. The sample in this study was determined using the stratified random sampling method. After fulfilling the classical assumption test, the data are then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that taxpayer awareness, tax knowledge, and tax sanctions have a positive and significant effect on tax compliance of UMKM registered at the Tabanan Primary Tax Office. The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

The purpose of this research was to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of audit experience, knowledge of detecting errors, independence and audit tenure on audit judgment. This research was conducted at Public Accountant Office in Bali area and registered in IAPI year 2017 with primary data collection method that is questioner. The number of samples analyzed by 44 respondents, and using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The final result of the research states that the higher the audit experience the more accurate audit judgment. Increasing the knowledge detecting errors an auditer so audit judgment is more accurate. The higher the independence of an auditor the audit judgment is more accurate. The more audit tenure an auditer the audit judgment more accurate.

This study aims to determine how much influence both partially and simultaneously leadership, motivation and work discipline that occur in CV Kiong Ho Surabaya. This research is included in quantitative research, namely the data used in this study in the form of numbers. The sample from this study was CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees which numbered 35 respondents. Using the disproportionate stratified random sampling model and the collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables used in this study are leadership, work motivation, work discipline. While the performance of CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees is the dependent variable. This study uses primary data, namely data collection by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the results of the F test showed that employee performance was influenced jointly by leadership, work motivation, work discipline. And the results of partial tests, independent variables consisting of leadership, work motivation, work discipline.

This study aims to examine factors that influence Murabahah margin income. Spefically it investigates the effect of the Central Bank of Indonesia Rate (BI Rate), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (OEOI), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and wadiah savings on Murabahah margin income at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The method used in this study is quantitative by using the multiple linear regression analysis to test the variables. 12 Islamic Commercial Banks were selected as the sample using a purposive sampling method. With 60 data observations for 5 years, the findings indicate that all the independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable. Partially, BI Rate does not affect Murabahah margin income, while in contrast, Operating Expenses to Operating Income (OEOI), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and wadiah savings affect the Murabahah margin income.

Abstract This study aims to examine the differences in the effect of financial restructuring on the performance of group companies with non-groups in Indonesia. This analysis uses independent variables, debt restructuring, right issue and type of company. The dependent variable is ROA. The sample of this study is the issuer companies that conduct financial restructuring that are listed on the IDX from 2010 to 2016. 66 companies were analyzed using purposive sampling method. The statistical method uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, by testing the statistical test hypothesis t and Test F. The results of this study that there are significant and positive differences in debt restructuring, and Right Issue against performance group companies with non-group, which means that group companies are stronger in financial restructuring than non-group companies

The study aims at finding out the characteristic of the millennial tourists who visit Labuan Bajo and identifying the influence of the social media influencers’ credibility on their decision to visit Labuan Bajo. In selecting the sample, the study used the purposive sampling method in which some online questionnaires were given to 100 respondents via Google Form feature. The techniques of analyzing the data applied in the study were descriptive qualitative and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 25.0 for Windows application. The result of the study shows that, partially and simultaneously, there is a positive impact of the social media influencers’ credibility on the millennial tourists’ decision to visit Labuan Bajo. The results showed that partially, the influencers' credibility positively and significantly affected the millennial tourists’ decision to visit Labuan Bajo. The sig. value of each are as follows: Attractiveness (X1) of 0.043 < 0.05; The Trustworthiness (X2) of 0.047 < 0.05 and the Expertise (X3) of 0.000 < 0.05. While simultaneously, there is a positively and significantly affected the social media Influencers’ credibility on the Millennial tourists’s decision to visit Labuan Bajo, with a sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05.

This study aims to analyze Sharia Maqashid, Competitive Advantage, Entrepreneurial Networking,andshariacomplianceontheperformanceofKS212(KoperasiSyariah212). Case study on the 212mart. The hypothesis test is using multiple linear regression analysis with Maqashid Sharia, Competitive Advantage, Entrepreneurial Networking, and sharia compliance as independent variables, and cooperative performance as the dependent variable. The data used in this study are primary data with purposive sampling techniques collected through interviews and questionnaires in May 2018. The 112 respondents in this study consist, KS212 manager, 212 community administrators and managers of 212mart in Bekasi City, Bekasi Regency, and Bogor Regency. The results showed that all independent variables simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, although partially maqashid sharia, entrepreneurial networking, and sharia compliance did not significantly influence cooperative performance.

The puspose of this study to know effect of taxation socialization and tax sanctions on compliance reporting annual taxpayer personal taxpayer. Population in this research is all personal taxpayer registered at KPP Pratama Surakarta amounted 104,192 taxpayer. The sample was taken by using simple random sampling method as much as 100 respondents. The technique of analysis in this study using classical assumption test techniques and using multiple linear regression analysis test. The results of this study indicate that the socialization of taxation and taxation sanctions simultaneously affect taxpayer compliance. Partially taxation and taxation sanctions partially affect the taxpayer compliance of individuals registered at KPP Pratama Surakarta.Keywords: Socialization of taxation, Tax Sanctions, Taxpayer Compliance

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of religiosity, integrity, and enforcement of regulations toward fraud in village financial management in Buleleng Regency. This study used quantitative approach which was using primary data sources that was obtained through questionnaires and measured with a Likert scale. The functionary village consisting of the Headman, Secretary, and the Head of Finance with the total population of 387 functionary village in Buleleng Regency were chosen as the population of this study. The sampling was the probability sampling method that was proportional random sampling technique with 168 respondents. The obtained data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis method with the support of SPSS 24.0 for Windows. After being tested, it was found that the fraud in village financial management was affected by the religiosity variable (X1), the integrity variable (X2), and the enforcement regulation variable (X3).
