This study aims to analyze Sharia Maqashid, Competitive Advantage, Entrepreneurial Networking,andshariacomplianceontheperformanceofKS212(KoperasiSyariah212). Case study on the 212mart. The hypothesis test is using multiple linear regression analysis with Maqashid Sharia, Competitive Advantage, Entrepreneurial Networking, and sharia compliance as independent variables, and cooperative performance as the dependent variable. The data used in this study are primary data with purposive sampling techniques collected through interviews and questionnaires in May 2018. The 112 respondents in this study consist, KS212 manager, 212 community administrators and managers of 212mart in Bekasi City, Bekasi Regency, and Bogor Regency. The results showed that all independent variables simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, although partially maqashid sharia, entrepreneurial networking, and sharia compliance did not significantly influence cooperative performance.

This study aims to determine the Influence of Internal Control and Integrity on Fraud Accounting Trend (Case Study on SKPD Office of Mataram City). This type of research includes associative research. The population used is the employees who are on the SKPD Office of Mataram City, while the number of samples taken are as many as 60 employees who are at the Office SKPD Mataram using purposive sampling techniques. Data collected are primary data in the form of questionnaire. The data has been collected and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, by utilizing SPSS for Windows application program. The result of data processing shows that the internal control and integrity variables have a negative and significant effect on accounting fraud. Next for internal control and integrity variable simultaneously have significant effect on the tendency of accounting fraud in office SKPD Kota Mataram.


This study aims to look at consumer decisions in subscribing to MNC Vision at PT. MNC Sky Vision Palembang with independent variables of quality research and promotion. The study population was 540 MNC Vision customers in Palembang in 2018. As for the sample, there were 100 customers at the MNC Vision Palembang. This study uses the research method of multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the test results it was found that there was a positive and significant influence on the quality and promotion of consumer decisions in influencing consumer decisions to subscribe to MNC Vision.

The entrepreneurship sector is one of the business fields which is the choice for women to prove their ability in entrepreneurship. This study aims to determine the motivation of women, especially housewives in entrepreneurship in Pekanbaru. The data used are primary and secondary data with qualitative descriptive methods. From the pre-survey conducted on housewives in Villa Bunga Arengka Residance, 27.5% of housewives are involved in entrepreneurship which mostly use online services in marketing their sales products. Independent variables used in this study are independence, capital, emotional and education. While the dependent variable in this study is entrepreneurial motivation of housewives. Data collection using online questionnaires and data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis techniques with multiple linear regression analysis tools.

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer satisfaction on Go-Pay as a mobile payment application. The population of this research was all Gojek application users who use Go-Pay as mobile payment in South Jakarta. This research used primary data sourced from the questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that four independent variables, i.e., price, trust, lifestyle, and benefit have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction of Go-Pay application. However, convenience has no significant influence on consumer satisfaction of Go-Pay. Keywords: consumer satisfaction, Go-pay, lifestyle

This study aims to examine the effect of Taxpayer Perception and Risk Preference on Taxpayer Compliance. Taxpayer compliance is a very important thing and is needed so that the state revenue in the tax sector is maximized. This research was conducted using convenience sampling with a sample of 100 respondents from individual taxpayers at the Jakarta KPP Kebayoran Baru Tiga. The data used are primary data through a questionnaire containing respondents' answers. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, which includes the Determination Coefficient Test, T Test and F Test. Before the hypothesis test, the collected data will be through a data quality test consisting of Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test. The results of this study indicate that Taxpayer Perception has a positive and significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance. While Risk Preference does not affect Taxpayer Compliance. But simultaneously Taxpayer Perception and Risk Preference have a significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance

This study aimed to examine the affect of the wage, age, and number of dependents to labor productivity of coffee powder business. The study was done in Muara Enim regency by using primary data with 65 respondents as the sample from 181 people as the population. The technique of selecting the data was survey method with random sampling method. The technique of analyzing the data that was used of this study was multiple linear regression analysis with OLS method. The results of this study were: 1. The wage affected positive impact and was significant to productivity. 2. Age affected positive impact and was significant to productivity. 3. Number of dependents affected positive impact but was not significant to productivity. The most dominant variable of this study was age. So, the variation of all independent variables could explain the total number of variation of productivity was 93%.

This research was conducted to see the effect of empowerment variables on individual characteristics and work culture on job satisfaction in the case study of PT. BSM East Belitung. In this study using quantitative descriptive methods and primary data using a questionnaire distributed to employees / respondents. The sample was calculated using the Solvin formula, namely 97 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is positive sampling technique. Data obtained from distributing questionnaires which were then processed using SPSS. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis which shows the results of the study, namely: empowerment of individual characteristics and work culture is significant on job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product, price, location and promotion, both simultaneously and partially whether it has an influence on the decision of consumers to buy a house in Housing Borneo Paradiso Balikpapan. The number of samples in this study were 54 respondents and using census techniques. The data used are primary data and secondary data, methods of data collection using questionnaires and analysis techniques used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the hypothesis is simultaneously proven because the four independent variables namely product, price, location and promotion simultaneously have a significant influence on buying decisions and the hypothesis is partially proven that the location variable is the dominant variable in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality (prodqual), packaging and prices as independent variables on the sales performance of SMEs as a dependent variable in Jagakarsa sub-district, South Jakarta (then called SME’s). This research is a quantitative study with positivism paradigm approach survey method. The population of this study is the customer of SMEs. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire containing 26 items that were distributed to 80 respondents by applied a purposive sampling technique with analytical methods such as multiple linear regression analysis tests. The results of this study indicate that there was a significant influence of those independence variables on dependence variable, then have a positive and significant effect as well.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the role of price, testimonials and word of mouth (WOM) on consumer interest in MS GLOW products. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative. The data used are primary data using a questionnaire. The research sample was respondents, amounting to 152 people. The dependent variable is consumer interest with 5 indicators. And the independent variables in this study are price, testimonials, and word of mouth (WOM). The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variable price and word of mouth (WOM) had a significant effect on consumer interest, while testimonials had no effect on consumer interest in MS GLOW products.
