Work productivity of teachers shall determine the advancement of education quality as their direct encounter with students to equip them with skill and competencies. This study was conducted to see the direct effect of job satisfaction and absenteeism on high school teachers’ work productivity in Bekasi region. Survey method with path analysis approach was applied. Questionnaire as the study instrument was distributed to 198 teachers who were chosen based on simple random sampling technique. The study revealed that, first, job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on teacher work productivity. The correlation coefficient value is 0.431, while the path coefficient value is 0.228. It infers that when job satisfaction is fulfilled, work productivity shall increase as well. Second, absenteeism shows a negative direct influence on work productivity. The correlation coefficient value is - 0.427 and the path coefficient value is -0.250. This further implies that productivity and progress of organization are impeded by the absence of teacher. This leads to a notion that teacher lower level of absenteeism will increase their productivity. Third, job satisfaction gives a negative direct impact on absenteeism. The correlation coefficient value is -0.341 and the path coefficient value is -0.207. The result leads to a conclusion that once teachers feel contented with their work, they will rarely perform absenteeism

This research aims to know the influence of the allowances and the creativity of work on the performance of Secondary Vocational School teacher (SMK) in the Province of East Nusa Tenggara (Province NTT). Implementation of the survey method, i.e. to know the obvious problems with the picture of samples in field. The sample selected by random sampling technique of 4 County and 1 City in the Province of East Nusa Tenggara (Province NTT). The instruments used in this study is a questionnaire about: benefits, Working and performance and teacher creativity, who each totaled 30 items and 25 reserved. The obtained data were analyzed using path analysis.The study found the following results: 1). Evaluation of the Allowances received by SMK teachers in NTT province did not give a positive direct effect on teacher performance, this is shown from the correlation coefficient between the allowance received by the teacher and the teacher’s performance of -0.013 and the path coefficient of -0.08. This can be interpreted that the high performance of a vocational school teacher in NTT Province is not influenced by the size of the allowance received by the teacher, 2). The evaluation of creativity gives a positive direct effect on the performance of SMK teachers in NTT Province, this is shown from the correlation coefficient between work creativity with teacher performance of 0.390 and the path coefficient of 0.403. This means that the higher the creativity of work the higher the performance, and conversely the lower the creativity of work, the lower the performance, and 3). Allowances received by SMK teachers in NTT Province give positive indirect effect on teacher performance through work creativity, this is shown from correlation coefficient between allowance received by teacher with teacher performance equal to -0.013 and path coefficient equal to -0.08 and correlation coefficient Between creativity of work with teacher performance equal to 0.390 and path coefficient 0.403. The coefficient of combined path (indirectly) is 0.067; Meaning the higher the allowance received by the teacher indirectly through the creativity of the work the higher the performance of the teacher.The research concluded that the allowances do not affect work directly against the performance of teachers. Affect the work will support the work of teachers’ creativity that would have an impact on performance, The teacher SMK in Province NTT. Therefore allowances work gives an indirect influence on performance through increased teacher creativity works.

Teacher work productivity is a determining factor for the success of education quality, because teachers face directly with students in providing guidance that will produce professional graduates. The purpose of this study was to examine the direct effect of group cohesiveness, job satisfaction and absenteeism on the work productivity of vocational high school teachers. This research was conducted in Bekasi, Indonesia. This study uses a survey method with the path analysis approach. Data collection by distributing questionnaires as many as 104 teachers with simple random sampling technique with Slovin formula. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis in this study it was concluded that:(1) group cohesivenesshas a positive direct effect on teacher work productivity; (2) job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on teacher work productivity; (3) absenteeism has a direct negative effect on work productivity; (4) group cohesiveness has a direct negative effect on absence; and (5) job satisfaction has a direct negative effect on absence;(6) group cohesivenesshas a positive direct effect on job satisfaction.   Abstrak Produktivitas kerja guru merupakan faktor penentu keberhasilan mutu pendidikan, sebab guru bersinggungan langsung dengan peserta didik dalam memberikan bimbingan yang muaranya akan menghasilkan lulusan profesional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh langsung kepuasan kerja dan kemangkiran terhadap produktivitas kerja guru SMK.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bekasi, Indonesia.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan path analysis.Pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner sebanyak 104 guru dengan teknik simple random sampling menggunakan rumus slovin. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa: (1) kohesivitas kelompok berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap produktivitas kerja guru;(2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap produktivitas kerja guru; (3) kemangkiran (absenteeism) berpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap produktivitas kerja; (4) kohesivitas kelompokberpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap kemangkiran (absenteeism); dan (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap kemangkiran (absenteeism); (6) kohesivitas kelompok berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. This study aims to prove the relationship between leadership and teacher motivation on performance. . This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach that explains causal relationships or correlations commonly called path analysis. The survey was conducted from February to May 2019 involving 124 Ambon State Vocational School teachers. The sample in this study used the Slovin formula with an instrument trial of 60 teachers. The sampling technique is determined randomly or simple random sampling. The findings of the research results are as follows (1) The influence of leadership style has a positive direct effect on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.262 and a path coefficient of 0.233. A good leadership style will have a positive influence on improving teacher performance. (2) Work motivation has a positive direct effect on teacher performance, the correlation coefficient value is 0.179 and the path coefficient value is 0.124. This means that the higher the work motivation that a teacher has will improve his performance. (3) The influence of leadership style has a direct positive effect on work motivation with a correlation value of 0.233 and a path coefficient value of 0.233. This means that a principal's leadership style that is positively constructive will have an impact on increasing the motivation of the work of the teachers. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan motivasi guru terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menjelaskan hubungan atau korelasional kausal yang biasa disebut analisis jalur. Survey dilakukan sejak Februari sampai Mei 2019 dengan melibatkan 124 orang guru SMK Negeri Ambon. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan uji coba instrument sebanyak 60 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel ditentukan secara acak atau simple random sampling. Temuan dari hasil penelitan sebagai berikut (1) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,262 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,233. Gaya kepemimpinan yang baik akan memberi pengaruh yang positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. (2) Motivasi kerja pengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru, nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,179 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,124. Hal ini berarti semakin tingginya motivasi kerja yang dimiliki seorang guru akan meningkatkan kinerja. (3) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi kerja dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,233 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,233. Hal ini memberi arti bahwa gaya kepemimpinan seorang kepala sekolah yang positif membangun akan memberi dampak kepada peningkatan motivasi kerja para guru.

This research aimed at investigating the influence of organizational climate, transformational leadership, and work motivation on teacher job performance at Pondok Modern Tazakka, Batang - Central Java.The research using quantitative approach with survey method. Amount of the samples in this research are 55 teachers that selected randomly. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and inferential statistic using path analysis. (1) organizational climate have positive direct effect on teacher performance with path coefficient (py1) = 0,257 and t-count 2,963> t-table 1,684; (2) transformational leadership have positive direct effect on teacher performance with path coefficient (py2) = 0,489 and t-count 5,164> t-table 1,684, (3) work motivation have positive direct effect to teacher performance with path coefficient (py3) = 0,261 and t count 2,42> t-table 1,684, (4) organizational climate have positive direct effect (p31) = 0.391 and t-count 3.990> t-table 1.684, and (5) transformational leadership have a direct positive effect on work motivation with path coefficient (p32) = 0.526 and t-count 5,376> t- table 1,684. The Conclusion is organizational climate, transformational leadership, and work motivation have a direct effect on teacher job performance. Organizational climate and transformational leadership also have a direct effect on teacher work motivation. Therefore to improve teacher job performance, organizational climate, transformational leadership, and work motivation must be considered to be improved.

This research aims to understand the effect of trust and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior. It was quantitative research in twenty-two senior high schools in Medan city, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. The research used a survey method with path analysis applied in the testing hypothesis. It was conducted on 292 teachers as the respondents who were selected in a simple random way. The results of this study are: (1) There is a positive direct effect of trust on organizational citizenship behavior. (2) There is a positive direct effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, and (3) There is a positive direct effect of trust on job satisfaction.

The study aims to obtain information concerning  the effect of locus of control and intrinsic motivation on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of   Public High School teacher  in district Bekasi City. The research with the quantitative approach  used a survey method and data analysis   with Path Analysis techniques. The  data collection process  is done by using the questionnaire  as an instrument. There are   192 samples from 370 population   was selected  as the unit analysis which is determined  by  proportional simple random sampling techniques.  Research result : First, there is a positive direct effect of locus of control on OCB with a correlation coefficient of 0.346 and a path coefficient of 0.268. This gives the meaning of an increase in the locus of control of state high school teachers in the city of Bekasi to be followed by an increase in its OCB. Second, there is a positive direct effect of intrinsic motivation on OCB with a correlation coefficient of 0.314 and a path coefficient of 0.218. This gives the meaning of increasing the intrinsic motivation of teachers of Public High Schools in Bekasi City to be followed by an increase in OCB. Third, there is a positive direct effect of locus of control on intrinsic motivation with a correlation coefficient of 0.359 and a path coefficient of 0.359. This gives the meaning of the increase in the locus of control of public high school teachers in Bekasi City, followed by an increase in intrinsic motivation.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  pengaruh Locus of Control dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bekasi. Penelitian  dengan pendekatan kuantitatif ini menggunakan  metode survey dan analisa data dilakukan dengan  teknik analisa jalur (Path Analysis). Proses pengumpulan  data  dilakukan dengan  menggunakan kuesioner sebagai intrumen.  Terdapat 192 sampel dari 370 populasi dipilih sebagai unit analisis yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik  proporsional acak sederhana (propotional simpel random sampling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : Pertama, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif locus of control terhadap OCB dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,346 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,268. Ini memberikan makna peningkatan locus of control guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bekasi akan dikuti oleh peningkatan OCB-nya. Kedua, Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif motivasi intrinsik terhadap OCB dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,314 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,218. Ini memberikan makna peningkatan motivasi intrinsik guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bekasi akan dikuti oleh peningkatan OCB-nya. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif locus of control terhadap motivasi intrinsik dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,359 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,359. Ini memberikan makna meningkatnya locus of control guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bekasi akan dikuti oleh peningkatan motivasi intrinsik-nya. This study aims to analyze, test research hypotheses, and understand the effect of principal managerial leadership and teacher work discipline on teacher professionalism. Quantitative method was used in this study using a proportional random sampling technique. The total population is 154 teachers from 14 schools. The analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of the study show that there is a direct positive influence of principals' leadership on teacher professionalism with a correlation coefficient (r13) of 0.891 and a coefficient of determination (r13)2 of 0.7939, as well as the managerial influence of principals. leadership on teacher professionalism with a percentage of 79.39% and a path coefficient (ϸ 31) of 0.072. Second, there is a positive direct influence of teacher work discipline on teacher professionalism with a correlation coefficient (r 23) of 0.830, and a coefficient of determination (r 23) of 0.6889, and teacher work discipline on teacher professionalism with a percentage of 68.89%, and a coefficient of 68.89%. path (ϸ 32) is 0.062. Third, it was also found that the direct positive influence of principal managerial discipline on teacher work discipline with a correlation coefficient (r 12) of 0.831 and a coefficient of determination (21) of 0.6805, as well as the influence of principal managerial leadership. on teacher work discipline with a percentage of 69.05% and a path coefficient (ϸ 21) of 0.831.

ABSTRACT Proenvironmental behavior is a behavior that seeks to minimize the negative impact on the environment which is influenced by several factors, one of which is motivation. This study aims to analyze the direct effect of motivation on proenvironmental behavior. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a causal survey method and analyzed using path analysis. The number of samples used as respondents is 200 students of class XI MIA SMAN 1 Tangerang Regency. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis it can be concluded that there is a positive direct effect of personality on proenvironmental behavior with a path analysis coefficient of 0.159. There is a positive direct effect of motivation on proenvironmental behavior with a path coefficient of 0.486.  Keywords: Motivation, Pro Environment Behavior, Path Analysis.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and interpersonal communication on the work attitude of private junior high school teachers in Tanjung Priok district. This research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The populations in this study were 307 teachers with 75 research samples of teachers selected using simple random sampling technique. Data were obtained through questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis technique. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, it can be concluded: (1) organizational culture has a direct positive influence on teacher work attitude; (2) interpersonal communication also has a positive direct effect on teacher work attitude; (3) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on interpersonal communication. Therefore, work attitude can be developed through the improvement of organizational culture and interpersonal communication.
