Teacher work productivity is a determining factor for the success of education quality, because teachers face directly with students in providing guidance that will produce professional graduates. The purpose of this study was to examine the direct effect of group cohesiveness, job satisfaction and absenteeism on the work productivity of vocational high school teachers. This research was conducted in Bekasi, Indonesia. This study uses a survey method with the path analysis approach. Data collection by distributing questionnaires as many as 104 teachers with simple random sampling technique with Slovin formula. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis in this study it was concluded that:(1) group cohesivenesshas a positive direct effect on teacher work productivity; (2) job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on teacher work productivity; (3) absenteeism has a direct negative effect on work productivity; (4) group cohesiveness has a direct negative effect on absence; and (5) job satisfaction has a direct negative effect on absence;(6) group cohesivenesshas a positive direct effect on job satisfaction.   Abstrak Produktivitas kerja guru merupakan faktor penentu keberhasilan mutu pendidikan, sebab guru bersinggungan langsung dengan peserta didik dalam memberikan bimbingan yang muaranya akan menghasilkan lulusan profesional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh langsung kepuasan kerja dan kemangkiran terhadap produktivitas kerja guru SMK.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bekasi, Indonesia.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan path analysis.Pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner sebanyak 104 guru dengan teknik simple random sampling menggunakan rumus slovin. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa: (1) kohesivitas kelompok berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap produktivitas kerja guru;(2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap produktivitas kerja guru; (3) kemangkiran (absenteeism) berpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap produktivitas kerja; (4) kohesivitas kelompokberpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap kemangkiran (absenteeism); dan (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap kemangkiran (absenteeism); (6) kohesivitas kelompok berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Work productivity of teachers shall determine the advancement of education quality as their direct encounter with students to equip them with skill and competencies. This study was conducted to see the direct effect of job satisfaction and absenteeism on high school teachers’ work productivity in Bekasi region. Survey method with path analysis approach was applied. Questionnaire as the study instrument was distributed to 198 teachers who were chosen based on simple random sampling technique. The study revealed that, first, job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on teacher work productivity. The correlation coefficient value is 0.431, while the path coefficient value is 0.228. It infers that when job satisfaction is fulfilled, work productivity shall increase as well. Second, absenteeism shows a negative direct influence on work productivity. The correlation coefficient value is - 0.427 and the path coefficient value is -0.250. This further implies that productivity and progress of organization are impeded by the absence of teacher. This leads to a notion that teacher lower level of absenteeism will increase their productivity. Third, job satisfaction gives a negative direct impact on absenteeism. The correlation coefficient value is -0.341 and the path coefficient value is -0.207. The result leads to a conclusion that once teachers feel contented with their work, they will rarely perform absenteeism

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMP Yayasan Budi Mulia Lourdes Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian adalah survei yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap efikasi diri.KATA KUNCI: efikasi diri, kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja.  THE EFFECT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND SELF EFFICACY OF THE JOB SATISFACTION TEACHERABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership and self efficacy of the job satisfaction teacher in Junior High School of Budi Mulia Lourdes Jakarta.The research methodology was survey which was selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicates that (1) transformational leadership of a positive direct effect on job satisfaction, (2) self efficacy positive direct effect on job satisfaction, (3) transformational leadership positive direct effect on the self efficacy.

This study aims to prove the relationship between leadership and teacher motivation on performance. . This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach that explains causal relationships or correlations commonly called path analysis. The survey was conducted from February to May 2019 involving 124 Ambon State Vocational School teachers. The sample in this study used the Slovin formula with an instrument trial of 60 teachers. The sampling technique is determined randomly or simple random sampling. The findings of the research results are as follows (1) The influence of leadership style has a positive direct effect on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.262 and a path coefficient of 0.233. A good leadership style will have a positive influence on improving teacher performance. (2) Work motivation has a positive direct effect on teacher performance, the correlation coefficient value is 0.179 and the path coefficient value is 0.124. This means that the higher the work motivation that a teacher has will improve his performance. (3) The influence of leadership style has a direct positive effect on work motivation with a correlation value of 0.233 and a path coefficient value of 0.233. This means that a principal's leadership style that is positively constructive will have an impact on increasing the motivation of the work of the teachers. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan motivasi guru terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menjelaskan hubungan atau korelasional kausal yang biasa disebut analisis jalur. Survey dilakukan sejak Februari sampai Mei 2019 dengan melibatkan 124 orang guru SMK Negeri Ambon. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan uji coba instrument sebanyak 60 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel ditentukan secara acak atau simple random sampling. Temuan dari hasil penelitan sebagai berikut (1) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,262 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,233. Gaya kepemimpinan yang baik akan memberi pengaruh yang positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. (2) Motivasi kerja pengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru, nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,179 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,124. Hal ini berarti semakin tingginya motivasi kerja yang dimiliki seorang guru akan meningkatkan kinerja. (3) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi kerja dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,233 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,233. Hal ini memberi arti bahwa gaya kepemimpinan seorang kepala sekolah yang positif membangun akan memberi dampak kepada peningkatan motivasi kerja para guru.

The objective of the research is to find out the effect of personality and teamwork on instructor’s job performance. This research was conducted at Teaching Hospital in East Jakarta. This research was using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis and 67 samples selected by simple random sampling. The research technique is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are: (1) there is a positive direct effect of personality on job performance; (2)  ) there is a positive direct effect of teamwork on job performance; (3) ) there is a positive direct effect of personality on teamwork.

The objective of this research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of communication and trust toward the effectiveness of teacher’s teamwork. Data collection done toward 80 from 100 teachers of teacher’s teamwork Dewi Sartika in the district Koja, North Jakarta. The methodologhy of this research used the survey method. Respondents were chosen by simple random sampling technique. The data were collected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result of this analysis is concluded that (1) there is the postive direct effect of communication toward team effectiveness, (2) there is positive direct effect of trust toward team effectiveness, and (3) there is positive direct effect of communication toward trust.

Abstract—In a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, innovation is the crucial factor for organizational success. Innovations that are needed primarily are innovations at the individual level or innovative behavior, which is a source of innovation at the organization level. This study aims to investigate the factors that influence the flight instructor's innovative behavior at flight schools in Indonesia, mainly based on organizational culture, job satisfaction, and professional commitment. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method with a sample of 98 flight instructors taken through simple random sampling. Data collection is using a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale and data analysis using path analysis. The findings in the study indicate that organizational culture, job satisfaction, and professional commitment have a positive direct effect on innovative behavior. Organizational culture is also indicating to have a positive direct effect on job satisfaction and professional commitment. Other findings show that job satisfaction does not directly effect on professional commitment. Based on the results of this study, the factors of organizational culture, job satisfaction, and professional commitment must be positioned as a strategic factor in the process of organizational management at flight schools in order to obtain sufficient attention. These three factors must also be continuously improved to strengthen innovative behavior among flight instructors.

This study provides information on the effect of empowerment and trust in the responsibility of the principal at SDN Pulogadung, East Jakarta. The method used in this research is the survey method using a quantitative approach, and explain the causal relationship with path analysis. Data were collected by questionnaire. The target population of this study amounted to 92 principals of all Heads of State Primary School in District of Pulogadung in East Jakarta. In this study a sample set of 75 people, using simple random sampling. Results from this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive direct effect of the empowerment to responsibility, (2) there is a positive direct effect of trust to the responsibility, and (3) there is a positive direct effect of trust to empowerment.

The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of power and trust on teachers organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This research used survey method with path analysis. Sample in this research was used multi stage simple random sampling The conclusions of this research are: (1) There is a positive direct effect of power on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (2) There is a direct positive effect of Motivation  on teacher organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (3) There is a positive direct effect of power on motivation.

This research aims to study the effect of leadership, personality and job satisfaction on diplomat performance in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The research methodology was a survey with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. It was conducted among 158 diplomats selected  by simple random sampling from 657 young diplomat population. Data analysis and interpretation indicate that (1) leadership has a positive direct effect on job performance of diplomat/diplomat performance, (2) personality has a positive direct effect on diplomat performance, (3) job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on diplomat performance, (4) leadership has a positive direct effect on job satisfaction, (5) personality has a positive direct effect on job satisfaction.
