IMPLEMENTASI SUPERVISI AKADEMIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA GURU PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Based on temporary observations at SMA Negeri 2 Sentajo Raya, Kuantan Singingi Regency, the phenomena found include; There are some teachers who have not completed their learning tools, such as the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) and so on. The presence of some teachers who do not carry out their duties in accordance with the provisions that have been determined, it can be seen that there are teachers who leave school during teaching hours. Lack of teacher initiative in developing models or learning methods that are more attractive to children. Lack of teacher creativity in providing varied media and learning resources, including using online learning applications. This type of research is School Action Research (PTS) located at SMA Negeri 2 Sentajo Raya, Kuantan Singingi Regency, which is aimed at teachers. The main reason is from the results of observations and information from teachers, that teacher performance during the pandemic is classified as lacking. The place of research is SMA Negeri 2 Sentajo Raya, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The time of this research was carried out in March 2021. The number of samples specified in this study was 26 teachers. From the description of data processing and discussion, it was concluded that the teacher's performance was obtained in the first cycle by 60% in the good category and in the second cycle increased to 91% in the good category. This means that supervision activities can improve teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Sentajo Raya, Kuantan Singingi Regency is said to be successful.

Literacy ability teaches students to be diligent in reading and writing. In this case, teacher creativity is needed in determining effective and efficient ways. Elementary school is the basis for learning literacy because elementary school is the beginning of a child learning to read and write. Due to the current situation of Covid-19, students have not been able to study at school effectively and regularly. The teaching-learning process is carried out online, and students are asked to understand the use of information technology such as Android cell phones. The students moved to provide teaching by increasing the literacy culture of students with the help of technology as a medium to support their learning, without having to forget the importance of reading and writing from their textbooks. The resulting activities are digital literacy activities and learning while playing, where students are tasked with connecting information to their group members. The results obtained by the students became more enthusiastic and interested in learning such as reading and writing lessons because they were presented attractively on the display of media and learning videos.

Use of Media in Indonesian Language Learning

In life, the media never escape from the side of society. The presence of the media really helps make community activities easier. Likewise in language learning, especially Indonesian. The use of media in learning Indonesian is considered to be able to improve and improve the quality of student learning. Sometimes, feeling bored and tired reduces the enthusiasm of students to learn. Usually, this happens because the teacher does not use media or aids in the learning process. Therefore, teacher creativity in using media is very important to be improved in order to minimize interference in the learning process.

Peran Guru Sekolah Dasar Dalam Menerapkan Pembelajaran Di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19 Di Wilayah Tertinggal, Terluar, Dan Terjauh (3T)

The remaining, outer and farthest areas is a minimal area of its effectiveness of education, this is due to lack of educational facilities and infrastructure. Covid-19 pandemic is currently a very serious barrier for education conditions in the 3T region. So how is the teacher involved in finding solutions to the current pandemic problem? Teacher creativity will help the children of the nation remain in its education at the Covid-19 pandemic in a new teaching technique. The research methodology in this writing uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. It will analyze and analyze the various conditions and situations of some of the data gathered in the observations. This method will also focus on to describe the circumstances that are transparently specifically and in-depth. As for the findings in writing are describing the importance of education in the 3T stake, discovering the impact of a pandemic against education in the 3T stake, and how teachers and governments continue to run the study in the middle of the Covid-19. The role of elementary school teachers creativity is the solution to the learning process at the Covid-19 pandemic in the outmost and furthest reaches of the county Wilayah tertinggal, terluar dan terjauh merupakan wilayah yang masih minim tingkat efektifitas pendidikannya, hal ini disebabkan kurangnya sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Pandemi Covid-19 saat ini menjadi hambatan yang sangat serius bagi kondisi pendidikan di wilayah 3T tersebut. Maka bagaimana peran guru dalam mencari solusi akan masalah di tengah pandemi saat ini? kreatifitas guru akan menolong anak-anak bangsa untuk tetap terlayani pendidikannya di tengah pandemi Covid-19 dalam teknik pengajaran yang baru. Metodologi penelitian dalam tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode ini akan menganalisis, menggambarkan dan menyimpulkan berbagai kondisi serta situasi dari beberapa data yang dikumpulkan dalam pengamatan. Metode ini pun lebih akan memfokuskan untuk mendeskripsikan keadaan yang terjadi secara transparan, spesifik dan mendalam. Adapun temuan-temuan dalam penulisan ialah menguraikan pentingnya pendidikan dalam wilayah 3T, menemukan dampak pandemi terhadap pendidikan di wilayah 3T, dan bagaimana peran guru serta pemerintah tetap menjalankan pembelajaran di tengah pandemi Covid-19. Peran kreatifitas guru sekolah dasar adalah solusi penerapan proses pembelajaran di tengah pandemi Covid-19 di wilayah tertinggal, terluar dan terjauh.

SUPERVISI AKADEMIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KREATIVITAS GURU DALAM KEGIATAN BELAJAR MENGAJAR (KBM) DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN DARING

The purpose of the School Action Research conducted at SMP Negeri 47 Batam City is to seek academic supervision to increase teacher creativity in carrying out teaching and learning activities (KBM) during the Covid-19 pandemic through online learning. This research was conducted on 9 research subjects. The research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle carried out with stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data collection method used was observation and to analyze the data used quantitative descriptive analysis. Judging from the observations that have been made, the creativity of teachers has increased from the initial average value of 74.89 category Enough (C) with a percentage of 22.22%, cycle I increased to 84 categories Good (B) with a percentage of 44.44%, and the second cycle increased to 93.33 category Very Good (A) with a percentage of 88.89%. Thus, it can be concluded that the academic supervision applied by researchers has been able to increase teacher creativity in carrying out teaching and learning activities (KBM) during the Covid-19 pandemic in the first semester of the 2020/2021 academic year at SMP Negeri 47 Batam City. ABSTRAKTujuan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah yang dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 47 Kota Batam adalah mengupayakan supervisi akademik untuk meningkatkan kreativitas guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM) di masa pandemi Covid-19 melalui pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 9 orang subjek penelitian. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang masing-masing siklusnya dilakukan dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan untuk menganalisis datanya digunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Dilihat dari hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan kreativitas guru mengalami peningkatan dari nilai rata-rata awal sebesar 74,89 kategori Cukup (C) dengan prosentase 22,22%, siklus I meningkat menjadi 84 kategori Baik (B) dengan prosentase 44,44%, dan siklus II meningkat menjadi 93,33 kategori Amat Baik (A) dengan prosentase 88,89%. Dengan demikian dapat disampaikan simpulan bahwa supervisi akademik yang diterapkan peneliti telah mampu meningkatkan kreativitas guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM) di masa pandemi Covid-19 pada semester I tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 SMP Negeri 47 Kota Batam.

UNDERSTANDING CONFLICT MATERIALS AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION THROUGH PICTURED E-MODULES FOR SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

There has been an increase in teacher creativity to develop various learning media during the pandemic. This paper has the aim of showing one form of developing high school Civics teaching materials, namely conflict and conflict resolution in the form of a Picture E-Module. There are two problem formulations, namely (1) what is the form of the illustrated E-Modul on Conflict and Conflict Resolution material for high school students? (2) how is the validity of the media and the validity of the illustrated E-Module material? Using the Research and Development (R&D) research method of the Bord and Gall model, the E-Modul trial was conducted on class XII students in four high schools in the city of Padang, with a total of 203 students as respondents. The feasibility of this E-Module in terms of media validity has been tested by two experts with a validity result of 79.1% (Valid). For the validity of the material has been tested by 203 students obtained a validity value of 73.8% (good). The results of the media test and validity test show that this E-Module is quite effective in being used as a learning medium to improve students' understanding of Pancasila and Citizenship Education subjects, especially Conflict and Conflict Resolution materials

The role of physical education teacher creativity in mediating the influence of HRM practices and performance during the COVID-19 pandemic

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the position of teacher creativity in an effort to mediate the influence of the practice of Human Resource Management (HRM) which can be carried out by schools to improve teacher performance. This type of research is an explanatory research and also uses a quantitative approach. The variables in this research include several aspects such as the practice of implementing HRM, Teacher Creativity, and the performance of Sports Physical Education Teachers. This research was conducted by reaching a number of 102 Sports Physical Education teachers consisting of several levels such as elementary, middle, and high schools in Malang City, Malang Regency and Batu City. Information can be obtained by distributing questionnaires either directly (offline) or online. The analysis of data information was carried out by researchers using SEM-PLS with the WARP PLS 7 application Meanwhile, the results of this research indicate the findings that the practice of HRM does not have a direct influence on the performance of Sports Physical Education Teachers with a significance value of 0.30 and the effect of HR Practice on The performance of sports teachers mediated by teacher creativity has a significance value of <0.001, which means that the teacher's creativity fully mediates the effect of HR practice on the performance of sports teachers.

Pengaruh Kreativitas Guru dalam Membentuk Keperibadian Peserta Didik di MTs Al Anshori Qomarul Huda Desa Wajegeseng

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of teacher creativity in shaping the personality of students at MTs Al anshory Qomarul Huda, Wajageseng Village, 2020/2021 academic year. Due to the low personality of students in their daily behavior because of the rampant promiscuity. This is shown when the learning process takes place some students do not pay attention, most students do not do the exercises in the book if they are not ordered by the teacher. Students do not have a good personality to behave in accordance with existing norms. There are even students who do not do assignments even though they have been ordered by the teacher. This research was conducted at Madrasah MTs Al anshory Qomarul Huda, Wajageseng Village with quantitative research type ex post facto design. The population in this study were all students of class VIII totaling 25 people and a sample of 25 people was drawn using saturated samples to test the instrument. Data collection techniques in this study used were documentation, tests and questionnaires. By looking at the average value in the questionnaire is 7.70 and the test has an average value of 7.28. By looking at the coefficient table of the teacher creativity variable = 0.772 so that it is known that the amount of the contribution of teacher creativity to personality is 77.2%, so that it can be concluded by looking at the results of the calculation on the t test, namely the t count on the teacher creativity variable with a significant level of 5% of 0.005 The significance of learning independence is 0.004 and it is obtained that tcount = 3.326 and ttable, 0.05; 24 = 1.176 indicates that 3.326> 1.176. The results showed that there was a positive influence of teacher creativity on the personality of students at MTs Al Anshory Qomarul Huda Desa Wajageseng in the academic year 2020/2021.

ARABIC TEACHER CREATIVITY TOWARDS THE USE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN DISTANCE LEARNING

<p><em>The main problem in this study, along with the COVID-19 pandemic, which has plagued Indonesia for more than a year, has caused various problems and has an impact on various aspects of life, especially in education. To reduce the spread of COVID-19, the government enforces distance learning (PJJ), which also impacts learning Arabic and requires teachers to develop creativity in learning. Using a qualitative field research method, this study aims to determine the creativity of Arabic language teachers in utilizing information technology for distance learning (PJJ) during the covid-19 pandemic. As for some of the media used, such as. Create video content, take advantage of social media, use video conferencing applications such as Zoom and Google Meet to take advantage of educational website services in the form of Google Classroom and Wordwall games. Based on the results of the analysis conducted by the researchers, this study proved that, first, there are various kinds of teacher creativity in learning Arabic online such as interactive multimedia, quizzes with google forms, word wall games, and so on. Second, being able to eliminate student learning boredom by developing teacher creativity based on information technology. Third, it is still necessary to conduct information technology-based creativity development training, especially in learning Arabic, because not all Arabic language teachers can develop information technology-based teaching skills. This study proved that, first, there are various kinds of teacher creativity in learning Arabic online such as interactive multimedia, quizzes with google forms, word wall games, and so on.
