Показана необходимость использования наиболее рациональных приемов повышения устойчивости сети в радиоэлектронной борьбе, чтобы заставить противника затрачивать больше времени на подбор новых принципов воздействия на системы связи. Network traffic passing through modern computing systems is a huge information flow, which contains information of varying degrees of importance. It is shown the necessity of using the most rational methods of increasing the stability of the network in electronic warfare to force the enemy to spend more time on selecting new principles of influence on communication systems.

Through the statistics of AVC system equipment availability, closed loop rate, action number and success rate, analyses the operation of AVC system in Fuzhou power grid, there are still many problems, such as closed loop rate is not high, some AVC substation remote low success rate.In order to effectively improve the pertinent measures from the design, operation and maintenance, fixed value management etc..

We are assisting to a shift from traditional “self-centred closed-enterprises” to “global open-enterprises,” corresponding to the recent Agile/Virtual Enterprise (A/V E) model. This new organisational model, where market information concerns information about resources to integrate an A/V E, although reinforced by the ability to use more globally distributed resources and by lower transaction costs provided by information and communication technologies, claims for a wider support environment, able to assure better quality and better response at lower time. This corresponds to the concept of Market of Resources, proposed by the authors as an environment for A/V E dynamic integration and for business alignment. The chapter describes the main functionalities of the Market of Resources, with a special focus on the specification of its creation, operation and maintenance.
