Through the statistics of AVC system equipment availability, closed loop rate, action number and success rate, analyses the operation of AVC system in Fuzhou power grid, there are still many problems, such as closed loop rate is not high, some AVC substation remote low success rate.In order to effectively improve the pertinent measures from the design, operation and maintenance, fixed value management etc..

Renewable power generation and enabling of AC Microgrids are fundamentally changing the traditional power grid. Microgrid has revealed its promising potential as an active subsystem of the modern power grid. This paper reviews and analyses ways to boost and regulate the voltage of the AC-Micro-Grid-System(QBCIMGS) for improving the microgrid power quality. “A QBC(Quadratic-boost-converter-inverter based AC-Micro-Grid-System(QBCIMGS) is conferred-here”. This work recommends-QBC(quadratic-boost-converter) between rectifier &inverter. This paper investigates open loop and closed loop response of Quadratic boost-converter based AC-Micro-Grid-System(MGS) with Proportional resonant(PR) & Hysteresis-controller(HC). The mat lab outcome attained illustrates a developed dynamic-performance by using Hysteresiscontrolled AC-Micro-Grid-System(MGS)

This paper introduces a networked closed-loop model for smart on-site maintenance of substation equipment using mobile networks, which is composed of a field-side Smart Operation and Maintenance (SOM) box with its related APP and a centre-side system platform for Operation and Maintenance (OM). As a bridge to connect the operation sites and data centre, the networked equipment maintenance model enables bidirectional communication among the management, maintenance teams, and diversely located equipment. This model not only realizes the formal data uploading in real-time, but also can provide the workers on site with guidance from the data centre.

Compared with the traditional power grid, UHV power grid has the character of stronger system function, higher control requirement, and also set a higher request to the daily maintenance management. The operation and maintenance experience of Shan-xi province electric power company on the UHV power grid proved the importance of establishing the new mode of management, strengthening the application of automation technology, and guarenteeing the technology and resources . In order to improve the efficience and quality of UHV power grid operation and maintenance, we should speed up the formulation of operation guidelines for UHV live working and strengthen personnel training and reserve technical talents.

This paper is devoted to four-phase electrical grids of high and extra-high voltage, principles of its formation and its possible operation and maintenance in united power system of Russia. Development of new simulation model of four-phase power grid for further realization in software is under consideration. Special attention is given to compliance with present both technical and economical requirements of this model in Russian Federation. Economic analysis of four-phase power system applying is done by means of comparison of different kinds of transmission Ural – Siberia.

Based on value management, with management features of municipal power supply enterprises’ other expenses, whole process management will be combined with enterprises’ realities to build management system for other expenses, strengthen control of other management expenses in the event, track key projects and form a closed-loop dynamic cost management, which will make up for lack of the feedback of traditional cost management mode on other management expenses.

In view of the inadequate implementation of the grid operation and maintenance standards and specifications current, the lack of planning in cost usage, and the inability to achieve single equipment collection of costs, taking 220kV substation as an example, this paper proposes a single asset operation and maintenance cost calculation method based on grid standard operations, and puts forward suggestions on the cost management of grid equipment operation and maintenance. Through verification and analysis with the relevant provisions of the cost supervision and examination method, the power grid company will face greater operating pressure, and the cost management level needs to be further improved. Through the calculation of the operation and maintenance cost of a single asset, it provides a reference basis for the distribution of the operation and maintenance cost of the power grid enterprise, and at the same time provides a reasonable explanation for the power grid enterprise to adapt to the cost supervision and review of the transportation dispatching pricing.
