The integrated electricity–gas energy system (IEGES) coordinates the power system and natural gas system through P2G equipment, gas turbines and other coupling components. The IEGES can realize wide-range and long-distance transmission of electricity, heat and natural gas, and truly realize large-scale cross-regional energy supply in space. At present, the theoretical system applicable to the comprehensive benefit evaluation of the IEGES has not been established, and the economic, environmental and social benefits of the system are still at a preliminary study stage. Therefore, the comprehensive benefit evaluation model of the IEGES is constructed, and the integrated benefit evaluation indicator system of the IEGES is designed along the investment and planning, energy supply, equipment operation, power distribution and terminal user. Through the combination of subjective and objective indicator weighting methods, the weights of each indicator are clarified and the matter-element extension theory (MEE) is used to improve the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS), and the comprehensive benefit evaluation model of the IEGES is established. Finally, taking Beijing Yanqing IEGES, Tianjin Eco-city No. 2 Energy Station and Hebei IEGES III as an example, the practicability and effectiveness of the evaluation indicator system and model are verified.

Combined heat and power generation is also called the heating reconstruct project, comprehensive benefit evaluation of heating reconstruction project provide a more scientific basis for project construction and project operation, strengthen scientificalness for decision-making , avoid investing blindly and improve investing returns of the project. To begin with, it is emphasize on the analysis of the project whole, and then established evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model based on financial and non-financial data collecting of the project. At the third, evaluating the financial feasibility, project environmental benefit and social benefit evaluation of the heating reconstruction project. Eventually, it comes to a conclusion for a validation of heating reconstruction project feasibility.

The emergence of prefabricated buildings is helpful to solve the problems of serious energy consumption and environmental pollution in traditional cast-in-place buildings. However, the current unclear benefits of prefabricated buildings have led to great constraints on its development in China. Therefore, in order to clarify the comprehensive benefit level of prefabricated buildings and promote the development of prefabricated buildings, the comprehensive benefits of prefabricated buildings are analyzed from four aspects of economy, environment, society, and security, and 19 evaluation indexes of economic benefits, environmental benefits, social benefits, and safety benefits of prefabricated buildings are selected from the life cycle dimension in this paper. The comprehensive benefits of prefabricated buildings are constructed by using set pair analysis theory. Finally, through the analysis of the prefabricated building project in Hefei, the feasibility of the model was verified, and comprehensive benefit level of prefabricated buildings in Hefei was further judged. This paper provides a feasible and operable evaluation model for the comprehensive benefit evaluation of prefabricated buildings and also provides a theoretical support for the development of prefabricated buildings.

Under the background of increasingly serious environmental pollution, virtual power plants have become an effective way to solve environmental pollution due to the characteristics of integrating a large number of clean distributed energy generation. At the same time, electric vehicles with dual attributes of power supply and load bring opportunities for the further development of virtual power plants. In this paper, the ideal matter-element comprehensive benefit evaluation model of virtual power plants is constructed by constructing the index system and weighting model of virtual power plants considering electric vehicles. The virtual power plants connected with different proportion of electric vehicles are taken as an example analysis. The results of the example analysis show that the comprehensive benefit of virtual power plants is the highest when the proportion of electric vehicles access reaches 120%.

According to the research status of the public buildings benefit evaluation, this thesis proposes that the evaluation should pay more attention to the comprehensive benefit. On this basis, a new evaluation model for the comprehensive benefit has been constructed by better using FAHP in this field, which has been proved by the Xuzhou Olympic Sports Center project. The research shows that applying FAHP to the public buildings benefit evaluation can make the result more reliable, which has good practicability and application value.
