The study aimed at improving students’ learning outcomes about football through the inquiry learning model at Vocational High School 2 Makassar. Data were collected using PJOK learning result test and observation. The results of recapitulation between cycles after implementing inquiry learning model indicate that football learning outcomes of students in grade X TKJ 1 at Vocational High School 2 Makassar improved, proven by the result in cycle I that 6 (17.1%) out of 35 students were in Moderate scale and only 1 student (2.9%) was in Poor scale. In cycle II, the learning outcomes improve as there were 10 students (28.6%) in Moderate scale. Classically, cycle I is stated as unsuccessful because only 74.29% of students were in the complete category and has not achieved successful indicators which had been determined. In cycle II, there was an improvement of completeness which was stated as successful because 91.43% of students were in the complete category and has not achieved successful indicator which had been determined, which was 80%. The main objective of this research is to produce junior high school Physics teaching materials oriented to a simple practical tool that can be used to foster junior high school students 'creative thinking skills, with the specific aim of knowing the indicators of junior high school students' creative thinking skills that can be grown through the use of a guided inquiry learning model assisted by a simple practicum tool. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research with the design of Equivalent Pretest-Posttest Design (Design of Prates-Pascates Equivalent). This research was conducted at the Labschool Junior High School of Tadulako University where  the class VIII students being the research subjects. The research instrument used was an essay test and observation sheet. The data analysis technique used was quantitative data analyzed by inferential statistics, calculating the significance of the differences in the average of both groups of samples and qualitative data analyzed by using the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that a guided inquiry learning model assisted by a simple practicum tool could foster the creative thinking skills of the students of Labschool UNTAD Junior High School in the indicators of flexible thinking, fluent thinking and originality.

This research aimed at knowing the effect of implementing Guided Inquiry learning model with student workbook toward student creative thinking ability on Colloid lesson at State Senior High School 1 Perhentian Raja.  It was Quasi Experimental research.  Simple Random Sampling technique was used in this research.  The samples comprised two classes, the eleventh-grade students of Natural Science 1 that were 33 students as the Control group and the students of Natural Science 2 that were 32 studentsas the Experimental group. The techniques of collecting the data were tests in the form of homogeneity test as the preliminary data, pretest and posttest as the final data, observation, and documentation. The instrument of this research was creative thinking ability test in the form of essay with the indicators of fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The pretest and posttest data were analyzed by using t test at 5% significant level.  The research findings showed that there was a significant effect of implementing Guided Inquiry learning model with student workbook toward student creative thinking ability on Colloid lesson that t was 4.268 and the score of Sig. (2-tailed) was 0.00.  The coefficient of effect was 22%. Keywords: Guided Inquiry Learning Model, Student Workbook Guided Inquiry Based, Creative Thinking Ability, Colloid

Current learning is needed to emphasize student activities to be more constructive. However, learning emphasizes more on the target material and focuses on the final result. This study aims to improve student learning activities and outcomes in Automotive Engineering Basic Work subjects by implementing the ARCS learning model. This type of research is classroom action research, each cycle consisting of stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 40 students of tenth grade State Vocational High School in Purworejo, Indonesia. Data were collected through observation to determine the description of student activities during the learning process. Then the evaluation test was used to determine the final results of student learning after being given the ARCS learning model in the classroom. The study results indicate that the implementation of ARCS learning in the process provides progress on student learning activities and outcomes during the learning process. The results showed that the implementation of the ARCS model increased student learning activities by 74% and increased learning outcomes by 82%. Thus, it can be concluded that the ARCS learning model, in general, can have a potential effect because students are more constructive in learning so that it can be used as a learning reference in vocational high school.

The main problem in education today is the lack of effectiveness in the learning process. This can be seen from the average student learning outcomes which are always still low. Especially for vocational high school students who emphasize learning skills in order to produce work-ready graduates, but it is inversely proportional to the facts in the field. Low learning outcomes are indicated because the learning conditions are still conventional (lectures, practicum, and discussions) where teachers are still a source of learning (teacher centered). This study aims to determine the effect of the project based blended learning model on learning outcomes of vocational high school students. This research was conducted through a literature review and relevant research results and was continued through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). From the research it was found that there was a significant positive influence between the variable model of project based blended learning and student learning outcomes, which means that student learning outcomes can be improved through the application of a project based blended learning model.
