In order to verify the correspondence of numerical simulation and experimental results in the electric heating biogas digester system, an electric heating biogas digester experimentdevice was established, and according to the experimental conditions, software Fluent was used to simulate the process of the heat transfer in the system. Before simulation, analyze theexperimental data through the calculation of heat balance and modify it, then use the modifiedexperimental data, compile UDF to characterize the dynamic boundary conditions, choosestandard turbulence model through the Raleigh number, numerical solving the process. Numericalsimulation results show: simulation process basically reflects the experiment, the simulation dataand experimental data are good agreement, and error within 1%. It is concluded that thenumerical simulation analysis is accurate, method is reliable.

A new heat exchange pipe—heat exchanger inserted by disturbance device has been introduced. By applying commercial software—Fluent, the heat transfer and the flow performance of the heat exchanger which is a three-dimension numerical simulation in which the medium is air have been simulated, With simulation analysis of flow field in the heat exchanger, the enhanced transfer mechanism has been got; Using the heat transfer efficiency j/f, nine different models with different bending curvature and column spacing have been analyzed. Through analyzing the impact of the heat transfer and the flow performance on different bending curvature and column spacing, the best combination is achieved. Providing a certain theoretical basis, for research and design new type of heat exchanger pipes.

Two-phase mechanically pumped cooling loop (MPCL) has emerged as a highly effective means for dissipating large amounts of heat from a small heat transfer area and provided a robust solution for significant design with flexibility, precise temperature control, and is othermalization. In this paper, the attempt of design optimization of the work fluid is introduced, by employing thermal simulation analysis with SINDA/FLUINT.
