The vigorous development of modern information and communication technology (ICT) has driven the digital trade featured by the ICT technique and industry as the carrier. This study empirically tests the impact of ICT-based digital trade openness on green total factor productivity (GTFP) by selecting ICT as the representative digital trade data of 30 provinces in China over the timespan 2002–2018. We employ the slack-based model and global Malmquist–Luenberger (SBM-GML) estimation method to calculate the provincial GTFP and explore the heterogeneous impact of digital trade openness on GTFP through the scale effect, technology effect, and structure effect. In terms of empirical results, the panel fixed model and panel quantile estimation model both suggest the same findings. With the continuous expansion of the scale of digital trade, its scale effect has a significant inhibitory effect on GTFP, whereas the structure effect combined with human capital and the technology effect correlated with technological research and development (R&D) have a significant promoting effect on GTFP. The panel quantile regression model reveals that the interaction intensity increases gradually from a low quantile to high quantile. Further robustness tests also verify the consistency and stability of the results. Finally, the study puts forward corresponding practical suggestions for the construction of a high-quality open pattern of digital trade and the coordinated development of GTFP. The specific policy implications include the following: (1) Emphasize on the penetration and connection effect of the new generation of ICT, and strengthen the construction of enterprise informatization. (2) Expand digital trade openness and broaden the field of industrial cooperation. (3) Optimize the industrial structure of digital trade, and accelerate the development of core industries of digital trade. (4) Gradually promote the transformation of digital trade from relying on quantity and scale to product quality.

Poboya area has many geological structures that result in distribution of strength and stress of rocks not evenly distributed, as a result, the rock mass strength becomes disturbed and slopes become unstable. The objective of the study was to determine the geological structure effect on slope stability and tunnel conditions on metamorphic rocks at the Poboya gold mine. The study was conducted in the Mantikulore sub-district, Palu, Central Sulawesi. Lithology composing study area is metamorphic rocks consisting of gneiss and schist, therefore, the analysis was carried out on both locations which have many geological structures. Numerical analysis was performed applying the finite element method with the RS2 program assistance. The findings show that the safety factor value of the existing slope at gneiss and schist location under static loading is 4.6 and 2.72, if there is an earthquake it becomes 1.07 and 0.77. The safety factor value under static loading with the joint is 4.58 and 2.03, while under dynamic loading with joint, it becomes 0.94 and 0.64. The geological structure effect which represented by the joint gave a big impact with a decrease of safety factor at gneiss about 0.43% under static loading and 80% under dynamic loading. Meanwhile, at schist, safety factor decreased 25% under static loading and 76% under dynamic loading. For tunnel stability, the existence of joint will increase the displacement of 65% at gneiss under static loading and 84% under dynamic loading, while at schist, it increases 25% under static loading and 54% under dynamic loading. This illustrates that geological structures under dynamic loading affect significantly slope stability of Poboya gold mine.

Taking the Zigaojian tunnel, Hangzhou–Huangshan high-speed railway, China, as background, the rock mass structure effect on smooth blasting quality was studied. Four rock mass structures were determined on the basis of the information collected on the tunnel site. Smooth blasting finite element models were established using LS-DYNA. The accuracy of the numerical calculation model was verified by comparing the overbreak and underbreak between the numerical simulation and monitoring. Orthogonal numerical test was used to study the rock mass structure effect through single factor and main effect analysis methods. With the decrease in rock mass integrity, the smooth blasting overbreak of tunnels with massive integrity structure, massive structure, layered structure, and cataclastic structure increased. For massive integrity structure and cataclastic structure, the peripheral hole spacing should be emphatically considered. Meanwhile, in massive structure and layered structure, the included angle and spacing of structural planes had a great influence on the smooth blasting quality. The research results could provide a reference to improve the quality of similar tunnel smooth blasting.

As a morphological impoverished language, how does word structure impact Chinese lexical processing in the brain? To address this issue, the current study examined the temporal signatures and localizations in the human brain for morphological priming effect (compound/derivation constitute priming vs. non-morphological priming) and word structure modulation (derivation vs. compound) in light of EEG-fNIRS fusion. Whilst morphological priming effect was manifested in behavioral performance and left prefrontal hemodynamic responses, word structure effect was prominent drawing on behavioral, ERP, and fNIRS data. Chinese derivations elicited greater activation in the frontal cortex and engaged more distributed network than lexicalized compounds. The results were interpreted by the differing connection patterns between constitute morphemes within a given word structure from spreading activation perspective. Together, Chinese word structure effect showed a distinct pattern from the dual-route mechanism in alphabetic languages. Meanwhile, the current study for the first time identified dissociable behavioral and neurophysiological responses of Chinese derivations and coordinate compounds.

Abstract SDA (Structural Decomposition Analysis) model was applied to analyze the driving factors of embodied carbon and SO2 emissions transferred in Shanxi during 2007–2012 based on the input-output model from the perspectives of region and industry. The results showed that the change of embodied carbon emissions and embodied SO2 emissions of Shanxi and other regions were hindered by the carbon (sulfur) emissions strength effect, but promoted by the intermediate (final) demand scale effect, the intermediate (final) structure effect and the input-output structure effect. The carbon emissions strength effect had a significant contribution to reducing the embodied carbon emissions transferred from industries in Shanxi to other regions. The intermediate (final) demand scale effect was the driving factor to increase the embodied carbon emissions transferred from industries in Shanxi to other regions. The sulfur emissions strength effect was the only factor that reduced the embodied SO2 emissions transferred from Shanxi to other industries. The change of embodied carbon emissions from industries in other regions to Shanxi was hindered by the carbon emissions strength effect, but the input-output structure effect and final demand scale effect both increased the embodied carbon emissions from industries in other regions to Shanxi. The change of the embodied SO2 emissions transferred from industries in other regions to Shanxi was inhibited by the sulfur emissions strength effect, but the input-output structure effect, the intermediate demand structure effect and the final demand scale effect were both the driving force effect of increasing the embodied SO2 emissions transferred from industries in other regions to Shanxi. The corresponding suggestions and measures were put forward.
