The signifier and signified of symbol representation in art works can generate and reflect reality. However, it can never produce the absolute truth. This paper mainly discusses the relationship between immutability with arbitrariness, sociality, and continuity in art education, both online and in outline. Overall, it is recommended that practical art teaching should be guided by artistic achievements. In addition, we clarify immutability of network teaching mode in art education, and recommend exploration of conscious, independent and self-discipline modes.

This article examines the concept of inclusivism by Paul Hacker on the basis of one of his last articles dedicated to the problem of correlation between concepts “inclusivism”, “tolerance” and “intolerance”. This concept approaches the problem of relationship between religions by implying that only one religion comprises the absolute truth while it remains achievable to some extent at least for some other religions. P. Hacker developed his own conception and used the example of Indian religions to show the relationship between the notions of “inclusivism” and “tolerance” and argued that inclusivism is a form of thinking characteristic for Indian culture. P. Hacker defends the idea that what is referred to as tolerance in Western studies relating to Indian culture is not exactly tolerance but a fundamentally different way of thinking. This conception has attracted the attention of many Indologists including Gerhard Oberhammer who thoroughly analyzed the notion of inclusivism in relation to religious texts of Hinduism. According to G. Oberhammer, the theory of P. Hacker includes propositions that could be interpreted ambivalently and require additional explanation. This article summarizes one of Paul Hacker’s latest works, analyzes Gerhard Oberhammer’s perception of his conception, reveals the main critical theses which were proposed and summarizes Gerhard Oberhammer’s own views on this conception.

This paper pays attention to the meaning of things in educational space. Students learn not only from words but also things with which they interact in the learning process. Especially in art education various things such as materials, tools, art works are indispensable. This paper tries to analyze the process of both creation and appreciation of art in the viewpoint of folding and unfolding of things. The methodology is the hermeneutic approach to the relationship between art works and viewers, materials or tools and their users, and created image and creators. In creating art works the process of unfolding things which means the interaction with materials and the learning of skills and tools can emerge only by folding the image of the creator into the things. On the other hand, it is important for appreciation to receive the image of art works by developing it freely in the inner world. As in the case of creation, appreciation needs both folding a new meaning and unfolding the multilayered art works. In conclusion both creation and appreciation of art are so complicated processes that need a high degree of intelligence. Art education can be regarded as the process of fostering intelligence as well as sensibility.

Abstract The paper proposes a basis of theory with the aim of clarifying the casual nature of the relationship between the West Slavic and non-West Slavic Proto-Slavic base of the Slovak language. The paper links the absolute chronology of the Proto-Slavic language changes to historical and archaeological information about Slavs and Avars. The theory connects the ancient West Slavic core of the Proto-Slavic base of the Slovak language with Sclaveni, and non-West Slavic core with Antes, which are connected to the later population in the middle Danube region. It presumes emergence and further expansion of the Slavic koiné, originally based on the non-West Slavic dialects, with subsequent influence on language of the western Slavic tribes settled in the north edge of the Avar Khaganate. The paper also contains a periodization of particular language changes related to the situation in the Khaganate of that time.

With the rapid development of computer and network technology, the application of mobile app has been involved in all walks of life, especially the traditional art teaching mode. Therefore, it is of great significance to design an app with art learning and education as the main content based on the concept of young people's cognitive psychology and art training. This paper first analyzes the current situation and development trend of art education app at home and abroad, then analyzes and studies the design and application needs of education app at home, clarifies the needs of students and teachers, analyzes the visual and psychological characteristics of teenagers and their impact on interface and interaction design, and finally designs an art education app that meets the domestic needs. The results show that the app can enhance the interest of young people in art learning.

The Albanian scholar Muḥammad Nāṣir al-Dīn al-Albānī (d. 1999) established a unique type of Salafism, a movement whose adherents follow a puritanical model of Muslim creed, exegesis, and conduct that is critical of madhhab Traditionalism. In this article I present an annotated translation of an audio lecture in which Albānī attempted to defend Salafism against its anti-madhhab image. I shed light on the religious and social climate that played a critical role in triggering Albānī’s disdain for Traditionalism and led him to discredit madhhab Traditionalist fiqh and replace it with his own interpretation of the jurisprudential requirements of Islamic scripture. Among the arguments I make is that Albānī’s claim to follow only the Qurʾān and Sunna is a rhetorical strategy designed to present Salafism as the absolute truth and distinguish it from being categorized as another madhhab or religious movement.

Abstract Karl Barth’s and Jean-Luc Marion’s theories of revelation, though prominent and popular, are often criticized by both theologians and philosophers for effacing the human subject’s epistemic integrity. I argue here that, in fact, both Barth and Marion appeal to revelation in an attempt to respond to a tendency within philosophy to coerce thought. Philosophy, when it claims to be able to access a universal, absolute truth within history, degenerates into ideology. By making conceptually possible some ‚evental’ phenomena that always evade a priori epistemic conditions, Barth’s and Marion’s theories of revelation relativize all philosophical knowledge, rendering any ideological claim to absolute truth impossible. The difference between their two theories, then, lies in how they understand the relationship between philosophy and theology. For Barth, philosophy’s attempts to make itself absolute is a produce of sinful human vanity; its corrective is thus an authentic revealed theology, which Barth articulates in Christian, dogmatic terms. Marion, on the other hand, equipped with Heidegger’s critique of ontotheology, highlights one specific kind of philosophizing—metaphysics—as generative of ideology. To counter metaphysics, Marion draws heavily on Barth’s account of revelation but secularizes it, reinterpreting the ‚event’ as the saturated phenomenon. Revelation’s unpredictability is thus preserved within Marion’s philosophy, but is no longer restricted to the appearing of God. Both understandings of revelation achieve the same epistemological result, however. Reality can never be rendered transparent to thought; within history, all truth is provisional. A concept of revelation drawn originally from Christian theology thus, counterintuitively, is what secures philosophy’s right to challenge and critique the pre-given, a hermeneutic freedom I suggest is the meaning of sola scriptura.

In general, over 70% of students can adapt to this blended learning model after experiencing the blended learning model for some time, which can satisfy the in-dividual differences of students in a better way, attain some assistance from it and help to improve learning performance and learning ability. It can be discovered from this research that the blended learning model is superior to the single and traditional teaching mode or the pure network teaching mode in the aspects of in-spiring the learning interest of students, exercising self-management capability of students and self-evaluation ability. It can be seen from the specific situation of investigation data that it is feasible to implement the blended learning model in colleges and universities even though the overall level of students’ ability in the blended learning is low. As this is a preliminary investigation into the blended learning model, specific solutions or strategies have not been provided for some problems. However, it is believed to achieve greater effects if the research is con-tinued on the practice.
