This study aims to: 1) to test and analyze the effect of training on motivation, 2) the effect of HR development on motivation, 3) to test and analyze the effect of training on employee performance 4) to test and analyze the effect of HR development on employee performance 5) to test and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance 6) to test and analyze the effect of training on employee performance through motivation, 7) to test and analyze the effect of HR development on employee performance through motivation. This research was conducted at PT. Rekasis Gigatama with a sample of 81 respondents. The sampling technique uses a random sampling technique. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there was an effect of training on motivation 2) there was an effect on HR development on motivation 3) there was an effect on training on employee performance 4) there was an influence on HR development on employee performance 5) there was an influence on motivation on employee performance 6) no influence training on employee performance through motivation, and 7) there is an influence of HR development on employee performance at PT. Rekasis Gigatama through motivation.

Jabar Jaya Perkasa. The study was conducted at PT. Jabar Jaya Perkasa with a research sample of 58 respondents. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis with path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there was an influence on career development and motivation on job satisfaction, 2) there was an influence on career development and motivation on employee performance, 3) there was an effect on job satisfaction on employee performance and 4) there was no influence on career development and motivation on performance employees through job satisfaction PT. Jabar Jaya Perkasa. This means that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect, the variable job satisfaction cannot mediate between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Jabar Jaya Perkasa.

This study aims to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between leadership and employee performance. This research was conducted at Dira park Ambulu Jember. The population in this study were all employees of Dira park Ambulu Jember, totaling 186 employees. The sample used was 46 respondents chosen by random sampling. Data analysis method uses path analysis. To determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between leadership and employee performance was analyzed using the sobel test. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. The results of this study also showed that job satisfaction did not significantly influence employee performance. In the results of this study also explained that the variable job satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of the relationship between leadership on the employee performance of Amba Jember Park. <em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

This study aims to: 1) analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on motivation 2) analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on job satisfaction, 3) analyze the influence of motivation on job satisfaction, 4) analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on job satisfaction through motivation. The research was conducted at PT CIPTA TPI (MNCTV) with a sample of 92 employees. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results show that: 1) there is an influence of leadership and work environment on motivation, 2) there is an influence of leadership and work environment on job satisfaction, 3) there is an effect of motivation on job satisfaction, 4) motivation does not play a role in improving leadership and work environment on job satisfaction at PT CIPTA TPI (MNCTV).

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh  gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek Penelitian pada PT NT Indonesia Cikarang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara random sampling menggunakan rumus slovin berjumlah 101 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa apabila gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan promosi jabatan meningkat maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat secara signifikan.Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Pelatihan, Promosi Jabatan, Kinerja Karyawan The Effect of Leadership Style, Training and Job Promotion on Employee PerformanceABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of leadership style, training, and promotion of position on employee performance. The object of this research is the NT Indonesia Company at  Cikarang. The study was conducted using quantitative methods. The number of samples obtained by a random sampling technique using the Slovin formula amounted to 101 respondents. Data collection is done through interviews and observations. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership style, training and promotion have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. <p>This research aimed to observe the farmer’s experience, other people’s influence, farmer’s attitude to the adoption of rice transplanter planting machine and farmer’s adoption to the rice transplanter planting machine is Mojolaban Sub-district of Sukoharjo District and to observe the effect of farmer’s experience, other people’s influence and attitude in partially and simultaneously to the adoption of rice transplanter planting machine in Mojolaban Sub-district of Sukoharjo District. The basic method used was qualitative. The research location was determined as purposive in Mojolaban District. The sampling was done using proportional random sampling research method with the number of 60 respondents. The data collection technique was using observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis method was using path analysis method.The research result showed that farmer’s experience in Mojolaban Sub-district was low, other people’s influence was rare, farmer’s attitude to the adoption of rice transplanter planting machine was disagree and farmer’s adoption to the rice transplanter planting machine was never adopt. Partially, farmer’s experience significantly effected to the adoption of rice transplanter planting machine directly greater than the attitude, the influence of other people has no significant effect on the adoption of rice transplanter planting machines and the attitude of farmers has a significant effect on the adoption of rice transplanter planting machines in Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency. Farmer’s experience, other people’s influence and attitude simultaneously significantly affected to the adoption of rice transplanter planting machine in Mojolaban Sub-district of Sukoharjo District.</p>
